The rooms were nice, although the beds were too soft for me. The common areas were nice and comfortable. The kids used the pool and enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent. Unfortunately the TVs did not work properly. Overall a good stay!

We were in town for a Gala. The property looks new! The gentleman at the front desk when we got there was a very friendly guy. Got us checked in quickly! Best part, we walked into our room to the phone ringing. It was the same guy from the front asking if I left my water bottle on the front counter, sure enough I did! Thought that was really going out of his way to make sure I didn’t lose that! Room was huge! Breakfast was good!

Horrible staff. Condescending and ignorant at the same time.. was left waiting for a member to come to the desk for over 20 minutes! After the 20 minutes I helped myself to the master key behind the desk to re-enter my room (pics for proof). I would never stay here again, and am honestly rethinking best western in general because of this experience. Also all digital amenities do not function (Netflix, on-demand, etc.) so be prepared for basic cable and a basic hotel.

Bathtub had visible soap scum and pink mold. Weird hairs visible in bathroom. Front desk was rarely staffed. Rooms are only cleaned upon request, fresh towels must be requested. Breakfast area also seemed unclean. Sticky tables, juice machine drip tray sticky with visible buildup. Tops of garbages were splattered with encrusted debris making the area seem less than well attended.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was great the only complaint I had was our room faced the 4 lane highway. Trucks coming from the north used their engine breaking to slow down as they were going by the hotel. Not the hotel’s fault.

The staff are exceedingly helpful. I'm neither an easy guest nor a difficult guest so I don't often have issues at the desk. I felt the staff here actually enjoy their place of employment and pass that goodwill on to the guest.

No shower head pressure

The room was clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint was the no pressure in the shower head. The sink had more power that the shower head.

Room was very clean. Only issue I had while there was I could hear the people talking and watching tv in the room next to me. The noise insulation between the rooms was not so good.

Sold good 👍 👌 👏

The directions to my room was confusing. She told me to go through the door which lead to the pool. Instead of telling me to go up the elevator. Tgen she said she was telling me where the pool was. I have a short term memory sometimes but it was obvious to me where the pool was. Strange. But she was polite. There was noise i. The morning. I'm thinking that it was house keeping. But it was very nice, comfortable bed, pillows and bedding 🛌. Slept well. Pool room was warm.

To little to late

Company obviously put some money into renovating this hotel and it looks great! Service could have been better. Upon arriving, I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before the kid walked from behind a wall, 5’ away, I could see ai was under video surveillance. Unfortunately the young man never greeted me or apologized for the delay. Other than that check in was fine. Breakfast was terrible, young lady at the front desk was not paying attention, and there was very little food to choose from. As we were leaving the breakfast area, she was frantically microwaving food to refill, too little too late. When leaving our room, a male housekeeper was standing in front of our room with his carts. No attempt to move out of our way so we could leave, and he stood there glaring a bad look at us. We said good morning, and received nothing back, except a continued stare of intimidation until the doors of the elevator closed. Some things to note, rooms have hard floors, and are not carpeted, makes the feel of the room very cold. Also any movement in the bed makes a lot of noise. Overall we made the best of our stay, and we again appreciate the upgrades to the hotel. Management should either do a better job of customer service, or hire better staff.

We had a great stay here. Everything was wonderful, except for some really loud people in the hallway for a long time after midnight, but that's not the hotel's fault! Thanks for having breakfast open before 7, so we could eat before heading to our son's tournament!

Hotel over-all was really nice, comfortable bed, nice and spacious. My 2 stars on the 1 option was because i booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub because of my work schedule was very grueling and looked forward to relaxing after in hot tub. On checking in was notified that hot tub was out of order. I would've stayed at another hotel if id known beforehand.

I think when you are serving breakfast the time should be adjusted for holidays. We got in late on the 23rd and didn’t get up until 9, very disappointed we couldn’t enjoy breakfast.

Comfy and clean!

We stayed just one night for a friend’s wedding in the area, but we would definitely stay here again! The hotel and the room we stayed in were very up to date, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and they had a pretty solid breakfast spread available in the morning!

Nice, new, easy to get to.
It’s really nice having hard flooring in the room, so much cleaner.
The breakfast was stocked for typical family eats, but no real healthy options. Lots of fat/carb/starch. Not a lot of lean protein. That’s THE ONLY suggestion I have.

Nice hotel in St. Peter

Modern look for the hotel with nice decorating. Nice choice of hot food for breakfast with rotating posted menu. We appreciated two televisions in the room since we had the kids with us. It was nice to have a separate door/unit for the freezer in the room to keep our ice packs cold. We love that the bathroom had a fan! We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub during our stay.
