The Résidence Domaine de L'Agréou Vacances Bleues is located just 300 meters from Seignosse beach, nestled within a beautiful six-hectare pine forest. The property offers fully equipped apartments that sleep two to eight guests and mobile homes for up to four people.
Bed linens and towels are provided. Guests enjoy access to two outdoor swimming pools (one heated pool at the residence and another unheated pool at the campsite), tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, a fitness room, a bowling alley, table tennis, foosball, and a children's playground.
Bicycle rentals are also available on-site. During peak season, a bar is open until 10 pm.

A lovely little place nestled among the trees
A really nice very small chalet(shed) type accommodation in a forest, a ten minute walk to the sea!!! A mixture of chalets, parking spaces for mobile homes and areas for tents. A large brick built shower/toilet block which I had a nosey onto and decided I wouldn't want to be using it!!! Too many cobwebs and didn't look all that inviting.We were asked when we checked in to make an appointment for the chalet to be checked before we left. Unexpected but a great idea. The Chalet(shed) is much smaller than I envisaged from the photos with paperthin walls, so you do need to be 'comfortable' with those staying with you. There is a small terrace area to the front with a table and 6 chairs and we did spend more time out there than indoors. There is no oven (who knew you could barbecue pizza!?) and just a 2 ring gas hob, but an ok sized fridge. The bedding/towels are supplied in sealed plastic bags and you do have to make up your own beds. You are expected to clean before you leave and are supplied with a very small bottle of washing up liquid and another of general cleaner. Not enough for our 4 day stay. But several cleaning clothes/sponges. The tea towel was on it's last legs though. It was very clean when we arrived and equally clean when we left. We didn't use the pools, one of which was closed anyway or the restaurant. Would I return? Very likely, yes. Would I recommend this place to others? Again, very likely ,yes.

This appartment complex is close to a really nice beach with some of the best waves i've ever surfed. It's a budget accomodation appartment with all you need for a self catering stay. The area is quiet but is not far from Biarritz airport ( 25 mins by car ) and other small towns along the coast. Great for a group of People who want a surfing holiday. The only thing i would have to highlight was the quaility of the mattresses i.e, not good ! also the fact that you have to clean the appartment yourself before you leave or pay . Great Spot !

Although I booked this as a hotel, it is better to think of it as a holiday centre. It is a combination of appartments and a camping site around a reception area with restaurant.
It suited us very well. A British family of four with two young kids (9 and 6), we wanted a few days at the seaside. We booked an appartment for 4/5 people for a short stay of three nights. The appartment was very well organised with kitchenette with hot plates and microwave. Plenty of space with bedrooms above and below the living and kitchen area and a balcony looking over pine trees. Price felt good value.
The site is about 400 metres from the Atlantic with big waves great for surfers and bodyboarders and general fun with kids. The resort Seignosse-Penin is an essentially French Family resort (franco-français) but also a younger surfing crowd again largely French with only the odd Spanish, German and British group. But restaurateurs were welcoming and spoke enough English to help if your French is weak. Food outlets varied from French versions of fast food to decent family restaurants providing good French family fare rather than chic sophisticated cuisine. Markets on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are worth a look.
The resort/hotel had a lot for families: a children's play area, tennis courts, table tennis tables, various local variants of boule and pétanque. The on site restaurant has limited choice but there are plenty of alternatives in the main commercial area (5 minutes walk away).
Only reservation would be about the bike hire. They didn't have a very wide range of sizes of bike. Nothing small enough for our six year old and so we had to put him in a baby seat in a bike that struggled to get up and down hills around. You might try the bike hire shop in the main commercial area instead (which looked a bit more expensive but may have a wider choice).

Manque d'organisation et prix erronés sur le site
J'avais demandé un règlement sur place et ma carte a été débité. Il y a eu un remboursement pour pouvoir effectué mon paiement par ANCV. La piscine la plus proche n'était pas en fonctionnement alors que nous étions en pleine canicule, elle était en pleine réfection des bordures. Drap mis à disposition avec des taches. De plus sur le site de réservation, il est stipulé 8€ par chien et une fois que l'on réserve le prix passe à 14€

Vraiment très très bien !! Résidence très agréable, calme, emplacement au top. Appartement pour 5 personnes à ma grande surprise vraiment spacieux : 1 chambre en bas et 2 autres à l'étage, les enfants ne se marchaient pas dessus... une petite salle d'eau avec cabine de douche et wc en haut, et une grande salle de bain en bas avec wc et douche sans paroi bien large, cuisine et salle à manger sans plus. L'appartement mériterait un rafraichissemnt côté déco, c'est vraiment tout ce que j'ai à y redire.

Heureusement que j'ai pu profité d'une offre d'hotels.com par ce que sinon le rapport qualité/prix aurait été extrêmement défavorable. Les mobil-home sont vétustes (intérieur: coussins usés jusqu'à la trame et extérieur: lames de terrasse qui se soulèvent ) tout comme l'intégralité du service de table. Attention la télé n'est disponible que dans les appartements.

Séjour de 4 nuits en location appartement fin août 2017, nous n'avons rien à redire, pour nous, appartement très bien. Nous n'hésiterons pas a y revenir. Réception et autres personnes Vac. Bleues très bien.

Idéalement placé, l'appartement était grand et très au calme dans la pinède. Mis à part cela tres mauvais rapport qualité prix : la salle de bain en mauvais état, minuscule avec le wc à l'intérieur pour 4 adultes c'est très inconfortable, le salon un canapé 2 places pas de table basse,aucun service \" hôtelier\" les chambres ne sont pas faites chaque jour donc les serviettes au bout de 3 jours sont inutilisables, pas de papier toilette...a la sortie ménage obligatoire et vous êtes priés d'enlever les draps et de mettre tout le linge sale emballé dehors. Bref pour 210€ la nuit c'est abusé!!

Bon c est assez sympa mais tendu au moment de la verification du nettoyage... vu le prix paye je m attends a un ok pour un nettoyage normal... mais non c est la police de la proprete qui vient malgre le fait qu ils roulent en diesel, polluent a tout va et mangent des oeufs de batterie et de la porcherie...

Au bord de l'Ocean Atlantique. Ce sont des appartements et studio's et pas un hôtel. Bien pour des familles avec petits enfants. On peut bien diner dans le restaurant à côté de l'Accuil.

Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes en rdc avec grande terrasse sans vis a vis,au calme et a deux pas de toutes commodités, plage et pistes cyclables. Peu de vaisselle mais un tres grand frigo et un kit entretien bien pratique. Agréable et propre, une bonne adresse.
