If you enjoy staying at a boutique establishment with a hipper, more artsy ambiance the Lorenzo Hotel in Dallas, Texas, part of the Hilton portfolio, consider staying here. Front desk staffers, cleaning professionals, valet employees, security staff and members of the Hamilton Restaurant team are professional, courteous, helpful, clean, and pleasant. Rooms are meticulously maintained, public spaces are clean and organized, and parking is plentiful. Restaurant offers interesting takes on your favorite food selections. The hotel gym has a variety of equipment options to support your workout on the road. You will enjoy your stay.

Enjoyed the ambience and the décor immensely, especially the implementation of multiple mirrors throughout the hotel. However, there was a miss in the details for the mirrors as they were covered in smudges, even those that were clearly out of reach. Additionally, the A/C in the room constantly made noise, akin to popcorn popping or ice falling in an ice machine.
The staff were very courteous and contentious, service was very good in the bar/restaurant.
We had been wanting to stay at Hotel Lorenzo for some time, based solely on the outside lights and interior aesthetic. It may have been a bit better when it was still fresh, but it was a little lackluster as it currently stands.

I highly recommend staying here when visiting Dallas. The hotel theme and decor are lovely, the staff and restaurant workers were very helpful and hospitable and the pool view was nice even though I didn't swim in it due to the chilly weather but the pool is heated. The room I had was nice and I had the perfect night view of the Reunion tower. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Dallas.

We ended up relocating to another Hilton hotel right in the city center where the receptionist was helpful in advising us on places to go without a car or Uber like the free M line trolley that loops around the uptown area.

We were on the 11th floor and I understand it is directly below the ballroom but we were never made aware of that and were completely understanding once we realized BUT the noise was excessive and went on throughout THE ENTIRE NIGHT!!!!

The room was bizarre. Creepy staircase photos on the wall. Picture frame and paint brush in the ceiling and the carpet said sleep and death over and over.

I asked the front desk 3 times over the course of 3 days to have someone check the mini fridge in my room as it was no longer working, but it was never addressed. At one point during my stay, I had a housekeeper walk into my room unannounced as I was changing shirts. She apologized stating she went to the wrong room, but I was already annoyed at the lack of awareness to double check the room number or even knock on the door.

This property leaves a lot to be desired, especially considering there are better quality hotels that cost less. For example, no business center, no microwave anywhere in the building. So if you order room service and need it heated up again, it isn’t possible. The bed was not comfortable at all. We stayed one week on a leisure trip and vowed never to return. We left with aches and pains that did not exist before we slept here. Also, I called for a replacement iron because the iron on the room leaked water and left some type of black smut on my shirt. I waited literally an hour and nobody brought a replacement iron. I ended up taking the iron to the front desk and leaving it with the receptionist and telling him I would pick up another iron whe I returned later that evening. When I returned that night, the night receptionist said they had not left a replacement iron for me. However, he got me one. Our stay here was mediocre at best. The hotel’s art is nice.
I also notice hotels now say self-parking available. However, when you arrive, parking is $20 per night. No big deal, but be concise and not ambiguous. I also considered the $450 incidental cost excessive, but again, just my personal perspective.

What a great hotel! We only stayed for one evening but this place was colorful and eclectic. The bed, bedding and towels were all soft, new and clean. The room was spotless AND it smelled fresh too. All of the employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We REALLY appreciate that. The food in the restaurant was good. Drinks at the bar were on point. And their coffee was great as well. There was keurig coffee in the room, but the coffee downstairs was exceptional. We would definitely stay there again. Also, we felt safe there. Our room was right across from the elevator which initially concerned us, but we never heard a thing!

My bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've every slept in in a hotel. The restaurant food was good and very intimate and at arrival they had a photo shoot for Santa and guest.

The proximity to the convention center is great and the hotel itself is nice. Cool art and funky rooms, though poorly lit. The restaurant staff was attentive. The highway noise, however, is hard to convey in words. It is SO LOUD in the rooms facing the highway that earplugs and a white noise app can't even begin to drown out the noise. Do not, I repeat do not, let them put you in an east, north or west facing room. You won't sleep.
