No WIFI. Asked the person in the reception didn't share it , send him messages but no reply.

Poor bathroom, very mouldy.
Overall very noisy, and felt unsafe from the outside world, corridor doors to the outside were always open and people would come in and start yelling.

Property very outdated, in need of repairs. Timber work around windows and doors have wood rot, and possibly termites.
Sign on dining room gives opening times. On enquiry was told dining facilities have not been available since 2002.
Room cleanliness ok excepts for dust and cob webs on all skirting boards.
Could only access 1 channel on TV. Requested assistance, from staff, 1 person who had trouble understanding problem due to not understanding of English. Contact was made with Manager via phone (had the same problem. Eventually solved in time for bed.

Could not use use the shower, as I couldn't turn taps on. And they dripped hot water constantly. Could not use TV as there was not the 2 remotes needed. Microwave had not been cleaned there was bits of food from previous user.

Older motel style. Clean and comfortable and lovely and quiet. Can’t even hear the traffic.
Nice and handy to Chadstone Shopping.
Had no housekeeping during our 3 day stay.
Manager was lovely and friendly.
AC worked well. Big screen TV was great.

Excellent location and a clean room. Tea/coffee facility were rather sparse with no sugar and only 3 cups for a five person stay. Staff were friendly though and would have assisted if we asked. Reception and entry etc are looking a bit neglected but overall for the price really can’t complain.

The aircon heater in our room was not working,but the manager was kind enough to provide a portable heater from his office.
Nice clean rooms with all the necessary facilities like toaster microwave, fridge, hot kettle etc.

It was close to everything i needed for my stay. It was easy laidback front staff. Wifi good. Need to provide a concealed smoking area. The people smoking and drinking bottles at the front was quite frankly intinidating upon arrival. The courtyard could use some attention.
Love the coded door entry to your room. So much better then a key.

Excellent value/comfort for budget business travel

Hotel was good value for money. The location suited me for business in the Chadstone shopping centre. The train access was good. The hotel was clean, and comfortable, everything worked, air con was good for very hot Melbourne day and night, service was good. Generally very good value for money in a slightly aging but none the less very acceptable hotel for a small business traveller wanting comfort and service without too much expense. Plenty of eating places nearby and microwave allowed heating up of breakfast porridge.

Excellent, helpful staff with a warm greeting. Staff checked the room with me on check in. Expected it to have a bit of traffic noise but my room was very quiet. Comfortable room & bed.

Great priced alternative motel if you need to be in the local area. Apart from needing batteries in the TV remote, everything worked and was presentable. I will definitely consider this place again should I need to be back in the surrounding suburbs.

We were after a bed for the night. It was close to a good Chinese restaurant and we had a room up the back which was quite. Standard room, aircon was good. Shower was hot. Look past the dated room price suited this place would stay again

Very dated and in need of an upgrade.

We only stayed the one night and the hotel was reasonably clean and served our purposes from a location point of view. While the rooms were large they are in need of an upgrade. The furniture is old and drab, the walls need painting, tiles need fixing, etc.

For the price it did the job, was clean enough.
Room had a kitchen (looked fairly new), fridge, microwave, cooktop, but nothing in it, no bowls, no plates, no knives, no forks, no spoons, no glasses, no pots, no pans, no dishwashing gear, nothing. Was wierd and disappointing.
A non smoking room that had the stench of cigarettes, like a smoker had lived in the room for the 10 years previous.

Could not locate anyone to checkout at 8:30am so I was not able to get a receipt for my stay at the time
Needs a professional maintenance person. Silicon is not a full maintenance kit

It is what it is. Its cheap so u should expect cheap. I only slept and showered there so it fit its purpose.

It was ok..........better then a tent in the chadstone shopping center
We never had our room taken care of daily
They said they couldnt open the door on the first day
Dont know why it wasnt done second day
I had to ask for more towels and toilet paper.

Great location, but...

This hotel is located within walking distance to Chadstone shopping centre and has comfy beds but that's it. The tv didn't work properly and there were very visible cobwebs in the bathroom and toilet. There was also rubbish from a previous guest on the bedside dresser.
If you want to be close to Chadstone then stay here, otherwise find somewhere else.

Motel OK but could be better

The motel was conveniently located. Walking distance from shops and Oakleigh Railway station. There was no clock next in the motel room and no radio or clock next to the bed.The TV couldn't get the new channel win stations so I couldn't get Master chief or Family Feud. I asked the person on duty to help with the TV. He just said he didn't know anything about it and so couldn't help. There was a sound of water running in the pipes a lot of the time. Two of the staff were helpful. The other person wasn't.

Place was very rundown, not attractive in any way, outside and inside. Weird and complicated multi-numbered PIN code (6 or more numbers) door access was awful to use and impossible to remember. Swipe cards would be far better.

Had a one night stay with my daughter and 9 month old granddaughter and required accomodation in the Charstone area At first little shocked by condition of reception area and hallways to rooms actually made us reconsider our choice . It certainly could do with a \"makeover\" or a good lick of paint in these areas, not inviting at all . Then we were pleasantly surprised how clean and fresh the family room was . Beds very comfy , bathroom and little kitchenette were extremely clean . Room was quiet no noise from traffic . Easy parking for our car
