We stayed one night, the place was okay for the price. We were woken up in the middle of the night by the car alarm of one of the vehicles parked right outside our window. If we ever stay there again we will ask to stay on the second floor. There was also a lot of noise since people were walking in and out though the small hallway. The furniture is new and the restroom is well maintained as well.

Room key didn’t work. Went back to front desk, staff told me it will work, tried again wouldn’t open door. Lady came up and also struggled to open door. Found no bath towels in room, called front desk was put on hold for 15 minutes, hung up called multiple times with no response. Landed up using a t shirt as a towel.
Breakfast is a joke peanut butter crackers and peanuts.
Staff is terrible and didn’t seem to care.

Breakfast was super lacking could of been better just cereal and bananas thats it. But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? He told me his daughter had a room and just left her there!! So after about 30minutes i helped her up since it seemed no one was gonna help her again told the manager thats not okay she obviously needed help he should of helped her! Got her up lady clearly had dementia of some sort she didnt even know her daughter down the hallway!! So cops were called. I couldn’t believe no one helped her he just practically said it wasnt his problem an 80yo lady on the floor not able to get up in your foyer is your problem dude jesus christ have some human decency!!

The pool and hot tub was enjoyable enough. The parking was easy and close to the check-in doors. The cleaness and smell of the place in general was not appealing. The in room microwave had to be moved to the floor under a table to be able to plug in to warm up foods and such. Barley anywhere to store clothing and traveling supplies if staying more than one day. The staff was kind when asking for towels, as you have to before going to the pool because there are none in the pool area. Check in was easy, almost too easy, as my brother walked in and said my name and they just handed the keys over, with out question or any verification at all. We are kind and grateful people, we leave our small town twice a year to get a room and enjoy the city outtings with the family. This place gave us a roof amd bed to do just that but we were not impressed.

The staff was polite and provided solution to any questions asked. The pool and hot tub were great! The colorful lights and wooden accents made it feel luxurious/fun. The room was clean, the heat worked great and had all basic amenities.

As the other reviews stated the breakfast was very minimal. I honestly never expect much from any hotel breakfast and the fact that they even had anything is appreciated. The coffee and muffin were tasty.

My only concern is the mattresses have a mattress protector that can be annoying. My daughter constantly tosses and turns at night therefore the noise kept me up. I do understand the need to reduce risk of mattress hygiene.

The breakfast isn't one of the worst I've ever had in a hotel with free breakfast, it is THE worst I've ever had. I went down Saturday morning to ask if any hot food was included for breakfast, and the guy at the front desk was completely asleep! I walked around a few minutes to find the \"breakfast\" and he never even knew I was there. The breakfast included the smallest muffins, bananas, peanut butter crackers, apple jacks, coco roos, and a loaf of bread to make toast. I've never been to a hotel with such a bad free breakfast in all of my years.

Upon arrival the outside appearance was, let me say, not really inviting. The parking lot had a lot of trash laying around. It was better in the check-in area. The room was okay. The fire alarm was hanging off the ceiling, so not sure if it was a working alarm or not. The bed was good and the room was clean. The breakfast wasn't much to write home about, but there are some restaurants close by to get breakfast. We were in Ozark, MO to celebrate our oldest grandsons graduation. There aren't many options for hotels in Ozark with Branson being 25 minutes south and Springfield being 10 minutes away, most people will choose to stay there. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay in Ozark, this is your place to stay.

We found the smell in the hallways not pleasant. The back door entrance was cluttered and unkempt. We had to move the microwave to a different location to plug in for using. The fridge is not functioning properly. The TV mount bracket was broken, so the TV was slanted. The

A normal Days Inn experience. Cheap motel but seemed clean. The cable fitting was broken on the TV so they gave us a different room. The recliner in the room was broken… I’ve seen nicer furniture on the curb. The free breakfast looked gross but there are plenty of fast food places nearby for breakfast.

Showed up with four kids ready to swim on their spring break. Was told the pool was in spa was working when I booked it and when I went to check in, got to the room went to the pool and there was ice on top of the pool and the spa was broken. Staff wouldn’t answer the phone when Expedia called to give me my refund so I could go to a hotel with a working pool.

The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and kind.
One issue was the room key cards, everytime you left your room, the card wouldn't let you back in, and it just wasn't ours, everyone else was having the same problem.
Second issue was the \"Continental breakfast\". Was only offered children's cereal, toast and grape jelly, bananas and one day they had a shriveled orange and 1 hard boiled egg. Limited creamers for the coffee. Oh, BTW, the description of the room online states that every room has a coffeemaker, NOT TRUE!!!
The indoor pool was cold and hot tub was VERY hot.
We were there for 3 nights and our trash was never emptied and when my friend asked for extra towels, they told her to bring her dirty ones to the front desk.
I feel like I was overcharged for staying in this facility. I guess you just take your chances anymore, but with being on Social Security disability, I felt $80 a night was a lot, but it was a lesson learned.

We did not get the suite I was charged for and no refunnd for the downgraded room. Tolet would not flush, bathroom didn't appear clean, low pressure hot water just a small low pressure stream in lavatory and shower, water tasted horrible, no one at front desk in the evening for assistance. I WOULD RECOMMENDED(DON'T STAY THERE).
$271 for a plane room and not even tourists season

When we arrived, reservation had been cancelled by an employee. Gave us a room, not a king bed. Had to go back and ask for a king bed room. Continental breakfast had a loaf of bread, mini muffins, apples, no juice as juice machine broken-not what we expected. No hair dryer in room-staff didn't know where one would be.

We had lot of issues.
Bed frame make loud bang when you got in and out of the bed.
We told the desk clerk, but no one contacted us about the issue.

Breakfast, well might as well not be a breakfast offered,
Nothing really to choose from and the coffee was not enough and not good.

Hot tub in pool area, you have to contact the desk to get it turned on for 30 minutes. Then ask again when time is up.

Recliner has a tear under the arm.

We travel to the Springfield, Mo. area frequently, we will never stay at this Days Inn again. Very disappointed.

The lobby was roughly 80° and I have no idea what ridiculous level of humidity. Could not get the key cards to work for the issued room after three trips up and down the stairs the attendant finally came up the stairs to verify what I had already said and issued a different room, thankfully that one worked. There were several spots of blood on the tub and shower wall. The only redeeming quality was the beds were very clean and comfortable!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NASTY and cigarette smoke.

This is an absolute horrible hotel. I booked and prepaid for a king room. Get to the hotel and find out the last king room had a broken air conditioner so was moved to room with 2 queens but was not willing to refund me the difference in fees. The room was a former smoking room and was absolutely horrible of smoke smell. The interior door lock was missing on the door. The light bar above the sink was missing a light bulb. The television did not list tv channels just a random code making it near impossible to find a channel. I went to call the front desk but no phone in the room. The curtain over the window had many holes in the liner making it look like it had been shot with a shotgun and let light in early in the morning. The breakfast was a disaster. That's all - two sugar cereals for kids, walmart white bread, pop tarts and coffee. The juice machine was out of order. The coffee cup lids don't fit so I burnt my hand when it spilt carrying it. I get home to find out that when they moved me to queen room they decided to charge me for the reduced rate but did not refund the original fee for the King room. To summarize, only stay here if you want to breathe in old cigarette smoke (the halls smelled as well, not just the room), get horrible customer service, not have a breakfast other than sugar, and risk having your card charged multiple times. I knew the hotel had a low rating on Hotel.com (5 out of 10) but hoped for decent. I rated it as a 1 but that is too high. NASTY

Have been told I would receive a refund which I have not even gotten yet. I was told I would get a FULL refund.
The bathroom was not cleaned at all. Urine still in toilet when we arrived. Shower was still dirty and not correctly cleaned. The sick was not wiped down at all. Still had coffee marks from previous person. Light bulbs missing. There was moth balls shoved down the sink which made the smell smell horrible every time you used the sink and when I tried to wash my face that smell came up into my face. It seems like the staff only wiped the mirror down, changed the beds and o it new towels in. Nothing else was cleaned. Their breakfast was not as described. The cereal was stale. The locks are the door we’re not even there. And there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower and mold on the tub where your feet are. Disgusting. I was told I would receive a full refund from the hotel and from customer service and have not received it.

There was a leak in the bathroom which I showed management. Dirty towels behind the bathroom door and the toliet was not clean at all. Shower curtain was torren. However the rest of the room was in very good shape and clean. The pool area was freezing as they had the windows open.
