Myself and my 3 year old enjoyed the use of the swimming pool, tennis and basketball court facilities. The service here has been awesome accomodating and providing all our needs, reception and staff have been very friendly and welcoming upon our stay. I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again to stay 🙂

Couple of minor negatives as bathroom fittings look new but lever off tap handle missing in shower and handle broken off bathroom vanity cupboard.

I upgraded my stay this trip and if I’m honest the budget room was better. My tv was smaller than the budget room and everything else was the same. I like staying here and I will be back but upgrade wasn’t worth it

This place is what it is, a motel in Frankston … I suspect it is slightly better than Seaford Motel , although that is conjecture as I have not stayed there. it felt like a grimy place with a coat of paint, carpets somewhat sticky. the bedding was clean though, the shower was good, adjust your expectations and this place delivers what it says it will deliver - a clean bed in modest surroundings.

Great motel, cheap, friendly, spotlessly clean and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay here, fast food outlets 2 minutes walk, beautiful pool area and inviting pool.

Stopped overnight, as i was solo travelling in the area. Very happy when the young male made a recommendation, and was able to get an immediate appointment, and that recommendation was warranted.
Staff were very obliging and friendly and room was quiet spacious and comfortable.
Had issues with the TV, but finally got it going.
Was a little concerned about all the rules about washing your \"dishes\" and putting rubbish in outside bin otherwise that will be charged on your credit card.

Having arrived at the Motel in a taxi late at night, we were able to gain entry to the room by collecting the key in a secure box, without any problems. The Motel was close to bus routes which allowed us access to the Frankston area.
The owner was very helpful with all our questions, and our need to change the original booking.
After staying for a few days we were sad to leave the property.
