Sink started to fill up anytime you used it. The shampoo and conditioner are in pouches instead of bottles. And the blankets were covered in holes. Property also doesn't have an elevator and we had to walk up 3 floors to get to our room with kids. The vending machines did not work and they only took cash for any drinks.

Front desk Clerk was very rude. Got mad at me for requesting for a Paper receipt. Threatened to kick me for asking for one. After the argument over me requesting for paper receipt.i realized I left my room key locked in my room. When I request a key card to get in to remove my stuff and leave he told me no. That me isn't his problem after the rude treatment I went outside a called the police to get help with getting a key. He told the police that I yelled at him that why he didn't help me. All I wanted was a paper receipt there was no reason for the way I was treated. I made a mistake a left a key in my room getting told to leave for asking a simple request then not being allowed in my room with having the police help me get a key is very unprofessional. I will never stay there again. I have filed a report with super 8 corporate office.

Room was not too bad, what you could expect for the price. I did not however expect the additional charge of $150 for breakages. I also booked the room with breakfast included, but that is NOT INCLUDED, or even offered at the property. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. She offered me $10 to go buy breakfast at another hotel. Check out was a nightmare, waited 30 minutes and had to ring the bell 200 times. After having a argument with the indian lady, she refused to check me out. Eventually had to leave the property without checking out. AvOID THIS PROPERTY AT ALL COST!!!

It was okay until check-out. No one was at the desk at 0900. I rang the bell several times and called out 'hello' but no one answered. I finally just left the room keys on the computer keyboard with a note asking them to email my receipt.

Wrong description making people fool . On website it says price include breakfast but when I arrive there they mention no breakfast and at that moment I can’t cancel also because it was already checkin time if I cancel $0 will be refundable . Sorry to say but it so terrible experience.

I was VERY surprised that this particular hotel needed a $150.00. Security deposit upon checking in!
This really confirmed to me about how down market these minority owned or run hotels are. It made me wonder if this place was having damages or security problems. When I tried to inquire about this unique deposit request, I was rudely interrupted again and again from the owner or guy that runs the place. I never did get an intelligent answer. It proved to be best just for me to be quiet and accept the situation. The checking in process took about 10 minutes which was another puzzling head scratcher.

Overall, it has soured me about continuing to support this minority group. I will now move back up the food chain so to speak.

It took 40 min to check in, dirty light switches, a hole in the carpet, the blanket in the bed had 3 large holes in it and the bed was like a springy trampoline . We went out that evening and didn't get back until 11 and even though the sign on the door said locked use your key it was unlocked. I did not feel safe. I will NEVER stay at a super 8 again! I would love a refund!!

We waited 15 mins before someone came to the desk, the room was a 100 degree and the hallway leading to the room was 115 degree, there was holes in the blankets, the bathroom had holes in the walls and was taped with masking tape, the mattress was very old, fyi if traveling with a dog get ready for a charge which nothing was said ! Would NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

Very disappointing

There was no breakfast for two the next morning, not even coffee. Arrived to our room with the door open, walked in to see filthy stained carpet with dry dog food on it, holes in the curtains and lamp shade, holes in bathroom door on both sides (as if someone had punch it) and bathroom had a vomitus smell with something on the floor on backside of toilet. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the lobby was not appealing and cigarette smoke could be smelt. I would advise no one to ever stay there. My rating a 0/10. Was not as I had expected and then to not even have the breakfast offered as was stated on my reservation was just the icing on the cake.

When we got there we got charged an extra $10 for each pet for no other reason than \"some Super 8s charge more\". We did not receive the roll out bed because he insisted it wouldn't fit in the room. There was no free breakfast in the morning or any kind of breakfast at all. Looking for cheap price so wasn't expecting perfection, but place was nicer than most I've stayed in with similar ratings. Was expecting some sort of breakfast between 6 and 9, based on website. Not sure if it was a staff shortage, COVID, or lack of site update, but only had coin-only vending machines. Not a deal breaker, but for cost paid other places do more in that regard. Might have settled for the extra $10 for the other place closer to my destination with more anemities had I known.

Room in poor condition. One rating star or less most likely a better description. Carpet grossly stained and actually was brown in spots. Pretty much like looking at a yard with dead grass. Heater struggled to work (cold room). They requested a $100 incidental deposit which wasn’t disclosed at booking. Bed so soft you could feel the under supports. Not comfortable. Lastly tv worked ok.

To start off, the front desk clerk was no where to be found. After ringing the bell multiple time, after waiting more than 5 minutes, she rudely came to the desk and asked what we needed. We told her we would like to check in and she took our DLs. Now I prepaid for the room and called ahead of time to see if there would be any additional fees at check-in and was told only if we had pets along. However when checking in, the rude clerk demanded that we pay a $100 deposit per room. After questioning the deposit she agreed to lower it to $150 all together but that was all she could do. Since I had already pre Paid, we decided to stay. Biggest mistake. We had 2 rooms, a smoking and non smoking. The smoking room had stains on the carpet, fridge did not work, you could feel the floor buckle under the carpet by the AC unit. The non smoking room had a weird smell, broken mirror in the bathroom, stains all over the carpet and the bed was soo close to the floor it reminded me of a toddler bed.

There was so much noise in the halls in the middle of the night. Staff was vacuuming, there were loud \"booming\" sounds. I would not recommend this place at all

Decent no thrills place to sleep.

We were looking for a no thrills place to stay for the night to get some sleep and break up our 18 hour drive into 2 days.

There was mold around the air conditioner unit and the place could use some updating and better upkeep. That wasn't too big of a concern.

The issue we had the most was the response from the desk attendant after asking for a receipt at check out. We were shocked to be asked if we had a problen with people that looked like him simply for asking for a receipt. He went off on us insinuating that we were asking for a receipt based on his skin color. I told him that was absurd and that I ALWAYS ask for a receipt. He continued to go off on us. I left with telling him to have a blessed day. I really feel sorry for him to have made such an assumption.

Lamp shade was badly broken, and there was no stopper for the sink. Sheet had a hole in it, and bedspread had a stain. Hallway smelled like cigarettes. On a positive note, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked great, so not a bad night for the price.

I do not need all the frills - just a clean place to stay that is easy on my budget. This location is perfect - very convenient, quick access to I-44 without being in the midst of the thicket of accommodations across the way. The desk service is friendly with a hint of loving. I stayed 4 days on business and had everything I needed. Little fridge froze my ice packs nightly. Perfect. I don't need to be pampered...just a bed, bath, and window and I'm good. the fridge and coffee maker were a bonus.

Staff is just awful and so rude, undeclared charges for any guests beyond 1 no matter what kind of room you get, so two double beds with 2 couples expect to pay $45 per night extra just for using the room for the amount of people its designed to hold aka $15 per person!! They also take money out of your account for a depoist on a room that is already so torn up and nasty it makes no sense, just a money scam and its not a little bit...expect locals to pay a deposit of $100 and non locals $150 at check in so if you book online and the room is paid but show up without the $150 deposit then you cant check into the room you already paid for!! Then on top of prepaying the room online i get there and they asked for my card so i said i already paid online and they said for the deposit, so what they did even though i just said its paid for is charge the deposit and then charge for the room again too then wanna argue about it saying they didnt even though i get instant alerts and i showed them they did. I made them print out the reciept clearly showing they charged for the room and still they argued with me!!! I had to file a claim to recover my funds and because of all the above and mor i couldnt recommend this place to anyone. I'd sleep in my truck before I'd ever go here again.

In the middle of brand new facilities being built, the dinosaur of a building is still standing. To get to your room, you either go up a flight of stairs, or down a flight of stairs (kinda like a split level house). My dad has ankle issues. So probably wont stay at this location again.

After calling a week prior for an early check-in, we were told that we had to wait 4 hours before the room was available. They wouldn't even have the room made up first for us so the wait would be minimized. Were also told the room would be vacant for 24 hours prior to check-in due to covid. It was not. The manager said they would refund my money, they still haven't refunded a dime. Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot and the 2 staff members had an attitude.
