Horrible. Sheets were dirty, no quilt, every inch of the room was filthy. Body hair on sheets. Greasy floor obviously dirty, no staff at either check in or check out. At check in only a number to ring and we were told that the room was open and the key on the table. Totally unsafe for a mother and children, anyone off the street could have let themselves into the room. Pillowcases dirty, shelves and drawers unusable as broken. Will be contacting consumer affairs to escalate this matter further !

No clear communication about how to access the room. Sent messages via the Expedia app and didn't get a reply so had to call. They answered and provided direction which was good, I was just nervous about being able to get in because we were doing a long drive and would be arriving pretty late.

The room offered a stove top for cooking (which is why we booked it, we wanted self contained) but there was nothing to cook with (pots and pans) so we were unable to use it and had to buy food out, not ideal - this shouldn't be advertised as a feature of the room if it cannot be used.

The door needs to be shut firmly at night and dead bolted - ours blew open in the middle of the night due to the wind outside.

Otherwise, good location near a main street, a little further out from where we wanted to be but was cheap.

It was scary:
- telephone check-in, door to room open, key on table.
- checked in to the room at 2.15pm and returned at 4:15pm only to find the room occupied by the previous occupant from the day before - staff didn't bother to check why the previous occupant hadn't returned the key.
- at 1:00am there was soft knocking on the door which stopped when asked \"what do you want\". A Prostitute/Escourt who had counted the doors and was looking for number 6 - ours was the sixth door but not number 6!
- at 6:00am went to car only to be confronted by next door occupant (3) who stuck their nose into our car and room. So promptly packed and left.
- Instructions were to leave key in room. Given previous experience decide to drop key in to early departure box. As we left we noticed the occupant from next door (3) trying the locked door of number 4.

Seems motel does not have any supervised or on site presence of manager.

This motel is nothing like what’s on the website. Somebody’s been cooking drugs in the rooms. People coming and going non-stop. The rooms are nothing like what’s in the photos. Bed smell like people have pissed on them. Manager is rude. Can only be contacted by phone. Doesn’t have the guts to face people Just takes their money and laughs.
I have reported to the police and local council unfit to stay in

We booked two rooms at $150 each. No one to greet you at reception. You had to phone them to ask how to in your room. Keys left in unlooked rooms and a key return box. (We returned them very quickly) Garden areas, just beds of weeds. Suspicious already. Rooms furnishings outdated and well worn. The advertising photos are false. They must have been taken, when it was new or refurbished. (Many, many years ago.) One robe had two bent wire coat hangers. The other room, No ironing board, No hairdryer in either room. One room had a couch that looked like it was an afterthought and was dragged in from outdoors that dogs slept on. Did not want to sit on it. Both showers had mould, old tiles that had not been cleaned, ever! One room had some long-life milk, the other didn’t. One room had a knife and fork no spoons, yet bowls. One room had dessertspoons no bowls. Neither had teaspoons. What the!! Missed matched crockery and a very dirty glass. Both kitchen cupboards doors had water damage. In one room pulled out the tray of mixed crockery, from under the kitchen sink and was dripping wet. Then water poured out from the shelves all over the floor, obviously a plumbing problem. So, then we couldn’t bypass it to get to the bathroom. Dangerous. Nothing to mop it up. Only two towels that where on the bed. Which we would have needed for a shower. We had travelled for 3 hours and had a function to get too. Time was precious. By now, I said we are out of here. We didn’t have time to deal wit

A Motel NOT to stay at.

no coat hangers in robe, pillows hard and no extras, TV remote would not turn the TV off, had to switch off at power point, kitchen light did not work, fridge had a piece of wood under the front which made it rock, no plug for the vanity basin, water pooled on the bathroom floor due to a leak from the P Trap connection with the toilet ( Not Healthy).

When i booked it said 2pm Check in. I was on a work trip and was arriving at 1pm. So i sent a email 24 hours in advance asking for a early checkin. We all know we can work something out, even if it means agreeing to put a key somewhere. When i arrived the Caretaker responded to phone 2pm check in, nothing positive as a welcome and when i explained I emailed for a early check in or a arrangement and got no reply the caretaker/owner admitted to not checking emails.

The room is cosy enough, for me the bed was great, the shower was terrific.

The carpet floors need a make over but Meh, i wasnt licking them or rolling around playing with kids so no biggie.

The TV was absoloutley useless. But i wasnt there to watch tv so it didnt bother too much but the tvs have 404 channels with only metro melbourne stations really available and even some of them channels only have Audio available no images.

It needs a tv guru to go through every room or through the main program and block the channels the guests wont see anything on so they can navigate through the 9 or so channels they have a choice of

Also on my check out day the cleaner said ‘hello’ then attempted to come in at just before 9am - i was in my underpants on my bed. Lucky i had my chain link on. They should be waiting until 10am checkout or until i hand my key back. The only reason i had the chain link on was because some of the other guests looked dodgy.

Was contacted before arrival as we were to be a late check in, and the guy was friendly, which was great. Arrived to find a dirty bathroom, an inch of green mould covered the entire shower floor, there was something splashed all up the walls in the kitchen area, the heater is held together with sticky tape, dirty coffee rings on cabinets. I rang to let the manager know and his response was ‘oh yeah - that room needs a renovation’ to which I responded ‘no, it needs a CLEAN’ and pointed out a good scrub would get rid of the problem. He just repeated it needed a renovation and offered no solution, no room alternative, no refund, nothing.
Sheets on the bed were clean thank goodness

Close but no cigar… just cigarettes

The room itself aesthetically nice but the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke was too much. From one night my clothes smelled of smoke when I left.
The bed was comfortable, easy check in and accommodating for those arriving after hours.

i stayed on my own and i personally wouldnt do it again. There is a guy who lives on the premises decided to have a few drinks and decided to pump his music pumping... each to there own. But not at 1-2 in morning.

Check in was long. No one in reception took roughly 3-6 rings and a voicemail for a call back. Location is good.

Property is a bit tired & certainly needs a bit of attention, room is in need of new doona (burn holes in it) as does the table the tv is on. Suggestion take your own pillows if you don’t like sleeping on concrete. No glasses..Price was cheap.

TV reception & WiFi didn’t work.
It had an oven with hot plates to cook but no pots, pans, plates etc.
Fridge was turned off.
Pillows were extremely hard.
A sheet & very thin blanket only on the bed which I had to double over to get some warmth. The only saving grace was the bed that was comfy & the heater worked.
This is definitely not a place I would recommend to stay.

Place was clean and easy check in. But the only let down was they didn’t clean our rooms although daily housekeeping was noted on booking and we spoke to the housekeeping staff, when we got back late that day and called their number, he advised we hadn’t asked for housekeeping so they didn’t do it. Nowhere was this stated in their rules inside the room. Should have just been honest that they just forgot instead

During the four days we were there the room was not serviced once, we had the same linen and towels for the period. The garbage's were not emptied. Although the room had kitchenette there was not enough cutlery. For most of the day there was no staff on site with just a phone number to call if you needed something. The only way to get a decent Wifi signal was to go and sit near the office. The room was large enough but poorly maintained. would rate it as 1 out of 5.

We received an sms telling us our room number and that the key was in our room and the room unlocked. Did not see the owner till the second last day. Did not receive any services until second last day when owner asked if we wanted new towels. We said no because were leaving early next morning, he was rude and questioned us until we said, yes ok. He left and never returned with towels. Room was not cleaned properly with pubic hair in left in bathroom.

This Motel is fine for an overnighter but could definitely be improved with some better cleaning habits and King sheets that fit.
Note that people are allowed to smoke outside the rooms which means that their smoke comes in your window (not great for non-smokers!)
Having said this, the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and responsive.

There was nothing to like about this property. Overrated price of this motel on a DARK muddy street. Checked in late, after calling and being told the room door will be open.
First off, there was a strong chemical smell and the room was cold. The heater was not on, and did not work properly. (That chemical caused a burning sensation on face.)
The room door lock did not work, and couldn't lock the door. When I call the office number, they seem to know it's faulty or broken, and that it will be changed the next day. It took convincing for someone to come and change the lock!! Had to wait for 30 minutes. On top of that we were told by this person, TOM, that he \"has 5 kids and NOTHING goes right when you are travelling\", as an excuse as to why the lock was broken and the heater was not working. He was rather condescending and lacked respect, or customer service. He should a total lack of humanity.
Although the room had cooking amenities, there was only one sink. No sink was in the bathroom, so if one wanted to brush teeth, wash face, the one kitchen sink had to used. Highly unsanitary!!

Basic accommodation in an industrial area. Hot water and comfy bed, so it did the trick for a place to stay. What little contact I had with staff (one phone call) was easy and friendly. House keeping offered clean towels etc. but they weren't needed for a 3 day stay. Thanks.

Upon booking the room, it was well stated there were services such as daily house keeping, there wasn’t, there was nobody upon arriving for checkin at reception. No sink in the bathroom, no cooking utensils given there were an oven and stove within the room, besides the lack of amenities myself and young child were kept up late (2am late!) with disturbing residents each night during our stay.. very disappointed.

When I arrived at 4.30pm there was noone there. It said the office hours were 8am - 8pm. I rsng the number and was told which room to go to. In the morning I did not see anyone again, I put my key in the key return box. The room was fine but i felt a little ignored, The voice on the phone was hard to hear but I DID FIND THE ROOM INDICATED> Not a great way to arrive seeing it was only late afternoon.
