Honestly, I disagree with giving this hotel 4 or 5 stars. They should update the photos on their website and stop lying to people by saying they have a heated pool when they don't. The cleaning lady was very polite and one of the few who actually helped us and left our room clean. The concierge at night was also very nice—polite, respectful, and very grateful.

But in the morning, we asked someone if they could take us to the airport, and they told us to call a taxi. They said the hotel didn't offer that service.

We stayed for 5 nights in the hotel. The hotel has a gym, but it is not a hotel gym, they are partnered with a gym a few blocks away and it is very busy and hard to find space. The sauna in the hotel wasnt working as well. The worst part was the restaurant. The first night we waited 1 hour for our food and they forgot my entire meal. They did not apologize one time. After another half hour of waiting for my meal, everyone was finished so we cancelled the order and they still did not apologize. For breakfast they did not keep the buffet stocked and we always had to ask for plates and glasses. They were very rude and always seemed annoyed. The hotel says resort and spa, but its neither. Its just a regular overpriced hotel with bad service

Comodo, muy cerca al aeropuerto. Cuenta con cafetería pero no restaurante. Las camas y almohadas muy cómoda. Tiene servicio de van al aeropuerto pero cuesta 16 dólares por persona. El taxi cuesta solo 5 dolares

Good location, moderate hotel with fair amenities

We picked this hotel due to the proximity to the airport after travelling so long.

The hotel offered free wi-fi however the room we were assigned as soon as you entered the doorway no reception which was inconvenneienf after travelling so far and needing to connect with family back home of our arrival.

Buffet breakfast was ‘ok’ served from 7am however still getting ready at 7.30 with all items available at 7.45ish am. Consisted of scramble egg, variety of cereal, pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, juice etc.

Check in was easy as our person spoke English however throughout the night was harder as night staff only speak Spanish. The hotel advertised that they had English speaking staff.

Overall experience was a good location to airport, large spacious hotel with some amenities available however the gym is very basic and outdated.

Very clean, pretty new look and comfortable accommodations. Good customer service. Very close to the airport. Paid shuttle to the airport is really Inexpensive. Restaurant food was so-so. Prices reasonable. Live flight information on screen in the lobby was a plus.

Our one night stay was very brief. We chose this hotel because our flight was coming in after 11pm, the hotel is close to the airport and they had a late check in. The room was as expected. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Because we checked out at 10.30am, we did not get to enjoy the many facilities at the hotel. The staff member who checked us out was very friendly and had excellent English

My honest opinion

If you go to Cordoba for business and you plan to fly in and out of the local airport, this hotel is very convenient. However, you may want to take the following into consideration:

1. Don't count on a free ride to get to this Hotel. Out of my two stays, I had issues both times with this service (offered only one way).

2. The premium taxi service at the airport has very limited capacity and there is a good chance you will have to wait in queue for an hour.

3. Why to wait for an hour if you can catch a taxi cab outside? the reason is that there is no currency exchange agency at this airport.

4. At the hotel be ready to; be denied currency exchange service, to have the front desk exchange your money as a last resource for a exchange rate that is a joke, and not to get a receipt for the transaction.

5. What ever you do, avoid renting a car (you will regret it).

Unless is absolutely necesary, avoid traveling to Cordoba. Other than being an industrial city, it does not have much to offer. There are many other much nicer cities in Argentina that you will enjoy (i.e. Rosario not to far to the south).

Main problem was to arrive there from the airport. No shuttle, no explanation, had to get a taxi (which only accepts Pesos , no credit card, in an airport with no currency exchange place). Hard for a foreigner .

Good balanced by the bad

OK, to get it out of the way, the good: the restaurant serves tasty food with complimentary breakfast, which includes bacon and eggs. The bed is confortable, and the service is great. Now the not so good, the weight of which will probably preclude me booking again.

* The wifi is horrible. It's slow, choppy, disconnects you regularly. If you want (or need) to stay connected, forget staying here. I asked them about it, and they just nodded and agreed it was horrible. OK?
* The room was mostly clean, but the vent above the shower had lint/dust/something literally hanging from it. How does housekeeping miss that?
* While the restaurant's food quality was good, one dinner I sat by myself for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. 3 employees, 5 tables with people at them. Hard not to take that personal. I left and ordered room service, which came 45 minutes later.
* Twice in a row, at 1:30 AM, teens running up and down the halls screaming for 15 or more minutes. How does the front desk not hear that? After the first night I talked to them about it, but it didn't stop it from happening the second night. I don't hold management responsible for the actions of others -- unless they don't make an effort to quell it.

The room is pretty good, clean and close to airport. On the other hand, I do no recommend the restaurant. There is no much option on the menu, the service is pretty bad. Actually, it was my second time in the restaurant. Trust me, in both cases I waited around 45 minutes for a spaghetti with tomato sauce.

This Hotel is not situated as it is described. The hotel actually is 2 mins from the airport in the direct flight path of landing airplanes. Our room was nice bathroom large and very clean and the hotel itself is pretty but there is nothing on either side of it but warehouses. The room was double glazed so the noise from aircraft taking off was not a problem. Cordoba city is 16 miles from the hotel but there are no taxis passing the hotel. Across the road from the hotel is a car rental which we used to hire a car so we could get around. The hotel would have been wonderful if it had been where it said it was.

Las camas cómodas, el servicio de limpieza en el cuarto excelente. Las cortinas de la habitación que son blancas estaban grises de la falta de lavado, fuera de eso ok. En la terraza tienen tres hidromasajes, los cuales no se llenaban con agua automáticamente, y dos estaban rotos fuera de servicio, por lo que sólo se podia utilizar uno. El sauna está un poco descuidado y la ducha escocesa es muy vieja, los plásticos de la cabina son amarillos de antigüos. No hay instructor de golf ni te alquilan equipo. Solárium no hay, sólo sillas para tomar sol. El desayuno bastante completo, pero deben hacer mantenimiento a las instalaciones porque están bastante dejadas para el precio que se cobra.

Room was basic, a bit outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, which a sufficient choice. Not special. Employees of the hotel were welcoming and helpful. The pool was outdated and did not look like anyone had been in it for some years. Location is great, very close to the airport. Shuttle service worked perfect, big plus!

La habitacion se veia descuidada, habia mucho ruido externo (parecia una bomba de agua funcionando todo el tiempo) y el aire era ruidoso tambien. La persona que estaba en la recepcion en la mañana fue descortes, casi maleducada (aunque despues de ver mi reaccion mejoro al mediodia). Lo mejor de todo es la gente que atiende en el restaurant. Son muy amables y educados. Es un hotel caro para lo que brinda.

El personal el recepcionista desagradable y del trato. No informan bien al momento de hacer reservas que se debe llevar una tarjeta de crédito como garantía. Tengo tarjeta de débito. Y no la acepto. De todas formas, prácticamente nos hecho del hotel. A nosotros y a otro pasajero en las mismas condiciones. Mal el hotel por no informar.
Muy mal el recepcionista por el mal trato.
Además no funciona la pileta interior, lamentable

Suelo parar en este hotel pero esta vez Aparentemente tienen falta de personal ya que al reservar la camioneta para ser trasladados al aeropuerto, me informaron que estaba sin gasolina y no tenían conductor. Me ofrecieron un taxi que accedí y pague al llegar al aeropuerto.
