It says 12mm should be quiet and respect other people who stayed there but that’s not what happened first night someone is shouting and loud for hours like from 1am to 3am.
Friday night was fine it was quiet but Saturday day next to my room how many time should the people could go in and out? Every minute they open the door for who knows what’s the reason and so loud. I tried to have a good sleep as I have an early flight to catch but I didn’t sleep until 2am because of their noice.. it was so terrible and never again I will book a place there.

Staff were lovely, however the towels provided were dirty, the area around the toilet was dirty, the showerhead didn't work and caught on the shower tap resulting in sudden changes of temperature, and the air conditioner was not functioning. Lastly the parking was narrow and difficult.

We got to our room and it was nothing like the pictures. There was dirty hand prints on the benches there was hair on the sink rubbish on the floor and mud on the floor. We where then shown 2 other rooms that where no better will not stay again

Good location and decent car parking, but steer clear of the “budget” rooms because they are not just basic, but quite concerning by way of what appeared to be a blood-stained mattress, wine and other stains on the floors, burn marks on the doorway, garbage bags were provided in place of actual rubbish bin (but only upon request). Very disappointed and alarmed.

This property has a great location, easy walking to Acland St, St Kilda beach and Chapel St, as well as public transport.
The property itself was unfortunately under furnished (kettle with no tea cups, one pillow available, and only a woollen blanket between two sheets as a comforter) and smelled like the previous occupants had been smoking. The smell was quite upsetting and unfortunately the blinds and windows would not open to help the situation.

Absolutely everything about the Facilities were spot on and especially the price. I have stayed there twice and check in is very slow. The first time I stayed I paid the deposit by card and checkout was very quick. The 2nd time I paid cash for deposit and wasn't informed that they had to view my room before I could leave to refund the deposit. So after sitting in the foyer for about 25 mins I was late for my appointment. Besides that I would definitely stay again.

I booked a room on my drive from Canberra to Melbourne last minute to visit my mother who is in hospital for cancer treatment and was horrified by the room when I arrived.
Disgusting room, not as described during booking, no toilet paper, broken tap in bathroom, pubic hair in the bedding, grimey and dirty floors. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Management leave much to be desired. Would not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The heater in the room was broken when we checked in. After 4 hours of notifying staff, nothing was done. It was absolutely freezing and they had us change rooms at 11.30pm - which was even more freezing dragging our stuff outside and to another hotel building. They moved us back to the room the next day (well we had to move our stuff again) and their idea of fixing the heating was by placing a sticker on it that said \"cooling only\". The room was beyond cold and made for a miserable night. Couldn't even provide an extra blanket. Paid a lot of money to freeze.

The room that i was staying has broken blind and its next to the bbq area is very noisy when people are there. My room has no view and its feel kikenin the cave. Smart tv disnt work properly. My room was 108. That room should be store for the housekeeping and not for sale.

Great service by staff at Crest on Barkly who manage Como Court but the room was tiny, nothing like the pic shown, and the rooms were accessed by a communal corridor which was filthy, dirty carpet with discarded ripped couch cushions, an old shoe (which was later used to prop open the entry over night by other residents) and smelt terrible. It seems that the other rooms are permanently occupied and people were coming and going all night, yelling out for residents, sounded like a drug deal taking place. Was quite scary knowing the external door was open and not quite knowing how safe we were. The room itself was clean and handy location.

Stayed there many times. Great location and 'covid' rates as room is upgraded. Didnt get much sleep last time. Mger allowed me to change rooms at 2am. There are balconies out back where guests smoke and talk on mobiles.etc Suggest the front of the building as its quieter

Probably one of the only affordable properties in Melbourne that isn't a forlorn, dirty, decrepit hostel. Nice staff and excellent facilities for the money. Wasn't all that pleased that they didn't mention they were having roof maintenance done at the time, but I guess that's the trade-off for a cheap price. Still, management should probably warn guests that clay tiles will be thrown off the roof commencing at 7 a.m.

I was allocated a ground floor room at the back of the building, which was nice and quiet, with a new private bathroom. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. There was a nice TV a small fridge and the hot water was excellent. Fortunately there was a window that I could open for fresh air. The air conditioner had heat and cool cycles. The ironing board was busted. The room rates were OK for a big city and the number 3 tram to the city was a short walk.
