The housekeeping staff was terrible. They took our towels day two and didn't provide clean ones. When we got back from draft at three a.m., I had to go to front desk for towels. Day three, we asked housekeepers to make sure our beds were changed. They didn't even make them and shorted us on towels. Disappointing. We went to the lounge 30 minutes before closing, and they told us they just had last call one minute before so we went to casino and my son ate at the Clsssic. I took one bite of his chicken and spit it out (nasty). He ate a couple chicken strips because he thought the weird taste was just old oil. Nope ... food poisoning. We won't stay here again.

I most likely would not pick this hotel again. The door did not automatically lock when we left the room and we didn't realize left it open while we were out. Reported it and said they had some issues with some doors and would address it. The faucet in bathroom sink was loose and moved around. The towels were more like hand towels not bath towels (needed a few just to dry off). The common areas were not that clean. Very surprised for a Hyatt to be a little run down like this.

We always enjoy our time at the casino and we especially love the band that was playing the night we stayed. This was our first time staying in the hotel and we will definitely stay there in the future. Our room was clean and quiet. There was a large family group on our floor, but once inside our room, we couldn’t hear anybody. The outdoor bar area at the hotel was also very nice!

Here’s my issue. Nearly all restaurants an are in the casino. If you have kids under 21, they won’t even let you in to eat in the restaurants! Whose big idea was it to put the restaurants in an area families can go and eat with kids and teens??

Clean hotel for the night. Close to the casino if that’s what you’re looking for. Sheetz and a few restaurants in walking distance. I appreciated the Tesla destination charger for my EV which is why I picked this place. Front desk staff inattentive. Waited over 10 minutes for someone to assist me at both check in and check out.

Front desk staff seemed annoyed that we made them have to put their phones down and do their job. We arrived early and knew that our room wouldn’t be ready, but wanted to do that paperwork and that done, young man at the desk said ok, you’re good. When we came later that night, we had to do all check in procedures that he said were done. He didn’t seem to know his job. Our room temp was set to 85 when got there and took an hour to cool it down to comfortable level. The room was worn and not very clean looking. It is the first and last time we’ll be staying a Hyatt property.

The room smelled, the carpet was dirty and the front door and bathroom door were broken.
The front door would not close if not pulled on and the bathroom door closed unless you put a towel in to stop it.

Was also not expecting to have to pay for breakfast- not that we ate there, but most Hyatt Place's offer breakfast free

First, I would like to say that the front desk staff was really great and the housekeeping manager was really nice. But...

When we arrived, we arrived around 10pm and the entire parking lot was full so we had to park next door in the casino's parking garage. There was a bridge to walk across, but it was still frustrating to have to walk across in the freezing cold.

The biggest issue was the bathroom floor in our room. When we walked in the front door to the room, it had a urine stench. We noticed that there were dried urine stains on the floor around the toilet and the floor was really sticky. It was really gross.

I told and showed a video I made on my phone to the front desk staff and the housekeeping manager when we checked out and they were apologetic. I am disappointed in our visit. We've stayed here before and never had an issue like this. I don't know if we wil stay here again.

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding my recent stay due to serious room maintenance failures and unprofessional staff conduct.

I checked in at approximately 3:00 PM and found the room temperature at 65 degrees. I set the thermostat to 70 with the heat on before leaving. When I returned around 11:45 PM, the room temperature had dropped to 64 degrees, making the room unreasonably cold and unsuitable for occupancy.

I contacted the front desk to report the issue and discovered the in-room phone only worked on speaker mode. I informed staff of both the heating failure and defective phone and requested to be moved to a room with working heat. I also asked that staff meet me at the new room to avoid further inconvenience late at night.

I was told this was “absolutely not an option” and that I could either come to the lobby and possibly be reassigned or remain in the cold room. The attendant was dismissive and ended the call.

When I went to the front desk, security was summoned and I was told I would be removed if I did not “calm down,” despite the fact that I was addressing legitimate maintenance issues and was not threatening or disorderly. I was eventually moved to another room after significant delay. Staff refused to provide their names and later falsely claimed I had cursed at them.

This stay involved a non-functioning heater, a defective phone, refusal of reasonable accommodation, and inappropriate escalation to security.

I am requesting a full refund for my stay

I appreciated the Starbucks and Sheetz in the same plaza as the hotel. It is also close to the freeway on- and off-ramps. The elevator was a bit difficult to use, but the hotel room was mostly tidy. The front desk staff were also friendly.

My only issue was at check-in. The woman at the desk was professional, but seemed to be having trouble with my reservation. She simply stared at her computer screen for a very long time without telling me what the problem was. I was exhausted from the trip and not happy about standing there loaded down with my luggage. What should have been a routine check-in was unnecessarily frustrating, and it didn't help that there was no explanation or apology.

Terrible customer service and unacceptable stay

The staff member on duty was rude and inattentive. She was absent from the front desk for 3–5 minutes, leaving me waiting in a cold lobby area without any assistance. When she returned, there was no greeting and no apology, just processed me.

Then, I was assigned a room with no heat during freezing temperatures—a room that was already on the hotel’s maintenance list per the manager later. My friend and I waited nearly an hour for the heat to work, but it continued blowing cold air. When I went back to report the issue, the staff showed no concern or urgency. There was no apology or explanation. Instead, I was told I had to move all of my already-unpacked luggage to another room.
To make matters worse, I clearly stated at both check-in and check-out that we did not want the hotel’s poor breakfast. Despite this, we were charged for it twice—over $28 each time—for meals we never had because we told them we didn't want it and like to sleep in. The staff member claimed she noted our refusal, but clearly did not because we got charged. Noone apologized for the freezing room, the inconvenience, or the incorrect charges. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The staff member’s demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive, making it clear we were not welcome there.
We will never stay here again. This was a horrible experience and some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered at a hotel. Sad.

Staff was a bit rude. They could not answer my questions about being charged for breakfast directly. The room had many issues. The sink was broke, it would not drain, the whole sink moved every time we used it. We did not have extra blankets already in the room, and the divider was broke, making loud noises every time we walked by it. Lastly, our bed sheets was disgusting. It was full of yellow stains from who knows what and fur was inside our sheets.

They charge you for breakfast unless you ask them not to. And I asked them not to, and they still charged me anyway. Credit card dispute won. This place is very dated. No USb ports to be found in the rooms. They literally could just buy new alarm clocks that have all the ports, but their apparently too cheap not to. Like $20 alarm clocks on Amazon. Staff is rude. Watch you credit card charges with this place. You have like a mile walk to the casino if you stay there. Pro tip. Exit left after the bridge and walk diagonal across the 2nd floor parking garage. Will save 5 minutes off your life.

Protip. The Sheetz gas station breakfast platter at $7.50 is better than anything you will get from this hotel. Sheetz is a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

Room smelled and was dirty. Down the street and typically $50 cheaper is the Spark by Hilton. Free breakfast. Brand new rooms with a great TV system(all streaming services and whatnot). All the chargers. Nice beds and pillows. Don't know why anyone would stay at a Hyatt property. I will certainly never again.

The refrigerator didn't work, the toilet paper holder was broken, a lampshade was smashed, no hot water, poor water pressure, drawer would not shut, the door to the room had been broken into and the pillows were heavy. Probably because they were full of mite fesses.
The people that worked there are NOT interested in serving the customers. They don't look at you or give you a smile. Looking away they asked, \"Can I help you?\". But not really meaning it.
