Breakfast was awful. Waffle mix runny wouldn’t make good waffle. Eggs also runny. Sausage swimming in liquid. Even the coffee left a lot to be desired. My advice skip this breakfast

Good hotel for the value.

Stayed here to visit a family member at a nearby hospital as we are from California. The hotel location is central to restaurants and stores so a good location. But this is a value hotel with no real amenities excepts for a small pool and gym. With that said, it is a much higher quality than other value hotels and well maintained. Front desk was friendly and so were the rest of the workers.

Staff on-site was very courteous, kind, and helpful. Did have one snooty interaction by phone when I called about not being able to pre-check in with the app as an email suggested. The property was clean. Thankfully, the room was cool but since it is a "green" hotel, don't expect fast temperature changes if you like things cooler or warmer than normal. The breakfast was satisfactory though I thought it was overhyped on the website. I didn't use the pool or guest laundry, but the gym area was great. The best part of the stay was the quiet. The hotel was heavily booked during my 5 nights there but I literally heard no noise other than an occasional closing door nearby. You'll have a peaceful and nice stay there. I recommend Ziggy's (literally next door and an easy walk) for breakfast.

When we checked in we unloaded and went to the elevator, which did not have a button. The elevator was filthy. Got to the room and the door was super squeaky and hard to open especially with a load of luggage. The room was not vacuumed, the tables had old coffee rings, the stool was covered in brown spots and floor was so uneven it felt like you were drunk. The bathroom was awful. The soap tray had old crusted soap on it from who knows for how long, covered up by the makeup towel. The grout on the floor was so dirty it looked like a restaurant during a Friday night fish fry. Half anroll of toilet laler on each holder and no extra in the toom. The beds were meh. Next morning went to breakfast to find the glass/acrylic container for the breads covered in butter or jam. The hot "sandwiches" were prepackaged sausage biscuit in a warmer. There were no food allergy options. This place looked like a motel 6 on the inside, not the recognized, reputable name of Marriott. Disappointing

Asked for clean towels and the front desk attendant was super weird about it. Asked for us to bring the dirty towels down first because they don’t have many towels in the hotel so they need to have them on rotation.. like I just needed clean towels to take a shower. Also the shower never got super hot. It was luke warm. Breakfast was very basic..

The pictures of the pool made it look bigger, it’s a very small pool… there was no fresh fruit or waffles for the breakfast. Also, the staff on breakfast was extremely rude literally pushing you out of the way to stock items that were already stocked. The woman at the front checking people in was the amazing and kind. Overall very underwhelming for price.

Mattresses are terrible. All of my family have back pain now. Management told us they didn’t clean our room mid week because they didn’t have any staff, even though we saw them in the hallway. Won’t be staying here again.

Excellent room, staff was very friendly and accommodating. Small things matter a lot to me. I really appreciated the black makeup towel!!!! I usually travel with my own towel. This made my day!!!

Downside, breakfast could use some work. Eggs and sausages had way too much water and no taste, and there were insufficient additions to the breakfast choices.

At 6:35 that area was filled with people with the lights off. We left at 6:35. Not sure when the breakfast actually opened.

I had awesome stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel was very convenient located and by a lot restaurants and most importantly right across the street from Walmart. Parking was plentiful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well designed. They had a space saving closet that was great because we had an event to attend the next day. Bathroom was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Gym was awesome the had bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, weights rack, and a space to practice yoga. They also had towels easily located in the gym. It was clean and spacious.

The light on top of the closet/ coffee/ fridge which gives you nice ambient lighting but it reflects off the ceiling and is too bright for sleeping. The front desk could not tell me how to find the switch. I found the plug and unplugged it. There should be a switch.

The suite rooms are quiet from the sides but, in the first few nights of our stay we had kids above us rollerblading around in their room, and in the later part of our stay someone else was in there making equal amounts of stomping noises around the room above. The pool was much smaller than the images would make you think, so we didn't end up using it since it was often full of kids and young adults using inflatables that took up a good portion of the pool on their own. Parking around the building is fine for cars but not great for any larger vehicles (we had a moving van and had a lot of difficulty finding a place that we could park it). Major roads nearby make it a little tricky to walk places but ample crosswalks help and there is shopping not far away in most directions. Staff at the desk was generally helpful (especially the night staff) though the cleaning staff missed our first cleaning date completely, and then didn't clean on the day we asked them to come in (they made the beds and replaced the towels, but we noted they didn't wipe down any surfaces or vacuum the room at all). Breakfast was not a selling point - two hot plates with rubbery eggs or floppy bacon / microwaved sausages or other items in them. Juices and watered-down coffee options, or a cooler of milks. There's a separate "marketplace" you could go in to for purchasing more fare that you could take to your room but for an included breakfast it was disappointing every morning.

Check- in took almost 30 mins, huge line no help. Had a suite with 5 people. Got two towels. Went down to ask for more as we were coming from cattle shows and everyone needed showers. It was a huge hassle and told only one towel per guest. Couldn’t get more hashtags. Apparently they expected us to share? Not sure. Bed were crazy uncomfortable.

We stayed here because it was a pet-friendly hotel and we highly value that. The staff was very friendly and responsive. It did not seem that the no smoking policy inside was honored. Perhaps people smoked outside and came back in, but our floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke most days. Otherwise, we had a good overall experience.

This was a suitable stop on my roadtrip across the country. I was a little disappointed to be stopped during checkin only to be charged a hefty fee for having my pet with me. I disclosed the pet during the reservation process and was not told about any additional fee. I would have booked somewhere else had I known I would be forced to pay so much extra at the last minute. I'd been on the road for 12 hours through winter weather and was eager to get my cat out of the car.

At check-in I ask if we could be located away from the highway because of the noise. She said yes, then when she handed us our keys she said she didn't have any rooms away from the highway. She put us on 1st floor, 2nd room from the highway.
We heard early morning traffic and alot if walking on the room above us!

The hotel is newer or updated. Check-in was easy and quick. The room size was okay for an overnight stay; however, there were loud cars speeding up and down Glenstone and Kearney all night long. It sounded like a 4 cylinder drag race from 9:30pm - 5am. We stayed a Saturday night and later learned that's a common occurrence in that area on Friday and Saturday nights. The hotel could definitely use better sound proofing. I would not stay again, as I got no sleep.
