Had to check in earlier than I would have liked because communication with Hotel was difficult but overall the place was an excellent and convenient place to stay. Was very happy to get an upgrade to a balcony room, very nice !

My husband and I stayed 3 nights, the first night loud music played until midnight then started again before 9 in the morning. We needed to share the 1 cup and 1 glass for drinks. The aircon didn't work properly so you couldn't turn it off or change the temperature which was set to 17, so we had to change the mode when it got too cold and then back again when it got too hot. The toilet made a loud sound everytime you flushed - loud enough to wake you up. Parking available means public parking on the road with a 2 hour limit during the day. However it was clean, the manager was friendly. The room was supplied with fresh towels daily and rubbish was taken.

I had a huge apartment on 7th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, kitchen & Lounge.
It was PERFECT although it was a freezing night, and the 1 split system heater struggled to keep the whole unit warm.

We stayed 4 nights, no WiFi apparently there was a problem with the system. There was also a problem with the antenna so there was no Channel 7 to watch the footy. We were told to us 7 app but there was no WiFi.

This hotel if you can call it that operates from 9am -5pm as if it were a bank! There is nobody ever at fromt desk so when checking in at 3pm you're standing in front of the glass door and trying to figure out how to get in! I got in as another guest left and stood at front desk for good ten minutes until someone turned up. Thr room itself appeared clean until i stepped into bathroom. The basin was dirty with toothpaste , toilet had marks on it and exhaust fan filthy.

I recently booked a motel while traveling from the regional area to Melbourne with my sister. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the behavior of the receptionist. After charging my card, she abruptly canceled my booking, accusing me of being a fraudulent person.
I was more than willing to provide all necessary IDs during check-in, but her demeanor was rude and dismissive. She refused to listen to my explanations and would not issue a refund, all while making unfounded assumptions about my character.
I cannot recommend this motel and urge others to avoid making reservations here. Their practices seem questionable, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected.

I was worried it would be noisy because of the location however it wasn't the cars that were noisy, it was the seagulls!! Dandenong isn't even near the beach but there were so many seagulls!

Beds were comfy, the comfiest bed was the single bed my daughter was in! It was great being able to walk to the supermarket for a late night snack! The Dandenong Apartment Hotel is convenient and well priced. UNfortunately you get what you pay for. Upon arrival I noticed the shabby condition of elevators and carpet. Inside the room there was long hair on tables and in bathroom. The window wouldn't close so I was stuck with noise all night from outside. The bed was two singles pushed together - both of which were soft/saggy and made for a bad nights sleep. ..... and the suburb of Dandenong is simply a very uncomfortable place to stay. I didn't feel safe outside of the Apartment (and attached restaurant) due to the socio demographic of the area.

WOTIF- false advertisement. The building pictures are that different I drove around looking for the apartment. The cigarette odour was disgusting, all through the building. There were cigarette butts and filth on all balconies. The plastic dining chairs had dirty fingerprints all over. I've had to wipe over everything in the apartment before you felt comfortable.

With respect, this property should not be on your website, presenting it as you do in pictures is a gross exaggeration of this property, you should for a well trusted brand be ashamed. We left as quickly as we arrived, filthy dirty, dust cobwebs, black mold. But then if you read some review you would know that already. So why do you present this hotel in a good light? is it just for the money?

This property was so unclean! The mattress had a blood strain on it..the doona had a blood stain on it!! The reason I found these was accidental because the bottom sheet had not been put on properly and kept slipping off the top of the mattess, so I thought I would remake it.The power point in the bathroom was loose from the wall on one side and hense only one side of it could be used, (which is sooo unsafe).There was a hole in the wall with masking tape over it.The curtain was half off the rod and had a big cotton pull in it, which I fixed the pull.I found the iron on the floor in the cupboard, which was carpet and covered in dustt!! I accidentally touched the wall board above the bed which felt odd,it was dust...I cleaned it. The bathroom floor skirting boards, or edges had not been cleaned properly for ages obviously! Walls were covered in black marks on the lower edges! The surrounds on the fridge door were hot,the outside of the fridge was hot!! We were there for 6 nights due to a hospital admission and only received housekeeping accidentally as when we were leaving one day they were next door which would have been day 3.The male who spoke to us said there is housekeeping every day. Well not for us however! We had a an unexpected visit and needed it close to the hospital and there were no others available nearby and the photos looked great for this accommodation, so we were so pleased to find it.It's all cleaning and building maintenance! Ok so i booked a studio and was disappointed as it was basically a hotel room. The room pics on the website for the studio's were a room with a kitchenette with stove, oven etc ad well as a couch, dining table, balcony etc and that wasnt what i recieved. Also the house keeping was slack, i stayed for a week and only had housekeeping come twice and that was only because i had to call the property manager to organise for them. Overall it was far from the worst place i have stayed but there is most definitely room for these guys to improve, especially if you have paid for a studio and you dont get what you think youve paid for. But pleasant enough, i suppose and close to everything in Dandenong which is a bonus.

The sheet of paper provided the WIFI password, which didn’t work and there was no one to contact about this. The room was disgusting. There was dust everywhere, like it hadn’t been cleaned EVER. The quilt had a yellow stain on it with a bottom sheet and top sheet covering it. The pillows were yellow/brown from being so old. No pillow protector, just pillow and pillowcase. You could just smell the mould in the room. The window wouldn’t close so I could hear all the traffic and the cold wind was coming in. My room was not cleaned once since I checked in (4 nights). I told the lady and she said that they get busy and can’t get around to all rooms. Oh and they don’t do house keeping on Sundays. The whole experience was terrible. There was no one at the front desk, ever. Couldn’t get towels. It was just super dodgy. The lady was quite nice at the front but this does not make up for the whole experience. I would not stay here again. I wish I had read the reviews on google before staying here because they all explained what I experienced.

The reception is unattended and they have a key pick up system. the keys were not ready at the appointed time, left standing in the street. The bathroom door was missing a handle, the TV remote was nowhere to be found, the curtain raiser failed to work and the Wifi password was wrong and no one was there to ask. The property itself is nice and quite modern, but a series of failures of maintenance and staffing was disappointing. The new management have made decisions to cut costs, but they have not worked out well.
