Nice renovated bathroom. The Upgrade was appreciated. It needs a good clean inside and out. Please get new towels. The Venetian blinds and windows were dirty. I gave them a bit of a clean. Someone needs to go over it inside and outside and freshen it up. We have stayed there several times and will do so again as it’s conveniently located for us.

The bathroom basin was cracked, the spa was not clean, there were no bowls for breakfast cereal, the shower ran hot and cold, the room I booked (with a small yard) was apparently not available - I had to upgrade for a balcony room as I smoke. The TV reception was poor.

Room had dust all over window frames, airconditioner vents in rooms were covered in dirt/dust, floor in kitchen was sticky, only one teaspoon in a family room which was certaianly not enough for a booking that was confirmed for 4 adults. parking was also a nightmare . Very disappointed, literally the dirtiest hotel room ive ever been in .... exceptionally old , but the cleanlieness was the major issue

This is a very old property, but they are doing some updates. The level of cleanliness is appalling. The bathroom wasn't too bad but could do with a good scub.The kitchen area was dirty & greasy never been cleaned.The outside staircase is open to the elements, so very dirty, three floors no elevators. Would not recommend.

They really need to hire better cleaners. Shelves all dirty, cutlery (what there was - there definitely wasn’t enough for a family of 4) and cups were dirty, floor was dirty, one bed had sand it in. Cobwebs on all the windows. There were no normal glasses so the kids drank from wine glasses. Beds are hard - if you are over 40 you’ll probably hurt. The guy at the front desk was friendly though and helpful. Towels are as thin as they come. The lounge split system only blew cold air but thankfully the one in the bedroom worked well enough.

My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the jetted tub/spa was good. Excellent dinner at the \"Delhi Club\" Indian Restaurant at the same property. Being on a busy intersection, there was traffic noise at certain times. The room interior was dated, but served my purposes.

The property is very old and quite scruffy. The shower was fantastic and the bed ok but that's where any good bits end.

It sits at a major road intersection and as a result is incredibly noisy 24x7. If you sleep lightly, then you must avoid.

There are signs of the owner's effort to carry out some reno, but it's not enough to take the whole property out of the last century. I had a feeling that I checked in to a room in a developing country. My room had cracked shower base, filthy rims, cracked and dirty skirting boards, stains on the ceiling and one of the towels had 10c piece size yellowish stain on it. I do not want to mention what I have seen when I peeled back the pillow cover........

The room I was in was clean and the bathroom and kitchenette looked like they have been renovated. However, there were some shortcomings: there is no towel rail in the bathroom and the toilet is not only orientated 90 degrees the wrong way it's too close to the shower screen. So close in fact there is a warning sticker on the shower screen to warn you to not bump your head. The kitchenette lacks tea towels and a drying rack for dishes and the washing up sponge needed replacing. The outside of the building, parking area and gardens could do with a makeover to make the motel more inviting. While I understand this all costs money, I hope it's on the 'to do' list for the owners.

This property is the worst I have ever stayed in. Do NOT stay here. It is filthy and in desperate need of major maintenance and repairs. The mattress springs stick into you, and the room is unbearably noisy due to traffic and partying. The room reeks of cigarettes and curry. Avoid this place at all costs.

The check in was ok and the person at reception was extremely helpful. The room is old and needs to be fully cleaned as there were finger prints and hand marks of the wall tiles in the bathroom above and around the toilet, there was no towel provided, I had to use the hand towel and spare washer to dry off after a shower.

I have previously told you about my experience in that disgusting place. I had pre-paid for three nights, but didn’t even stay one night. Instead, I drove until I found a clean and safe place to sleep. I have taken a dozen or so photos of the rubbish and filth, as well as broken doors and unwashed glasses literally sticking to the tray they were in (hadn’t been washed). I could not even contemplate sleeping there. In fact, I am considering sending my photos to the health department. I would appreciate a phone call from someone at Wotif. You need to have someone inspect the room I was given. The men at Reception couldn’t have cared less when I handed in the key and told them it was the worst place I had ever seen. It suited our purpose on this occasion but it is quite run down, the grounds and overall appearance aren't very conducive to a positive opinion and I'm sure would not be appealing to a number of potential guests. However, the room was clean and had all the facilities we required. The welcome at reception was fine. I assume with its location it is not looking to attract visitors or travellers but rather people who need to be located in that area for a short time or are using it as cheaper longer-term accommodation and as short-term visitors who stayed there for proximity to family we took that perspective. I don't think I'd dine there for the reasons mentioned above.

Well what can i say...

Old, needs upgrading. Sheets were clean, but had stains. Bed was really uncomfortable, felt like i was sleeping on the bare springs. Dirty sock in one of the bathroom drawers. Bathroom floor had not been swept. Air con vents broken. Saucepans and lids were grimy and greasy. Rear stairs were dangerous with dirty linen bags left at the top made negotiating the initial step difficult. Smoking area at night made me feel very vulnerable and scared as it was able to be seen from the street. I understand this is a budget motel and i have stayed in many budget motels, but this place was not good. We stayed here about 5 years ago and found it not too bad, so thought we would stay here again and found with this stay that the property had deteriorated in a big way. Was unloved. We will not stay here again. By the way, maybe cleaning up the front garden might show people that you have a bit of pride in your business.

Worst place ever throughout Australia during our trip this time this a shocking motel. Noise from road excessive and needs triple glazing. Carpet tiles need cleaning, exhaust fan in bathroom, door just suspended, tiles cracked on spa and cold water tap unable to be opened. Power socket near kettle loose on wall, internet non existent, not disability appropriate. Too many steps to get to second floor. Paid $185 for shocking accommodation.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the shower was good and the water hot. The only thing I found confusing was that there was a toaster and two plates, but no knives. There were no bowls either. We had taken cereal to have for breakfast and had nothing to eat it in. If you want a cheap night's accommodation, it was fine.
