Loved everything about it . I do think the bathroom lighting was too dark though.

Michael
Nice spacious room and bathroom. The bed was so comfy. Great for the night.
Tyler
While its location is unique in a business building, the hotel was everything they say it is. It was very clean, the amenities were nice, and the staff were all very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here if I am in Mankato again.
Scott
Hidden gem! Awesome!!!
Scott
Very clean room, staff communication was excellent for our reservation, check-in. Check-out, etc.
Enrique

Ronni
Parking was easy. Staff was receptive to messages and requests. Room was beautiful and unique from typical hotels in the area.
Deena
This place was amazing. They thought of everything including a nice coffee station and premium towels, bedding and soaps. They were fantastic in texting to make sure everything was perfect. Staff was nice. Quiet location. No hotel restaurant or pool but seriously one of the nicest/cleanest hotels I have been to.
Rose
We loved our experience here. It was so different but elevated and we honestly did not want to leave. They included some breakfast snacks in a fridge for us as well which we appreciated for our snowboarding trip!
Megan
Was able to walk to all the places I needed to go in downtown Mankato, which was perfect.
Kelly
Spotless room, great customer service, and great amenities! The free breakfast in the fridge was such a nice touch as well. Will stay here again when I’m in town.
Brandon
Beautiful rooms. Only problem was the shower didn't get hot enough.
Jenika
Beautiful clean modern style “Studio Apartment” hotels with attentive staff and plenty of independent options for people who get anxious about asking for extra amenities. This place has easily become one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. It’s in a wonderful spot only near minutes from plenty of great restaurants like Happy Chef for people that like to sit and eat at breakfast time.
Tyler
Very clean and awesome gifts and loved the flower pebbles
Andrea
Very nice room.
Easton
Clean room, staff was great, nice boxed breakfast to take with in the morning. Hotel is within walking distance to hockey arena and bars. Great experience!
Sharon
Great location! There is a mini fridge in the room which was great! They even included a couple boxes with breakfast goodies...muffin, apple, yogurt and juice. The coffee station outside the room was so convenient!
Trevor
Place was beautiful and quiet. I probably could have stayed another night just to relax in that room all day! Nice parking lot right out front, easy to follow instructions, and great staff to interact with.
Kester
Best Hotel in Mankato, MN. Clean room, quiet and wver smiling staff.
Michelle
Exceeded our expectations. Love the concept. Impeccable and quiet. Perfect place to stay.
Brian
Excellent room. Very helpful staff. A completely delightful stay. I got my room assignment and access codes and love the coffee cart in the hall with extra towels. The bed wasn’t a sleep number bed but it was very comfortable and the linens were amazing as advertised.
Marianne
Clean room, friendly staff, quiet building.
Scott
One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had
CYNTHIA
Better options in the area
Newer facility. comfortable beds. amenities lacking. Previous reviews comment on nice breakfast. actually only granola bars and fruit. Pricey alternative for the area. There are better for same or less money. Will not choose this option again.
Shaune
Beautiful property
Jennifer
Very clean. Plenty of towels available and extra supplies available. Would definitely stay again.
Dawn
Very nice location. Very clean. Close to concert venues. All staff were very friendly and helpful.
Debbie
Nice hotel, needs to work on amenities
This is a cool hotel. The room was large and had nice amenities like nice towels and toiletries.
However, there are minimal food/drink options. They were late setting up breakfast one day and they ran out of coffee numerous times. The self-serve coffee area on the room level ran out of coffee pods on day one and was never replenished. When you don’t have a restaurant, making sure you have coffee is bare minimum.

Very nice boutique style hotel in downtown Mankato. Many great restaurants within walking distance and very close to the campus. Extremely easy parking. The room was quiet, clean and we loved the view from the window. We will definitely stay there again.
Kris
Unique hotel and vibe! Our room was spacious and we loved all of the tall windows! It was more like a studio loft apartment. Loved the contactless check-in process. The technology worked as it should and was so convenient. Property was conveniently located for our activities. We would stay here again. The bed and bedding were comfortable, but I hated the pillows, they were cheap.... need to replace with down or down alternative. Our only other complaint is the check-in is at 4:00 p.m. (although we were able to check-in 30 minutes early with no problems), while check-out is at 10:00 a.m., a bit early for us. I would consider staying here again but would request a late check-out. Parking was plentiful, convenient, and free.
Kristine
Very comfortable. I love the rooms!
Thomas
Easy check in, friendly and knowledgeable staff and great location!
Jennifer
Good location, close to restaurants, neat shops, and parks. Room was very clean and comfortable.
Carrie
Great place to stay!
We were in the area to attend a concert at the Vetter Stone Amphitheater. It was perfect, as it was just a short walk from the hotel. There were a lot of unique shops and restaurants in the area as well.
Tim
Mankato great place

Great view and comfy space!
This modern chic hotel had great space and beautiful views. It was clean and comfortable. Self check in and out was seamless.
Benjamin
Very clean and quiet.
Mary
We liked the eclectic architecture and efficiency of the space. Great parking and good location.
Jeremy
The most comfortable beds ever!
Deb
Very large room with a decent view of the river area. The hotel is a single floor of a 5 story multipurpose building, and has an industrial vibe (exposed metal beams, polished concrete floors, etc.) Nice shower. As large as the bathroom is, it has very limited counter space. The bed was too soft for my liking, but my wife liked it. a few items available for breakfast, but very limited. Overall a clean comfortable place - will probably stay again when we need to visit Mankato.
Stephanie
Loved this unique property. It was lovely.
Brian
Great stay!!!
Chad
Boutique style property n rooms. I would definitely recommend this place for couples and a girls weekend.
Heather
We liked the convenience of the location and how easy it was to park. The room was fantastic and clean. The whole property was fresh and tastefully done. We enjoyed our stay.
Luonna
Loved the no-hassle check in. Spacious, modern room.
James
Rooms we're beautiful! Breafast food was bare though.
Robert
Coffee lovers, stay somewhere else.
Everything was fine until Sunday morning when we seemed coffee. There were no cups so we had to go to the lobby area and got weak brewed coffee. No water in the keruig. No cream. Breakfast was lacking.
Verified traveler
Dry, smelly, moms
With the high ceiling the room was very dry. Also the air freshener was very strong.. grossly strong like a pine tree car air freshener. The morning was woke up by cackling bubble vested moms as the kids run up and down the hallway. ..yep
Scott
Best hotel ever!
This hotel is the best ever! Most confortable bed ever! The staff was the most polite i have ever had the honor of talking to. The afternoon gentleman there was so nice and polite! Had the best talk with him about life! The bathroom was specatular and the bed was soooo unbelieveablly comfortable! My hasband and i slept so well!
Tania
Quiet, comfortable, up-to-date. Ample parking. Room spacious; modern minimalist decor.
Rand
Will stay here again.

This place is a must stay if you are in the area! So clean and loved the amenities even though it was a minimal interaction with staff. Will definitely stay there again!

Great Boutique Hotel
This boutique hotel offered everything we needed during our stay and the scent was amazing. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed the amenities like the bagels and coffee. It was close to everything downtown and I'm sure we will stay here again.
Heather
Very clean, gorgeous room. Very comfortable bed. Easy process.
Kristin
The decor of this hotel is beautiful!! Black and white, modern/industrial! And the beds are super comfortable!
Aaron
Modern in Mankato
Very modern hotel. Room was very nice, but minimalistic. Overall it was a very nice experience.
Kimberly
Such a fun and unique hotel! You don’t have to worry about losing a key because the door is your own code—it was quiet and easy to get to. Walkable to downtown areas. The bed was comfy and it was clean! I would absolutely recommend staying here!
