These apartments are great and Bay Street is the prefect location for beach, shops, and being close enough to St Kilda and the city, but not close enough to get overwhelmed with city life. My only gripe was the apartment was a bit dark in the main living area because of the large trees in the courtyard. But that's being picky, because everything else was perfect. The host (Jason) was fantastic too.

Short-term stay (less than one week) at short notice. Easy booking process and good communication from staff. Received a very affable orientation at check-in into a very residential complex in a nice part of Brighton. Very spacious third floor two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment, basement garage, balcony, place was nicely furnished and with a fully equipped kitchen. A little wear & tear in places, but clean and everything seemed to work.The only minor maintenance issue that popped up was promptly attended and fixed. Be mindful, this apartment is on the residential end of the serviced spectrum - no servicing for stays of less than a week, but the towels provided were plentiful. Overall a good experience, will happily stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Brighton Bay Apartments. The apartment was close to lots of lovely restaurants, shops and railway station. Easy walk to grocery store if we wanted to eat in the apartment. Would have been nice if there was aircon in the bedrooms but that maybe because we are from Queensland and just use to that in our home and when we stay at apartments up this way.

Very well suited to my family's needs. Excellent communication from Jason re check-in/out even though our stay was during Dec 25-31 and the office was closed. Very handy to have both the dryer and washer in the bathroom. Really terrific to have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and free parking. No free Wi-Fi. Aircon only in the lounge but we had cool summer days while we were there.

We have stayed in these apartment s before as they are close to relatives and within walking distance of train station and lots of shops, so very convenient. They were heavily booked as it was near Xmas so we were forced to pay for a much larger apartment than we needed as we only needed 1 bedroom. Extremely clean. Some fresh milk in frig would have been perfect rather than long life but supermarket was just around the corner.
