This hotel does not need to be an Expedia property. From the rude and indignant desk staff, to the poor condition of the hotel, this property does not deliver a \"quality experience\" at any level. No elevator, smoking allowed in rooms, and the overall condition of the property is truly one-star. Avoid at all cost!

The TV did not work our entire stay. And they were doing construction on the back side of the hotel right behind our room and I was woken up by what sounded like a jackhammer at 8:00 a.m. after I had traveled all night the night before. If you are doing construction work and there's a possibility that the noise could ruin a customer stay you should tell the customers up front that that is happening so they have a choice and where they stay at.

Checked in a little earlier than expected and was told that the date I booked the hotel was only until the 23 even though I called and asked to extend my stay a little earlier and then tell me that it’s a third party problem not theirs. Even after I showed them the confirmation information. I will not be booking through hotels.com or using this hotel again

We had a very good stay at the Quality Inn. The breakfast exceeded expectations, and having access to a clean, convenient laundry area was a big plus during our trip. The staff deserves special mention—they were all courteous, professional, and eager to help.

The only drawbacks were a room door that didn’t always want to cooperate and some construction noise that could bother anyone trying to sleep in. Fortunately, it didn’t affect us.

Even with those small issues, we were pleased with our stay and would gladly return.

What was good? Not much. It started with giving us the wrong room. I paid for a room with 2 queen size beds and instead the room had a 1 king size bed. Luckily they did have a room with 2 queen size beds. The beds were not comfortable, the mattress way to soft. The shower rod wasn't attached to the wall correctly. The continental breakfast, better get there early because the food is pretty picked over what is left is cold. Good luck finding someone to replenish the breakfast bar. The property needs a lot of work. The railings are loose, new paint would help but it looks like structural repairs are needed.

Very easy to find this property. The room was super nice! No carpet which is always good. The bed was super comfy. My only issue was how small the bathroom is. You had to life the toilet seat to open and close the door.

The key system did not work well for a number of guests. The desk attendant had to bust our room door open with her shoulder as it stuck. There was an odd smell. The bedspread had stains on it and was shabby. The bathroom shower had good water flow but the bathroom was very shabby overall with outdated fixtures from probably around early 1980. Breakfast was mediocre. The room did not look at all like the one in the photo. The only good thing I can say is that the desk attendant was nice and the mattress was comfy. Should be priced at about $65-75 per night as it was basically a very low quality property.

I will not be staying at this property again ! It is literally falling apart !
The balcony for the second floor is being worked on (at least it was propped up by 2x4s and plywood. The work area was not even sectioned off from the public ! People could walk underneath the construction!
Also the attitude of the front desk personnel needs work !!

The first room we got the phone did not work and the flip lock was unusable as it was broken on the door. The gentleman at the desk was awesome though and got us another room after we told him what was wrong with the first room. The second room was dirty, like floor wasnt swept or mopped. There was a hole in the bathroom floor along with the bath tub looking dirty. Both rooms had a smell and the air felt wet. Will not be staying here again.

THEY CALLED THE POLICE!! Very nice, rated 5 on my ck in, when I paid them direct for a second night. Called twice to tell to ashtray in the room. They couldn't hear me on the phone. Noticed that night \"no smoking\" sign on door. Next AM found ash tray in coffee pot tray. Went to desk next AM to get late ck out for that night and (different lady) was instantly rude with a non-welcoming aura, saying \"Well, you're already ckd out!\" What? She insisted as if why are we still there?! I said, well, we're here, we paid for it yesterday. She finally saw the first lady put us for 2 days later (now the next day). This lady finally fixed it, and gave us new keys. Next AM, phone rings at 9 AM! I answered twice. She couldn't here, Then, banging on the door! First day lady said we didn't pay!! Rude!! I said we'd pay after we packed. Drove around to pay and COPS PULLED UP!! Seriously?! Paid. Turned to cop and said, I'm a DOCTOR!. He grinned, acknowledging she was a numbskull. He said you're free to go. And to think, I rated her a 5 at ck in, and was afraid for her getting into trouble having us smoke in a NS room. You get what you pay for I guess. WILL NEVER GO BACK, will gladly pay $$ to stay anywhere else!!

Breakfast was he usual stuff. Rubbery eggs, OJ machine working on and off, bagles a day old. Room was middle of the road, needing new carpet. 2 of the rooms on our floor had large, very vocal dogs. It appeared that one room had the dogs on their own with the owner nowhere around.

I have stayed at this property before. Don't believe I'll stay here again.

The check in was fine and the room was clean. I know it is an older place but for the price point it was fine. Then tried to turn on the TV, it didnt work. It was 930 pm, so it wasnt much of a bother. After that, I started to look at other things. A shower that was confusing to operate, shoddy drywall repairs, no hangars on the closet rod, curtains that wouldn't close enough to block the very bright lights outside, and other little things. There was alson no vending on the property, and when asked, the night manager just said \"they took it\". No other way to get a soda or a snack except to walk a block to a convenience store. But, at least it was clean.

This property was filthy. The room smelled, the bathroom was nasty, the floor was sticky in places and dirt pushed up in corners. Apparently they have a bug problem since we were asked to move out early so they could spray. At night we could hear mice scratching in the wall. The sheets were paper thin as were the towels. Breakfast was microwaved crap. The front desk was no help and blew off any complaints.DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

It’s an older property but they do well keeping it clean. The walls are a bit thin, you can hear the TV or alarm clock in the next room. All rooms are entered through the exterior of the building, it might be a good idea to replace the weather stripping.

Employees & overall property was average. Our room had black mold growing in the bathroom, exhaust fan sounded like a jet plane, toilet had urine caked to the under side of the lid, sink stopper didn't work so the basin filled with water & drained SLOW, linoleum was coming off the floor, bug carcasses were found, the TV was stuck on the cartoon channel because someone stole the eye sensor so the remote wouldn't change the channels, the window blinds had holes in them. When reported, they wrote it down & apologized. However, there was no offer to correct the problem. Expected more for a $95 per night room. Thank God it was just 1 night.

The lady at the front desk (Jennifer) was the most vile and rude person I’ve ever met. I’ve never been cussed at during a check in before and I’ve stay at hotels 1/3 of the year for work. I would recommend staying at the best western next door, since Jennifer doesn’t work there. I can’t stress how unprofessional and strung out she was.

The hotel needs some serious updating. It’s all stuff that just needs to be done/fixed every few years. The floors in the rooms were redone, but weren’t really clean. Could hear everything going on outside (and I’m assuming next door to us but I don’t think there was anyone). Thankfully the fan setting worked on the ac/heater unit to help with those. Good things: beds were comfy and I love high pressure showers. Front desk and breakfast staff were polite and helpful. However, I would not stay there again. It was adequate for our barest expectations and needs.

Great staff - very nice. However, the pictures shown in the summary do not reflect the very poor condition of the rooms. They are aged, ceiling is stained and failing and not clean. I had to fix the toilet while I was there as the chain came off of the flushing mechanism. The upper balcony level concrete is failing in several areas and safety would be a concern. The bed frames look like \"hideabed\" metal pull outs placed over the top of what used to be a wooden platform of sorts. Pictures refelct a spacious carpeted room. These are nothing like in the picture and are a vinyl flooring. I do not recall whether it was mentioned that these are exterior room entries. Price was overly high for the poor quality of rooms.

The room was lit too much by outside light curtains couldn’t shut all the way cold air was coming in through AC unit and you could see daylight under door very drafty. Bedding had stains sheets were wrinkled. There was a cable that looked like a camera facing the bed under the tv. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in and there were cigarette burns all over bathtub.

Staff was really nice. Everything is older, worn and stained but appeared clean. The price seems high for the area. People smoke outside your door, which in turn comes into the room. It's also noisy, cars and people talking. The ceiling in the bathroom showed signs of a leak from the room above, that should really be taken care of as it is unpleasant to look at. The only channel I wanted to watch is the only one that wasn't available, not sure if that was the hotels issue or the provider's issue.

Didn't use the laundry but it was right there and available. The breakfast was very good with hot sausage gravy and biscuits. Road waffles, one of my favorites with butter, peanut butter, jam and syrup, cereals, pastries, yoghurt, juice, milk. Staff, Kim, Deborah, Tamara and Robbie; in all shifts was friendly and prompt.
