Our front desk staff did not know how to use their computers. Or how to check us in from hotels.com. they were kind and helpful, but our checking process was extremely extended because there are lack of knowledge of using hotels.com to check in.

The property was fine but the rooms were quite disappointing. It looks like NH just took over, put in some new mattresses and started selling rooms. Don’t know if it was just the set of rooms we were in for rate but the challenges seen:
Extra lock on door did not work, mold behind bathroom door, walls in bathroom (specifically) and bedroom area have not been cleaned in a very long time (don’t look beyond your immediate view), initial towels not fully white, bedroom floors were in terrible shape… could see major divets and drag marked of beds / other furniture.. All unit doors needed a slam, water from toilets around floors not quite, ..
Front desk staff courteous.
Once asleep it was fine. Would not return or recommend brand or specific hotel. Work in hotel industry and surprisingly was disappointed with even basic expectations.

Excellent location and amazing customer service. The terrace pool and gym is a nice addition. The room was huge with a panoramic view of the city. Water pressure was OK and comfort was good - though the furniture and room were both outdated. In need of some TLC. Also, the breakfast was lackluster.

This property is significantly dated. I was in a room with zero view. The air conditioner makes a lot of noise. There’s mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom. This hotel is in a great location and if you’re looking for something very modest, this might be for you.

Exceptional & friendly staff - especially Carla was very helpful and had good answers to all my questions and could help with special requests.
Both (male)conscierges (?) were attentative and promptly helpful.
The room hat the size and quality I was expecting.
Solely two things:
Big people like me have difficulties to enter the bathtub as the entry is quite narrow.
The online window I could open was not closing properly so I had to live with more streetnoise than necessary.

A Jewel Hotel Central to Everything in Cordoba

We were really happy with our selection. We did not expect so much, however we were thrilled by the great room and receptionist service, the daily cleaning condition of our room, the security, internet connection, Cable programming, room designed, spacious bathroom, the security of the property, our daily chocolate presents, and the central location of the Hotel - Nearby to the most interesting attractions. The airport bus stop coming and leaving is at walking distance and there is an exchange money place near by as well. Don't hesitate to reserve this hotel in Cordoba, Argentine; you will not regret it.. We will come back to i soont!!!

Good location but the hotel is dated and due for a renovation; half the walls covered in wood paneling like the 80's. Air Condition is loud and sounds like it will breakdown any second. Room doors have to be slammed shut. Avoid rooms by the elevator as it is very loud. Great price hotel room but additional services are ridiculously over priced. Beautiful view of the Cordoba city with the Cordoba hills in the background. Staff spoke decent english which helped us. Check in was very slow as they that to add us to the NH database. There are 2 signs hanging on the inside door, 1 the standard do not disturb and the 2 was to clean our room. We didn't put any signs on the door and were surprised to see our room cleaned. 5 mins walk to old town and a large shopping centre. 7 mins wall to Guimes which is a hip fun area full of cafes restaurants and bars. Would stay here again if price was same or lower.

The lobby, restaurant and bar area have been remodeled and are great. The rooms are very dated but are clean. For the money in the area it was probably worth it. Breakfast was good and worth the money. The street in front is VERY noisy all hours of the day, there seems to be a loud motorcycle every 15-30 minutes. VERY nice staff.

This hotel is a nicely located, good option in Córdoba. But, unfortunately, it has not been maintained quite as well in the recent past. During my last visit, I had to change rooms because of extremely low water pressure. The room I was offered was not in the same condition as the first one, with some items missing, and there was a constant flushing sound that was irritating throughout the night. That said, the staff were helpful and tried to mitigate all problems. It would be nice if the hotel underwent some refurbishments and functioned as well as it did in the past.

Good bed!

Nice clean, quiet room where we slept well. Enjoyed the rooftop pool and gym which were well maintained. The only negative was that they stopped room service early on New Years Eve. The whole city was dead so we wanted to order some wine to the room for a more quiet celebration but when I asked the front desk at 10:50 if I could order some wine they said the room service was unavailable, despite the fact they said they should be running a service until 11:30pm. Very disappointing, given there was no warning and clearly the staff knew there was little to nothing going on locally. The bar/room service could have made some decent money even if the reception worker had offered to fetch a bottle from the bar. But no, no offer, nil customer service to help celebrate the turning of a new year. Poor. Brought down our experience massively.

We have a very good stay and we can say that there was no problem for any reason.
It would be nice to have aa electric kettle in the room. When you stay for a long period it is important to have a tea in the room. Another item quite useful is an scales.

Stayed in Córdoba for two nights. The hotel is within walking distance of Plaza San Martin and many of the attractions of the city. We spent an evening on the terrace overlooking the city. We also used the gym facilities and thought the equipment was in good order. Amazing breakfast! Clean room - great stay!

Vicente one of the waiters was OUTSTANDING as all staff was....we had an unexpected return to Cordoba and arrived very early. They accommodated us, gave us a room for all three of us...and on our departure prepared us a pre-dawn breakfast for an extremely early departure. I most certainly will return to this hotel in August and for us anyway as we labor it is not the place it's the folks that make a place. And NO DOUBT this is a place worth staying at. The restaurant food is very very good. The gym is simple but it meets the need as does the pool. And the ambience is most to our liking.

Cordoba, what a beautiful city. We were fortunate as the hotel, unbeknownst to us was right across from a river that runs through the middle of the city. A beautiful setting with an extended Alameda on Alvear street. The accomadations were comfortable and we enjoyed the small gym and pool. The gym was not the \"best\" but we were able to work out and enjoy the view from the 15th floor where the pool and gym are located. The restaurant was nice, clean and the food was fresh. I prefer to wait a little longer for my food especially if it is fresh. Overall, a nice place to stay, moderately priced and available to families, singles, couples or whatever the case may be.

Great in-town location

Close to the area's of Cordoba that we wanted to see. We pretty much walked everywhere. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable and met our needs. The hotel sits on a main street, so if you like to sleep with your windows open, best not be too sensitive to traffic noise.

Good location, but run down hotel

We were quite surprised to stay in NH Hotel of such condition compared to the hotels of this chain in Spain. Everything was so old and old fashioned there. Room was big but the rest did not make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was extremely poor even to Argentinian standard. Location convenient due to closeness to the city center. We also appreciated early check in offered at a small additional charge.
