The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed.

This property is very dated. I have stayed at many SpringHill Suites and this does not meet the mark for their line. The beds were comfy, however the bathroom had some mold noted on the ceiling, and everything was very early 2000’s. There were issues with the card systems, and staff was extremely helpful. The elevators were filthy.

The minifridge in Room 319 was making noises as if it was leaking water. I tried unplugging it, but couldn't access the power outlet without pulling the entire fridge out. The noise it made overnight kept me up and resulted in poor sleep.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly enough. I’m not sure who dropped the ball but there was a boil water in place for the whole county that our check in person was not aware of. We found out from a family member that we were there to visit. We could not use the water for coffee in the room and were told we would have to purchase bottled water. Nor was there any beverages for breakfast ( coffee, juices). We were also told no water in Pennsylvania was safe to drink. They did put up signs on the day we checked out.

The room’s bathroom was a work in progress. Barely had dry wall. Shower rod hanging out of the wall. Mold and dirt all over bathtub and shower and toilet. Holes throughout the little bit of dry wall there.
The pool which was advertised as an indoor heated pool was NOT heated. Nor was the room with the pool. Management claimed it is clearly advertised as a “cold pool” when the third party vendor description AND the property description directly on the Marriott site clearly stated “indoor heated pool “. In addition, the pool was filthy with debris floating in it and collections of dirt along the entire
Bottom.
When I asked to change rooms due to the condition of the bathroom, I was given the run around by the desk staff. When I then addressed the condition of the pool, I was given the line about advertised as a cold pool even as I showed him the website on my phone with the indoor heated pool posted and told that “amenities” didn’t need to be as advertised. Only safety features. Have never experienced such filth and bad customer service at a Springhill property, though it certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth to consider future

The room was spacious and great for my large family. I like the trundle bed. There was a bit of dirt (food crumbs) on the trundle bed when we rolled it out, though. The room was otherwise very clean and neat. I like the kitchenette so one of the kids can brush teeth there while another is showering. The breakfast was well-stocked and delicious. Always love warm waffles. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, happy to get extra towel or sheet as needed.

We booked this room because there was a hot tub in the motel. When we checked in there was a note that said it was closed. When we asked about it, we were told it wasn’t up to Marriott’s standards and all Marriott motels would not have them any more. The room was ok, could tell it was older

The room was clean. The bathroom was a bit dated but of no real concern. I would have preferred individualized toiletries instead of large community bottles in the shower. Thankfully I brought my own. Breakfast was good with the usual breakfast items featured. Area was always being policed for cleanliness. Lobby and sitting area were also very clean. The staff were very accommodating. Jake was so nice and welcoming. Will stay again on my next trip.

Staff was great, shout out to Jared, there were a few issues with my reservation on how it was being displayed in the system and how it was being processed but after that was resolved we were able to get into the room with no issue.

We did run into an issue where the AC wouldn't go below 74 degrees, but luckily we had a friend in a room right next door.

Our stay was great the breakfast was amazing the service with that was amazing!!!!
But they didn’t give me enough towels an said we needed our room towels for the pool which is insane considering we had 6 people an 3 for the whole 3 day weekend? The prices on the food was insane we paid $25 for a few Gatorade’s an than snacks were $45 those prices were a little much considering the food was expired ! But the people were all very pleasant and friendly!

The first room I was given #201, had broken air conditioning. The shower curtain liner was missing so the shower curtain was inside the tub, extended onto floor of tub, causing my feet to get tangled.
I was moved to another room, #308. In this room one side of the window was missing a curtain.
This Springhill doesn’t look good for the Marriott brand.

A lot of these hotels don’t look like how look in the pictures, it was somewhat renovated and the breakfast bar was small for the hotel to be a suite. I really wanted the hotel for the hot tub but when we got there it was broke. Very disappointing.

Pool and hot tub was closed and after reading reviews it’s been down for months. That was main reason for booking this property. They need to remove the pool from pictures seeing how they aren’t open, they also told me 50.00 would be held for incidentals and released within 3-5 business days. They took 100.00 and I’m not on day 8 and still not released my money. They don’t clean this place with industrial cleaners just a regular spin mop and cheap dollar tree cleaner. Sink leaked in the room, paint was awful. Beds super old and uncomfortable. I paid almost 260.00 for 2 nights plus the 100 they still have. This place shouldn’t cost more than 69.00 a night. Absolutely p*ssed.

Pool and hot tub were down and that was one MAJOR reason we booked here. They also did not give us the accessible rooms we booked and paid for or connected rooms we requested. No assistance from staff or even sympathy…Beds were not queen but full and hard as a rock. Very disappointed.

The staff were all friendly and accomodating. The rooms need some work. It looks like they started to upgrade the bathroom and didn't finish. The walls in the bath and vanity area needed some patch work and painting. The room was oddly situated in that the wardrobe was at the end of the bed with enough room to open the door and that was it. On a previous stay the desk area was across from the wet bar area and was much more functional.

Properties such as this one that charge a premium for amenities like a spa and pool need to make sure they're available and maintained for their guests to use and enjoy when they get there. That's why I chose and booked this place, only to find out I could use neither. This is the second time this has happened to me at a Spring Hill Suites property - there won't be a third.
