The Prince Park Tower Tokyo exceeded every expectation for our family trip. As our first stop in Tokyo, we could not have chosen a better home base. Getting there was surprisingly easy, and the surrounding neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which was a welcome relief after long flights with a 9 year old.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, a rare find in Tokyo, and our family had plenty of room to spread out and truly settle in. Everything felt thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind.

What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the customer service. The staff went above and beyond at every turn, from helping us navigate the city to making sure our som felt welcome and cared for. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, never once making us feel like an inconvenience. There’s even a convience store and plenty of restaurants on site.

The views of Tokyo Tower from the property are stunning, and the on-site dining options made evenings effortless.

If you are planning a family trip to Tokyo, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be returning.

The hotel was a fairly full and staff was completely overwhelmed at moments leading to mistakes with consequences like not storing a medicine on the freezer as requested, taking long for check in and check out (in a not too big lobby).

There are stupendous views of Tokyo Tower, and the rooms are very spacious; it’s also very close to two subway stations. The Sky Bar is gorgeous. But, the hotel itself is very stuck in the sixties; old furniture, stuffy design, and a clunky check in process, as well as net curtains make it feel a little bit like staying in a very nice care home.

Several of the hotel restaurants were quite good. The breakfast buffet was always a perfect start to our very busy days. The taxis at ready just outside the hotel lobby were an excellent amenity as well. Some of the staff had slight difficulty understanding English, so at times communication could be a little challenging. The cleaning staff did a fantastic job each day we were there.

Everything was perfect, we travelled with a 11 month old, and it was extremely awesome. The King bed isnt a regular king it was ginormous and Im 6’5 220lb. you could’ve had 4 of me on that bed. Highly recommend, it’s pretty close to everything too

We are two girls travelling from Australia to Japan and had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions we had.

During our trip, a typhoon passed through the area, and the hotel kindly provided umbrellas for guests. Unfortunately, the umbrella we used broke during use, but we appreciated the hotel’s effort to assist guests during the bad weather. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which was very convenient.

Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel. The only downside was that the lobby and reception area became very busy from midday onwards, with many guests checking in and out, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times.

This hotel isn’t in a touristy area — and that made it more charming. It is located in an upscale business district. The view from our room was wonderful — Shiba park where locals congregate, Zoji - ji temple, and Tokyo Tower! Walk 7 minutes to get wonderful takeout or sit down breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien. Train to take you to more touristy parts of city is also 7-minute walk from hotel. Loved the on-site onsen experience, Lawson’s when the kids want a quick snack, and bowling alley if you need a break from running around the city. The views from the Sky Bar Lounge are spectacular! Really enjoyed this place!

Really enjoyed the location that was less than 2 miles from the most popular areas of Tokyo without the large crowds. Hotel has all the things you need including a convenience store located in the basement. Great free breakfast if you have lounge access. Stayed here twice and like this location as a Tokyo base.

Had an amazing honeymoon stay at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo. We booked a Tokyo Tower view room with a balcony and it was honestly one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Waking up to the panoramic Tokyo Tower views every day felt so special and memorable.

Because we stayed on a higher floor, we had access to a different breakfast buffet area which was fantastic. The egg station was cooked perfectly every morning, and the bakery section was so soft, fresh and delicious. Staff were polite and attentive throughout the stay, and room service was always prompt and reliable.

The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for a honeymoon. We would definitely recommend booking a balcony room with panoramic tower views if you are staying here.

The hotel is nice. However, it took us almost an hour to go through the check-in process and the staff seemed very stressed out the whole time and it was very hard to communicate with them. Out of the 3 panoramic rooms with tower view we booked, only one was available when we checked in even though it was almost 6pm. They said the hotel made a mistake and all the rooms were taken by somebody else, seemed like there was a big group arriving that day. One couple in the group ended up having to take a twin-bedroom because there was nothing else available and another one of the rooms barely had a tower view (which we had paid for). The guy at the front desk told us he was giving us drink vouchers to make up for the inconvenience, when in reality they were an expedia perk that was included from the beginning. The rooms were spacious enough, the amenities were nice, but the service could improve a lot and the hotel seemed a little dated. Overall it was an okay stay but the hassle to check-in was so bad we almost missed a reservation. Would not stay there again.

We stayed here for 6 nights (and had a nice stay) and then left for 6 days and returned for our last 2 nights. There was no recognition we had stayed there before just a week earlier when we checked in - I had to fill out the same forms I had just filled out 12 days ago for the first stay and there was no \"welcome back\". We checked in early and submitted our passports and checked in our baggage as the room not ready. But when we came back later, we were told to check in again and had to show our passports again which was odd, and our baggage was not waiting for us in our room. We still had to wait awhile for it. We also discovered that the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers had been ripped off our shower wall but there was no replacement shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the room. They brought it when asked and did apologize with some nice treats. The room is spacious and we were lucky to have a great view but it needs updating - lobby and other facilities are very nice. We loved the yakitori chicken restaurant in the basement. Finally, unfortunately, we didn't find the concierge very helpful for food recommendations (just gave us a printed sheet of restaurants in the area) nor super friendly. The hotel was very clean and in a great location for transportation.

Perfect hotel in Tokyo for our last two nights. Arrived at Tokyo Station and followed signs out for taxis. It was about 14 min taxi ride to this beautiful hotel by Tokyo Tower-in a park. We reserved a room with a king size bed. Ordered room service for breakfast. We reserved the twilight package for Sky bar-cocktails and appetizers for two hours. It was beautiful.
The second evening we sat at the beautiful bar. Look forward to returning.

The service, the room and the property exceeded our expectations. We loved being a bit outside the touristy areas and loved the calm of Minato. Everything was amazing and immaculately kept. If I had to suggest: gym to add cable machines for a complete weight workout and the skybar not letting you in to look around without ordering a drink perhaps a bit restrictive.

We paid a premium price for a premium hotel room for three days. Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work properly in any of the three rooms we were moved to. We set the AC at 70 degrees. In the first room, I woke up in the middle of the night hot and the room was 78 degrees. I had to open the sliding glass door to cool the room down. When they concluded that they could not fix the AC, they had us move to a new room. The next room had the same issue. Another miserable night. They then had us move again. In an effort to \"compensate us\" for the inconvenience, they moved us into a slightly larger room and provided a van service to the cruise terminal. Unfortunately, the third room suffered the same issue, to a slightly lesser degree. My wife and I felt a price reduction was in order. They never offered. Very poor customer service for the inconvenience and non-working air conditioners. I should have moved hotels after the first night, but I was assured that the problem would be fixed by moving rooms. That did not occur. Breakfast and appetizer dinner were very good. That is why we stayed when we should have left.

Our four-day stay in Tokyo was nothing short of fantastic, and this hotel played a huge part in making it so. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
If you can, book a panoramic view room — absolutely worth it. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable, with sweeping views that make waking up each morning feel like a treat in itself.

The location is ideal. Centrally situated, the hotel puts you within easy reach of Tokyo’s most iconic destinations, whether you’re heading to temples, shopping districts, or world-class restaurants. We never felt like we were wasting time in transit.

We opted for the breakfast package and it was one of the best decisions we made. Starting each day with a wonderful spread meant we hit the ground running without the stress of hunting for a morning meal in an unfamiliar city — a real time and energy saver.

What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered throughout the hotel — from the front desk to housekeeping — was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. That level of consistent, heartfelt service is rare and did not go unnoticed.

We loved our stay so much that we’ve planned to return for one more night before heading home. That says it all. Highly recommended — without hesitation. 🙏

Impeccable service throughout our stay. The staff was very helpful and were able to communicate in English. We booked a high floor lounge access room, which I recommend. The lounge serves an excellent included buffet breakfast with made to order items. There is also an included afternoon tea and happy hour with heavy hors d’oeuvres that could substitute for dinner. The room was well appointed and spacious with a balcony and jetted tub (perfect after long days of walking). I would stay again. Thank you to the Prince staff for an amazing stay!!

The toilet smells really bad. Also the room is very hot when you enter. You have to put your key in the slot when you walk in the room which takes it 1-2 hours to cool down. For the rating of this hotel that it’s ranked which is 5 star it’s not. I would give it 3 stars. Also don’t eat downstairs it’s insane expensive at the b2 level. I paid 250.00 for myself and wife for food that cost us 65.00 outside the hotel area

Staff were always ready to help with anything, sometimes very busy, other times waiting patiently in the lobby for someone who might need something. Club lounge breakfast was healthy and plentiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned daily, with very nice shower and thick towels. The small balcony was enough to enjoy the lights at night.
Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Have stayed here several times now, and will do so again.

Very underwhelming, dated property. Given the price and 5 star rating there are many better choices in Tokyo. The room was clean but bit dated. No real outstanding features. Breakfast was very mid. Staff were robotic and not the usual level of courtesy we've experienced all over Japan. They seemed tired and a bit annoyed. I think the property commands the premium becuase of the location near Tokyo Tower etc. Beyond that nothing really special. Just an OK hotel in a good enough location.

Very nice property with scenic city views (including famous Tokyo Tower), clean property, breakfast buffet has a good variety of options for adults and children, and most importantly conveniently located near beautiful Azabudai, Roppongi Hills and Ginza ( the best restaurants and shopping), as well as two subway stations/lines (Shibakoen and Akabanebashi). 15 minutes drive from Tokyo Train station.
We have stayed at this hotel 3 times already, and honestly for the price and quality would stay here again!
