Lovely place to stay in Pärnu

Comfortable room with great spa facilities. We booked this last minute as part of an Estonia trip. The outside was a bit “Soviet” style architecture which was off putting but the inside had been beautifully redone. Spa and saunas an added bonus. We really loved them and it’s not our usual choice. Staff knowledgeable and super helpful. By large hotel standards the breakfast was ok rather than great.

I had been to this spa for a few days 11 years ago and wanted to return. Stayed for 2 nights to relax at the spa and be close to the beach. It was fun. Too expensive though. Booked way in advance. Had to pay small upgrade on the spot to get a balcony so we could chill outside after the spa. Next time I would stay at a cheaper hotel and get a 3 hour pass here.

We had a great 2 night stay in August 2024 and the highlight was the waters/saunas on the property. We used the facilities every day and it really exceeded our expectations. We were able to walk to the historic town as well as the beach. Parnu itself is quite lovely and was a fantastic restful few days in the middle of a long trip. We would definitely stay there again! We knocked off a star because the rooms are a bit dated, especially the bathrooms. Dated but clean.

I opted for a suite rather than a room for a 110€ difference. This came with perks: free parking (normally 20€), free access to the dead sea pool (normally 9€ per person), free minibar (free booze and water). The level of comfort was great as we could host our friend in the living room area. The spa complex is excellent with great sauna choices and the restaurant had great food for a rather affordable price.

Very good hotel for business

Perfect place for my one night business trip. You can workout in the gym that has everything included and afterwards go to the sauna and relax at the spa. Reception spoke many languages fluently so for international travellers it is a good plus. Breakfast is wonderful. Wifi is included and fast. I warmly recommend this place.

Only downsize is the paid parking (10 euros for 24h) but that was to be expected.

The room was fairly small, but bed was comfortable and shower and bathroom overall made good use of the space. We were on the third floor, and used the bridge on our floor to walk to the spa across the street. The spa is amazing with 7 saunas. The Noot restaurant staff accommodated us on the evening we arrived for dinner despite being very busy. The breakfast was good with a big variety of choices from lox to eggs to cereal. It is located within walking distance of the beach, but the weather was not particularly good it was cloudy/windy at times and rained nearly every day. The front desk person kindly loaned us a wall charger as our luggage was delayed. This resort is only eight years old and still seems new. Highly recommend!

The property was very nice but confusing on where the actual Hotel entrance is, I ended up on the convention and SPA side and had to ask multiple people how to get to hotel check-in after going up and down stairs and elevators trying to follow signs. Nice rooms and super quiet, easy walk to bars and beach and park. As a note, when they say breakfast closes at 1030, it is full truth! By 1031 everything was cleared.

Upgrade to a superior room, it is worth the money

We initially booked a standard room but upgraded to a superior once we were at the hotel. Standard rooms have very small windows at upper arms height, felt claustrophobic. All other rooms are equipped with with large glass doors that reach the entire width of the room. Spa area was excellent, buffet breakfast could have been better by offering a wider selection of cheeses, bread and pastries.

The hotel is located in a wonderful location, near the sea and a beautiful oak park. The spa is good, but there are a few minor issues. First of all, the pool itself is a bit unkempt, with a lot of sand on the bottom that somehow got there. Some of the massage tubs don't work. Furthermore, the air conditioning system works oddly, making the room uncomfortable. The bathrooms also need some work.

Palvelutaso ja asiakaspalveluosaaminen kaikkinensa heikkoa, respan palvelu oli jo saapuessa (ruuhka-ajan ulkopuolella) todella hidas ja huolimaton (teki virheitä), jonot olivat pitkät ja kasvoivat. Huoneemme oli likainen ja suihku rikkinäinen, minkä osalta palvelu ongelman kanssa ei myöskään vastannut nykytasoa.

Spa-osastolla oli likaista, asiakkaat kulkivat ulkojalkineilla altaille ja altaan pohjassa olikin runsaasti likaa sekä hiekkaa, kannattaa huomioida lisäksi, että pienemmille lapsille ole sopivaa osastoa.

We have stayed here several times. Allways a pleasant stay with the sauna world, gym and good breakfast. Friendly and smiley staff mostly - at breakfast the older female staff were though quite crancy as the younger ones had great attitude. The pillows are a bit on the too soft side. Great SPA but everything else pretty bad.

FYI THE ROOMS HAVE NO A/C. Our room was super hot and went to the reception to ask about it but the personnel said that there's nothing they can do and the rooms doesn't have air condition.

The lobby and SPA has been renovated but the rooms are in really bad shape; smells bad, no A/C, dirty and super old.

Huippusiisti huone ja koko hotelli. Kylpyläpuoli myös erittäin puhdas ja siisti. Henkilökunta todella mukavia ja auttavaisia. Aamiainen hyvä ja ravintolan ruuat erinomaisia.
Jos jotain negatiivista niin liikenteen melu oli ajoittain aika kova. Myös ulkoallas kylpylässä olisi mukava.

Kahden yön reissu puolison kanssa. Hotellin sijainti hyvä. Aamiainen hyvä. Spassa erilaisia kivoja saunoja ja altaita. Puutteena täydelliseen kylmävesiallas ja allas jossa olisi voinut uida matkaa. Pienille lapsille ei allasalue ole hyvä koska paljon virtauksia johtuen useista porepisteistä. Huoneen lämpötilaa ei saanut säädettyä. Jos näin kaikissa huoneissa voi kesähelteillä olla kuuma. Meitä ei haitannut. Huoneessa iso avautuva ikkuna.
