Staff were very helpful both at my late night check in, and also during a midday issue with the door lock on my room. The door lock required some elbow grease and seemed some other guests had the same issue with their doors. I had a kitchenette in my room, but no utensils or pots which maybe i needed to ask for, but didn't use anyway. Overall, I would recommend the hotel though as it was clean, Staff were very helpful and friendly, and it's in a great location near shopping and food.

The staff was great and the property itself is clean and well kept and you definitely cannot beat the price. The room was clean and had a full sized refrigerator, stove top and microwave, but there aren’t any pots, pans, dishes, utensils or dishcloths/towels.
We had to go out and buy paper towels because there aren’t any hand towels either.

We were unable to check in at 3 o’clock. Rooms were not ready. Dogs barking all night long, but it was clean. I know it is an extended stay but all the rooms only have one bed and small.

We booked a room well in advance knowing rooms would be limited during the NFL draft. We show up to check in and no reservation!!! We were asked when we made the reservation, with who, why we made it so early....... we weren't the only ones, there were several of us with no reservations! Same questions. They did send us to a sister hotel with limited space, not as nice. Hotels.com was helpful with booking another room at another location with the price range we wanted. Not a fan of WOOD SPRING SUITES!!!

Stayed for a week. Was a great stay! New place so it was extremely clean. The staff was super friendly to us! Just wish they had a blow dryer.. but you can always pack your own. We will definitely stay here again!!

The hotel being new was very clean, with everything in great condition. My only feedback would be to do something about the bed frames as there seemed to be some loose components that the mattress was sitting on that made the bed feel a bit like it was not set-up correctly (double queen room #225). Other than that, everything else was great.

Room was excellent, staff at front desk was to but one thing was missing in the room we got, with two of us in the room we had bath wash cloths and drying towels but. No towel to dry our hands after going to the bathroom and using it, had paper towels in our vehicle and went and got them to use.

Couple issues. 1st They ran out of towels the first night and had guest waiting till 11am to get towels we ended up having to go to the local Walmart to get towels . Also any hotel suite that I have stayed in had some dishes, pots something to cook had to also buy those things at Walmart as well. The staff wasn’t even there to check out the gate was down almost our whole stay! Hotel was clean but I would probably never stay there again! If you do stay there dnt expect anything but a had squeaky bed and endless amounts of spiders!!!

Great location and staff. Missed a blow dryer in my room. Limited towels and wash cloths. I asked for a couple more and they seemed surprised. We were there for 4 nights! They do not clean or take out trash or make beds. HOWEVER….there was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove & microwave! If you aren’t into bells and whistles and want comfort and affordability, this is your hotel! Told relatives who also stayed. Everyone was pleased and all will go back when we visit again.

Property is new. Room was very clean, staff were pleasant, though some didn’t have answers to questions. Bed and pillows were very comfortable Be prepared…yes, there is a compact kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. BUT there are absolutely NO kitchen wares. Nor is there a hairdryer, iron, bathroom soaps….

Very clean and new. Uncomfortable bed but cleaner than any other hotel I’ve stayed in recently. Very quiet room too. Bring a mattress topper and this stay would be great.
The bed has a plastic encasement on it making it very uncomfortable.

Friendly staff, room was brand new and spotless. Has a Cook top, full size fridge, Microwave and plenty of cabinets and storage space. Plenty of parking and 3 chargers fo EV's.
