This a great place to stay while in Melbourne. Staff were quite accommodating, parking while extra really secure and easy to access, location is a few minutes walk from the trams that go to the city and south and it is a 20 minutes ride by tram to the heart of town.
Good food options a couple of minutes nearby but if you do choose to include breakfast it is hearty with lots of options and quality food. All modern amenities as expected including decent Wifi and housekeeping is regular and decent level.
Overall would definitely consider staying here again if price remains competitive.

Air con didn’t work, it was so noisy outside in the street in the morning - not the hotel’s fault but some kind of soundproofing would be great. Pretty basic which is fine if you’re not spending any time in the room. The bed was comfy and the staff polite and friendly.

The safe was tempermental to say the least and when assistance sought took in excess of 20 mins and two visits to reception to sort out, which took the caretaker 20 seconds to fix. Reception staff on leaving didnt bother to ask how our stay was.

Very good / interesting, casual and reasonably price restaurants in the Luna area of St Kilda. We stayed twice and were very happy. I really enjoyed my two night stay here. It's close to public transport, and not far into the CBD and arts precinct. The room was beautifully appointed, with a large comfortable king-sized bed. I had a wonderful sleep both nights. The convenience of a stove top, microwave, fridge, and even dishwasher drawer and coffee machine made my stay easy. I saved on eating out by preparing some basic meals in the room. The room was spacious, with a desk, lounge chair, and table and chairs. The view out to St Kilda Road was lovely. I did hear a little traffic, but once I was asleep I wasn't disturbed. My neighbours on the first night had been partying at the Melbourne Cup and were noisy and smoked on the adjoining balcony, but that wasn't the fault of the Hotel. When I reported it to the reception they were very helpful. Staff were friendly and efficient. And it was nice to be able to order room service on the second night when I felt like a bowl of chips. The chips were delish. Would definitely stay again and recommend.
