This was an awful experience when we go in to check in we were told that the are permanently closing their doors and not allowing check in’s. I had to make it very clear to the lady I had placed this 1 night stay a week ago and it never once mentioned anything about them shutting the doors.
We get our room the floors were disgusting, bed sheets were stained, the towels provided we absolutely gross it looked like someone had wiped poop with it. Very questionable brown substance on the wall by the chair. Tv did not work at all, pool unavailable to be used, no continental breakfast offered! The building is literally falling apart from the outside in. The front clerk was whacked out on something!!

Was told they are tearing the hotel down in 1-2 months because it's so bad of shape. Was given 3 different rooms and when we opened the doors, 2 rooms were still dirty and beds not made, and 3rd room had people in it! Then got woke up at 1:30am to 3 dogs barking loudly in the next room and hallway! Do NOT recommend staying here!

Budget friendly.

They are in need of some serious upgrading! Customer service was good. Be aware they allow a lot of smoking by the small pool and I would not recommend using the pool. Stay inside after 8pm. Its usually quiet. Not the best choice for family.

The room was clean and well kept. I chose it for the economy; I do not like paying for a corporate name (Hilton, etc) where the prices are nearly double. If you want an economical lodging it's not bad. Don't expect breakfast or an indoor pool (they shut it down for economic reasons).

Clearly the reviews I saw were not from the same location. The hotel looked abandoned, have of it was boarded up and everything other than the rooms was closed up and empty. Pool closed, no breakfast. Homeless and crack heads everywhere.. scared to walk to my room down dark dirty hallway, once in, was no better. Stains on furniture, not from food, bathroom door wouldn't even close and flys everywhere.. did not feel safe at all.. turned around and left... Later found out syrup club was next door...

No TV, the tv wouldnt work, when i called front desk they told me it could be unplugged. There was no signal.
No breakfast - at all. Most of the stuff was shut down or broken.
No pool
No trash can in room
Poor front desk service, some of the people were nice. Some made uou question how theu get by in life everyday.
Some guy right out side my window smoking meth blaring music. Was there for 3 days, i think he was living in his truck. Felt like a lot of people were living there.
Phone has missing buttons.
All and all it felt dirty and trashy.

The room itself was not bad. It was clean but the beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom for was broken and had to be lifted up to close properly. We had to get a second room due to the first not having a working bathroom light. The corridors were filthy and reeked of marijuana. There were a lot of what appeared to be vagrants hanging around in the area of the rear entrance to the ground floor rooms. The pool and hot tub were out of order for our entire stay which was one of the sole reasons we chose to stay here. I would not recommend.

It took 45 minutes to get checked in because the clerk was undertrained. The smell of pot(weed) was so strong in the hallway to our that we had to hold our breath. We only had 3 hand towels in our room, no bath towels or wash clothes at all. Pool was nice but once again no towels. We asked for towels and we were told they didn’t have any. The amount of panhandlers and drug users on and around the hotel was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this hotel and I will never stay there again.

When we checked in we were told we had no choices on rooms. The first room seemed okay but was a little dirty like it wasn’t cleaned well after last guest. Second room was awful. Stains on the lamps and ironing board, when we pulled the covers back there was fried chicken food scraps in the bed like they hadn’t seen them so they just made the bed and didn’t changed the sheets. The room smelled of burnt playdough and gave my daughter an instant headache. Ended up cancelling the one room and cramming into the other due to all other hotels in the area being sold out.

So my money got wrapped up, took several calls, a few days, and me finally accepting a credit instead of my money back (that I had to spend to book another hotel).

The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were homeless people outside and people smoking directly outside the main door. The room had several discoloration and damage to some of the furniture. The only positive is the bed was comfy. Do not stay here. The outside ground area was covered in trash and there is little to no sense of security.

When we checked in there were several people standing around smoking right outside the door we had to go in. A few minutes later there was a man outside our room door screaming about a woman taking his s**t. The mattresses is torn along the seams in several places. The cover of the bed is dirty and there are stains on it and the coffee maker seams to be filthy.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged. Water never drained the entire stay. I understand there's a pool here, but the floor in the room felt humid and moist on the bottom of my feet the entire time. The only remedy was to wear socks or shoes. Floor wasn't swept very well. Even though I booked a reservation for a king sized bed, when checking in they said they didn't have any king sized rooms available, so I'm assuming there was miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia about what was actually available. No bathrooms in the dining area.

It took three tries to get me in an acceptable room. First one not made up. In second, smoke alarm was chirping. Hallways had not been swept. Cigarette butts in the grubby carpet. Desk clerk more interested in her phone than noticing my arrival. Breakfast was skimpy. I skipped it and had only a cup of coffee.

My check in was 3pm I arrived at 5pm to find People in my room doing drugs and had to wait 45 minutes in the hall while the room was cleaned and aired out because of the strong smell. Lots of drug addicts in and around property. Lot of drugs being sold there..Addicts fighting at 2:30am. Could be a great property if they clean it up. I won't stay there again.

Let's just say the location was the only thing that was good. The vent on the AC was broken. Also, the thing would kick off, and It would wake you up. Found out the leg on the chair was broke when I sat in it. Mystery spots on the floor. Cigarette burns on the bed. Plus, we got down there for breakfast, and, well, it's nothing like advertised. Worst stay ever

The carpet in the halls was disgusting and the food for breakfast was nonexistent. There were young children without parents living in the room next door running up and down the halls and slamming their door multiple times throughout 2 AM. There was a woman in the room across the hall that was confronted by a couple of hotel residents (due to them living at the hotel) that confronted the woman about beating her dog. It was a crazy three nights with very little sleep. We only had two towels and one hand towel in our room with three people staying. I went to the front desk and was told they didn’t have anymore due to past employees stealing them. When I told the front desk we only had two with three people, she said she could go downstairs and check to see if there were more; she brought two more. The next night I ask for a few so we could use the hot tub, which was actually clean, but she didn’t have anymore. We shared one for three people. This really should be a 1/10 or just turned into a homeless shelter, as there were multiple families living there and what we thought to be prostitution and or human trafficking happening as well.

We check in and there was a sign posted by the city stated that this.property was cited for hardarazou conditions, and you stay at your own risk. The notice was from awhile ago, so why are they not notifying potential resident about this. I understood they are ggoing thru a remodel but that should have be mentioned also. Our room the floor was sticky and not vacuumed. The bathroom sink, counter top and bathtub were dirty.

There is no longer most of the amenities listed. The photos are lies. No food, no lounge. The pool seems to be unheated but was open. The hot tub was the best feature of our stay. The room did have updates inside and was ok. Most of the building is in disrepair and it seems they are renting rooms to long term tenants who are all high. The halls smell of weed. Windows boarded up in some areas. Dirty halls. Banging, barking and loud talking all night long. Honestly, this should be condemned and shut down to the public.

the stay was for 2 days and we decide to go to a different hotel after the first night staying there. We couldn't get the wifi to work at all, the tv had to be replaced because it didn't work. The light from the hall was coming all around the door, you could hear all the noise from the parking lot and the hallway. The lady that checked us in was very sweet. Our first morning, my husband went out to the truck to get my toiletries and smoke a cigarette. When he came back in, the lady at the desk was extremely rude. She asked him what the room number was, but he couldn't remember off the top of his head. He showed her the room card instead, she proceeded to tell him he couldn't be in there if he wasn't a guest, grilling him over and over about what room he was in. He told her 'i just walked out of here to my car'. She said 'i never saw you come out of here'. Finally, he just told her \"the room is under Emilee Haynie, I don't know the room number, I'm sorry.\" She didn't apologize, offer any kind of explanation of anything. Zero customer service. Not a good way to treat paying guests. We were there for our daughters color guard competition. Couldn't use the pool or hot tub the whole time because it was full of people living at the hotel our whole stay. The breakfast was terrible. Beds were rock hard. Would not stay again.

We did not stay the night. We checked in and left for the evening. When we came back to the room we noticed a lot of Red Flags. First our Do No Disturb sign was between the door and the door jam ( not how we left it). Inside the room the pillows on the bed were all messed up. Our suitcase had been opened and our cell phone charger was missing. Found a purple fake fingernail in the suitcase. Not to mention the hotel was filthy and a haven for crackheads. Terrible experience. Had to find another hotel to stay the next two days. Going to report to their Corporate office. Stay away from this hotel!!!!

The smoke alarm was down off the wall, there was coffee still left in the coffee pot and stains on the sheets. There was a health hazard sign on the front door that was from the 3rd of march and I checked in on the 8th, no one should have been able to check in with known health hazards. The front desk woman was CLEARLY on drugs and doped out of her mind, she was friendly but that’s extremely unprofessional and something that should be done after work.

It's an extended stay for the not so lucky. It wasn't clean at all, i had to go to thr laundry room and get my own sheets and replace them myself. On the 3rd night the police busted in the room at 2am bec one of the neighbors had a domestic violence situation and they came in the wrong room. Its surrounded by higher class hotels. And in a very convinent location. But the bed was uncomfortable. And the shower barely worked, and it was lowkey scary.

We checked in and loaded a cart with all of our luggage. We got to the room and didn’t even unload before immediately searching for a different hotel. This is a place that people live. There were dogs barking and people screaming down the hallway. There were homeless looking people carrying their belongings in grocery bags and no shoes on (in February!) checking in. The room had two beds which were mattresses on a metal elevated frame. I literally would have slept in my car than get murfered in this disgusting place!!

The hotel is ok. Be advised, they stopped serving breakfast at this hotel despite the reservations and websites stating that breakfast was included. It's one of the main reasons we select a hotel. This place is no longer appealing without that amenity. We won't be staying here again unless that decision is reversed. There was also minor construction on the interior, strange layout due to design of building, but for a few more dollars no doubt a nicer facility that includes breakfast can be found right in the same area.

This place was not what was advertised, Restaurant Closed, Bar Closed, No free breakfast, the pictures online have to be old pictures the place smells like cigarettes, the heater when we turned it on smelt like cigarettes, the place is out of date this is not a $70.00 a night hotel it’s more like $39.99 a night hotel, beds where platform beds that are hard as a rock, shower is made for short people not tall people, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Water was seeping in beneath the bathroom wall. Bagged trash partially blocked outside exit door. A damaged junk car was parked just outside the exit door. Management has half the rooms leased to local government for homeless housing. Those residents are, at best, sketchy. This used to be a decent hotel. Choose another hotel.

Older property being remodeled rooms were dirty food was terrible no towels for 2 days at the pool only one table for the whole pool area to put your belongings.

Warning!!

This is not a hotel, this is a cover up for something else. People on drugs everywhere. People with habd guns flashing them behing the building kept circling my car. I cutt my loses didnt even stay i left. UNSAFE!! I swear choose the other lamp lighter not this one. Anything north springfield is bad there homeless and people on drugs everywhere. Stick to hotels in south springfield. You will have your car broken into and who knows at this hotel. The women that checked me in looked like the were teitching chewing nothing and there jaw was all over the place idk what they were on. Families stay away from here.
