Breakfast menu offered as Buffet style.
The buffet was mainly bakery and not many options of hot meals.
scramble eggs, no bacon, I did not bother to request eggs benedict or over easy,... they were not offered.
A lot of flour, and so few options of fruits (melon, grape fruit, orange, banana.)
Don't get me started on the coffe...

Very nice hotel, excellent service, clean room. friendly and helpful staff, fairly good breakfast. Quick check-in. Good restaurant. Location is central, very close to shopping centre. Many reasonable dining options around. The hotel was a very pleasant surprise for my short stay in Cordoba.

Amerian Executive is my home when in Cordoba. Great horel, fantastic location and staff that goes above and beyond to support customers.

I landed 8AM after 20 hours traveling and they helped me getting earlier the room so I could rest... that is service!!!

Location was excellent bed mattress and pillows excellent however air conditioning a nightmare 1st room allocated sounded like a car alarm going off.2nd room allocated a/c failed to work the second day and the 3rd night. We were moved to a room at 1am in the morning with an a/c to try and get some sleep. Breakfast was good but every morning we went for breakfast around 9.45 am the coffee was horrendous as it had been brewing since 7.30 am !!! It is a hostile hotel for smokers as there is no allocated area for smoking and the roof terrace was closed earlier than advertised when informing the staff of all these failings A/C etc they seemed helpless. The shower design was dreadful the floor was flooded every time we used.

Good hotel in central location in Cordoba. Good warm pool on roof with pleasant area to sit although limited shade. Good WiFi. Good breakfast options including fruit.
Kettle in room usefully provided however bring your own coffee and tea !

Hotel conveniently located and of a good standard. Excellent hotel pool on the roof with nice seating area though limited shade, particularly necessary as very hot during our stay. Breakfast was fine with good fruit options.
Our room was to the back which was good for sleeping as Cordoba was busy and noisy. Our room had 1 or 2 maintenance issues and the hot water in the shower could take a long time to run hot, WiFi worked well. Complicated TV (seemed impossible to get the sound to work) however no English language channels. Staff generally helpful.

Staff were generally not helpful. No room service. Card keys failed daily requiring front desk replacement. Bar staff often nowhere to be found. Pool not open. Weights existed in gym but no workout area at all. Water from the shower could not be contained due to poor glass design and bathroom floor always flooded. No hot water in the shower for at least 5 minutes. Air conditioning didn't work and technician said it couldn't go below 25C (really?). Hot water kettle in the room but no coffee or tea. Exorbitant charges for mini bar items including the water (3 small items and 2 bottles of water was $23 USD). Bathroom sink was badly cracked. Bath towels were like sandpaper. Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable. Location was good.

One of the best hotels in Cordoba

I was here a year ago as well and i can say that they have improved. Internet is much better, staff speak english and are helpful and overall it felt like a more pleasant experience.
Otherwise, the location is perfect - right in the city center across the street from the Patio Olmos mall and close to lots of good restaurants and clubs.

In a word - average.
I was there for 5 nights and all i can say is that the experience was mediocre. The services are not that good considering that it took 4 phone calls in an evening to get a fork up to my room and the internet connection was down for 4 nights out of 5. The excuse in that case was \"well the internet is free anyway, so we can't pay you back for something that is not free\".
The location on the other hand was great. Right in the center, next to the mall and numerous bars/pubs/clubs.
Room was clean with full minibar.
Still better than the NH Urbano Hotel.
I would probably return only due to the low price.

I made arrangements ahead of time for transport from the airport. My two kids and I arrived at midnight and we had to wait 1.5 hours for transport. Arriving at about 2am I was told that we couldn't have more than two people in the room and made us book another room for the two nights. My kids are minors and there is no way I would leave them alone, so I paid two nights for a room that I didn't use. There wasn't much I could do at that time of night. I just got in the elevator and cried. Nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase and the staff was inflexible. Actually the hotel was ok, but it really doesn't matter how smiley the staff is, or how clean the rooms are if you are forced to pay double.

Nice business hotel

This hotel is very well located in front of Patio Olmos Shopping Mall and walking distance to downtown Cordoba. Rooms are ample and comfortable. Staff is not very well trained and the two times that I've stayed here, they have lost the brochure box I have sent in advance and have done no efforts to find it until I insist 4 or 5 times.

My only complaint was that while the hotel advertised a pool it was for the hotel next door. There are two separate hotels, the Amerian Hotel Park and the Amerian Hotel Executive. We stayed at the Executive and thus if we wanted to use the pool had to go next door. The staff was helpful with providing directions, maps, and handling our laundry needs. The Amerian Executive did not have ice available, thus again, requiring one to leave the hotel and go to the Amerian Park next door. I did this looking for a bucket of ice and was offered only a glass with two cubes in it.

Overall this hotel is clean, neat, and attractive as it is only five minutes from many attracitons in Cordoba city and it is located in a very good neighborhood.

Dishonest, dirty & nonfunctional - a great place to get cheated

The room was dirty, the towels were filthy and the air conditioning didn't work the entire stay which made the room impossible to sleep in. Hotel staff promised not to charge one of two nights and did anyway at checkout! After returning home, Hotels.com called them and they refused to honor their commitment to remove one night stay. While the hotel looked nice and the location was good, the experience was a disaster - we were without sleep for two days, were lied to and feel completely cheated. Definitely won't stay there again and I highly recommend against this hotel.

En general el hotel funciona bastante bien. No obstante, en recepción uno de los varones no es para nada amable. Sí, destaco a Micaela en recepción y a Víctor quien fue a ver la habitación por el aire acondicionado, hizo todo lo que estaba a su alcance para ayudar. El personal de un hotel siempre debería considerar que brindan un servicio. Gracias a los dos por su amable y gentil atención.

O quarto era grande, cama grande e boa. O boxe do banheiro era parcial, molhava a área externa a ele, mas a ducha era boa. Pedi um quarto em andar superior, não havia. Fiquei no segundo andar sem vista da cidade. Via apenas a rua. O café da manhã razoável. Quase tudo era doce. Mas no geral o pessoal era gentil e educados.

Aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, incluso quitando la llave de la habitación (estando dentro) para que no estuviera encendido. No me dejó dormir en toda la noche, el gimnasio pobrísimo, además de que estaba cerrado y tuve que bajar, pedir que lo abrieran, subir, etc. perdiendo tiempo, no funcionan las máquinas, tan solo mancuernas, y había una cucaracha enorme. En el día 2 estaba apurado por salir, volviendo del desayuno fui a entrar a la habitación, la tarjeta no andaba. Al preguntar en la recepción me dijeron \"estaba grabada por 1 día\" sin dar más explicación, mi estadía siempre fue por 2 días por lo que no entiendo por qué la grabaron por un día. En síntesis mucho tiempo perdido por mal servicio
