One of the power outlets was out. It was replaced with a power strip that wouldn't have been necessary. The TV had some STUPID channels, and not many good ones.

Room hadn’t been vacuumed, tub was clogged and filled up with water when we tried to shower, the TV didn’t work. Will not stay there again.

The luggage carrier was falling apart.
The floor in the room was filthy! When we stepped into the tub to take a shower the bottom of our feet left dirt tracks.
It took forever to check in.
A pickup truck was doing donuts in the parking lot at 3 in the morning around the all the parked cars. When my husband told the person at the desk he didn't seem too concerned about it.
We will not be staying there again!

This is not a family friendly hotel. Nothing but men and their poor use of an “inside voice”, beer and smoking directly outside the front entrance. The pool water was murky, the room was ice cold walking into it because the heat wasn’t turned on. The bathroom stayed freezing because of the inch gap surrounding the ceiling light, enough to where you could feel the air transfer. The toilet listed to the side when you sat down, the exhaust fan was dirty and Very loud and you couldn’t the light on without it. The security chain was broken on our door as well. Our neighbor kept his Tv volume on max until 230am. I knocked on his door, he didn’t answer. Then the night clerk called him for me, he didn’t answer, it wasn’t until the clerk knocked on the door himself, did the TV stay off. Finally, at 530am someone auto started their diesel truck which was parked below our second floor window and I woke in a panic to our room smelling Very strongly of exhaust fumes. I scrambled to turn off the heat and stop the fumes coming in, only to find out the window was so poorly seal the fumes were still leaking in. We packed up and checked out by 6am.
With all that said, the room and property were clean, the beds were comfortable enough, the staff were polite, professional and efficient with checkin and handling my night time issue But, I still wouldn’t recommend staying there unless you are a single male, with a truck.

When we arrived the Lady at the front desk was really nice. She did complain to us about the Hotel and how horrible the pay was and how limited they are with staff. They only have one lady that does the cleaning and pretty much 3 other workers running this place. Breakfast was extremely limited. Pretty much you had your choice of cereal, orange juice, bagels and coffee. Once we went to the room, there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room. Cleanliness is definitely not a thing for them. There was hair in the bathroom, socks hanging in the closet, urine in the toilet, bathtub looked like it had not been scrubbed ever it was just horrible. We had to go buy flip flops just to shower. Parking was okay.

How to not get repeat customers

Hotel pool shut down but wasn't told untill check in. Lost 50 dollar deposit, staff said a sheet had a small blue and red dot on it. I feel that was completely made up. I think I should have at least my deposit refunded, because it was a bad experience from the check in

Front manager was great. Upset customer in front of me checking in. She kept her calm and tried her best to make things better (not right, better) for the customer who had used a 3rd party booking site to book.
Super friendly with the customer and me. Very professional.
Room was ok. Smelled like popcorn. Not bad, just not what I want to smell. Bathtub was dirty. Shower curtain had stains on it. Tub corners had dirt. And hair above the shower rod.
Bed was comfy.

I just felt very uneasy there. I didn't like the location. Our toilet didn't flush. The pool was too cold, even for my 7 year old.
Overall, just not a comfortable environment. (Did not request a refund, just accepted my loss and left!)

The fire alarms went off multiple times later at night twice while my children and I were asleep. Due to someone cooking food and setting them off. The front desk helper was really worrying me from how he would follow me outside when I went to smoke a cigarette. Then get into the elevator Everytime I would use it to go to my room

Very Nice Place to Stay

The woman who checked us in was very nice and when we asked for a room on the back side of the hotel because my husband has trouble sleeping, she put us in a room that was on the 3rd floor, far from the elevator and on the back side of the hotel. Perfect sleeping there! Hotel is easy to get to, very clean and nice soft beds.

I arrived at 7PM and my room was checked in. I went to my room and the door was opened. I hollered out to see if someone was in the room. I did not get response so I went in and my room was not ready. The hotel set me up with another room and when I went into the bathroom it was filthy. The toilet seat had urine all over it and on the floor by the toilet. When I say all over the toilet seat, I mean it looked like a man went to use the bathroom and sprayed urine all over the toilet seat. The room had stains on the desk chair, the ceiling looked like it had water damage, and the front desk floor area had dirt all over it. The breakfast was nothing to write home about especially the overly raw bacon that was served and the breakfast area was a mess with no staff around to clean up. As were checking out, they tried over charging for my room saying that a handicap accessible room should be more. My son-in-law showed them the booking information and they still were trying to say their price was right. They ended up refunding the difference but not without trying to overcharge me. Not impressed with this place and will not stay their again.

The check in was horrible. I reserved 4 rooms to pay at the property. I asked the lady at the front desk if we could pay separate and she said yes but only separated 1 room and charged my card for the other 3.

We checked in at 7pm and 1 room was not ready, my room was dirty, the shower curtain was gross. The front check in was dirty with dirt all over the floor.

The pool area seemed well kept at least.

Breakfast was alright except for the bacon that was severely undercooked and no one around to keep things whipped up and clean.

Went to check out and they tried over charging me for a room. Spent a half an hour trying to explaining to the front desk and even showed him my phone with the reservation and still tried to tell me the room should be more. They finally refunded me the money.

Not a great experience and would not stay there again.

Absolutely disgusted

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. I had a 2 day reservation and the clerk deactivated the key cards after 1 night. Not a big deal but very inconvenient. The breakfast food was absolutely horrible. Sugar free syrup for the waffle was gross and the uncooked or microwave bacon could absolutely get someone sick. I could go on and on. Would NOT recommend this hole to anyone.

We will be back

We booked a room for the night because we had just got married. The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. We didn’t eat breakfast but noticed they had fresh fruit which is always a plus. The woman at check in was pleasant. The only d negative thins we encountered was that the elevator smelled, but I believe someone has snuck a smoke in there. I would stay here again, in fact we plan to soon. Great price, for a great stay.
