Scrumptious breakfast buffet

This is a beachfront hotel modernized; however, keeping the 30’s charm. The room was set-up efficiently; however, the breakfast buffet is well stocked with several options. The lunch/dinner menu are limited but everything was delicious. The Estonian customary mushrooms with champagne sauce and pork schnitzel was delightful on all levels, sight, taste and texture.

We spent an extra 5 hours at the location fir an additional $50 EU’s; which made great for an additional swimming beach day.

Old world charm, with modern day hospitality. This amazing hotel has a real nice feeling to it: real old world charm with amazing atmosphere. The breakfast is hosted in a simply stunning restaurant that on the summer has terrace directly facing the beach and sea. All details are well thought of and give you a feeling of staying in a relaxed art-deco holiday resort. The location at the beach will make you relaxed and you can walk anywhere from the hotel.

Sometimes, old world charm would also mean outdated rooms and facilities, but not in this case. The room had a real individual working air-con that kept the room exactly at the desired temperature. Everything was super clean and maintained to perfection, renovations have been done where needed and the hotel even has fast charging for Electric vehicles.

The breakfast is really great and they offer very decent sparkling wine (cava) with it. Highly recommended.

Warm days in Pärnu

We had a nice stay at Rannahotel. The price for our rooms was very good, but I guess the reason for the good price, was that our rooms didn't have any air condition.
It was very hot days in Pärnu with close to +30, so we were really missing the a/c.
Otherwise, we enjoy to stay at Rannahotel.
Next time we will choose rooms without Parkview = no a/c.

Altough the front desk officer was with greasy hair and shirt hanging out of his trousers the hotel itself was very nice! Food at the restaurant was delicious and all service caring and friendly

Great Hotel dodgy shower room

Hotel looks non descript from the outside but modern and recenty refurnished inside. Large, llght and airy communal spaces, great views of either the sea or park from windows along the corridors and rooms.
The bedroom was smallish but well set out, very light and modern.

Received an excellent sports massage from a well trained masseuse. Breakfast was good. The restaurant was preparing for a function so was not open while we were there however the recommended restaurant 5 minutes walk away was excellent.
One negative - the shower pod was rather small and leaked significant water all over the bathroom floor - too much to be mopped up by the floor mat.There was no waste hole in the floor or any mop to deal with the water only a second floor mat. This would be an issue if one stayed for a length of time.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The look in the morning out of our window onto the Baltic Sea was mesmerizing! The dinner at the hotel's restaurant is a must do. Perceived five star cuisine for a bargain price. DO NOT MISS THIS!

Classic but modern hotel

This white color hotel (inside and outside) with dark grey room door looks cool. The design seems classic but it is in fact modern. The little balcony is a bonus. Though our room is not facing the sea, but we can steal a look at the balcony. Staff always carry smile on their face that it is rare to be found in this country. Also, staff are polite and look professional.

Great Hotel - would happily stay again

Had a fabulous stay at Rannahotell. Last minute booking - v good value. Right on the beach in Parnu. The hotel is a beautiful Art-Deco style hotel, it has clearly been completely renovated recently to a very modern standard. The Art-Deco detailing in the hotel is beautiful. We had a 'standard' room - it was a little small for Estonian standards but very comfortable. There was no air-conditioning - this was not a real problem but I imagine in the heat of summer it could get quite stuffy. The shower door didn't contain the water very well so the floor was wet after a shower. The breakfast was excellent.

Overall I really enjoyed this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

One of Our Best Hotel Experiences

We were delighted with the Rannahotell. It was very clean and well located right on the beach. The architecture of the hotel provided a feeling of luxury and history. Right by the beach

Stayed for one night on the way from Riga to Tallinn. We took a taxi from the bus stop to the hotel, which is only abt 5 mins by car. The hotel is newly renovated. We stayed in a superior room with a view of the beach. There's a sofa bed for a third person. Room and bathroom are very spacious (love the huge sink). The room comes with bedroom slippers and bathrobes. The shower is a bit weak (I like a strong shower). The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us convert the sofa into a third bed. They also helped us book a taxi to take us back to the bus stop.

We didn't get to enjoy the beach as much as we like as the weather was quite cold but the sand is very fine and we can imagine what a nice place this would be in the summer!

Hieno, historiallinen hotelli. Merinäköala ja sijainti aivan meren rannassa. Ylellinen, leveä sänky. Tykättiin kovasti.
Aika myöhään soi musiikki rannassa. Hiekkaa kulkeutui paljon sisään ja tietenkin myös sänkyyn. En tosin tiedä miten sen voisi estää.
Huomaavaista, että hotelli tarjosi rantapyyhkeet erikseen.

Hotel is excellent but family room was badly designed. The bathroom had a window to the bedroom. Toilet light wakes up the whole family. Room shape is just a rectangle with no wall etc to separate kids bed from adults. Restaurant is great.

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand, aber damit auch in direkter Nachbarschaft zu Beach Cafes/Bars und Nachtclubs die sehr laut Musik spielen. Wer lieber Ruhe haben möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel wählen.
Das Design des Genäudes ist einmalig, was sich leider innen nicht fortsetzt.
Das Restaurant ist okay, aber nicht auf Sterneniveau - weder vom Essen und absolut nicht vom Service. Die Preise sind dennoch gehoben.
War okay, würde aber bei dem nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes wählen.

A very pleasant stay! To our surprise we got our room upgraded. The suite was spacious and clean and we slept unbelievable well. The decoratìon inside the hotel is very stylish. The breakfastroom is also spacious and quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast much-there was everything we needed. The location is perfect. I believe the summertime is fabulous. You have the sea right in the front of you - breathtaking! Thank you. I highly recommend Rannahotel to everybody who visits Pärnu.

Kesäkuun lopussa 2 yötä ke-pe. Lämmin ajankohta. 1. päivä, kova tuuli. 2. Päivä leppoisa merituuli.
Mukavan rauhallinen hotelli.
Hyvä aamupala. Loistava sijainti rannalla.
Pärnu on viihtyisä kompakti kylä joka on helposti tavoitettavissa muutaman kilometrin kävelykierroksella. Hyviä erityyppisiä ravintoloita. Shoppaajallekin löytyy tarjontaa. Eihän Pärnu toki ole mikään Euroopan suurkaupunki jossa on kaikkea kaikille. Meille se oli rauhallinen meren ranta punaviinilasillisen kera. Bilemesta ei paikka varmaankaan ole, tai emme tosin etsineetkään sellaista ja menimme ajoissa yöpuulle.

Plussaa ja miinusta

Syyskuun puolivälissä hotelli ihanan rauhallinen. Huone vain 16 neliötä, eikä mitään kaappeja, joten matkatavarat joutui pitämään pitkin lattiaa. Hieman ahdasta siis. Pöytää ei ollut, vain kapea taso seinällä. Onneksi parvekkeesta sai lisätilaa ja oli kivat maisemat merelle. Huone oli kuuma (lämmitys ei ollut vielä päällä) ja tuntui, ettei tainnut olla edes ilmanvaihtoa..? Jouduimme pitämään parvekkeen oven yöllä auki, jotta saisi nukuttua. Omituinen yksityiskohta oli huurrelasi kylppärin ja huoneen välissä, koska lasissa myös kirkkaita kohtia ja niistä näki vähän liikaa kylppäriin. Muuten kaiken kaikkiaan kiva hotelli.

Gutes Strandhotel in Parnu

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Parnu. Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, besonders das Badezimmer, aber sehr sauber. Das Restaurant hat gehobene Preise, aber dafür sind die Speisen ausgezeichnet. Ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Ilmastointi ei toiminnassa, huone siksi kuuma. TV piti pyytää korjaamaan. Vastaanoton virkailija ei kertonut mitään hotellista, esim missä aamupala ja mihin aikaan. He eivät myöskään puhuneet englantia hyvin vain välttävästi.Infolehtiset huoneeseen, kiitos. Oliko sauna käytössä, ei tietoa. Aamupala ok ja henkilökunta siellä hyvä.

Todella hienosti entisöity. Siisti ja viihtyisä hotelli. Mukavat sängyt. Prosecco aamiainen OK. Huippusijainti rannalla. Ilmainen pysäköinti. Maisemat mahtavat, erityisesti auringonlasku.
Mahtava paikka ja henkilökunta. Reilut 30 vee oli hyvä, mutta nyt aivan eri luokkaa. Suosittelen!

Super Lage direkt am Strand

Sehr schönes Hotel in direkter Strandlage mit Meerblickbalkon. Gutes Frühstück inkl. Sekt, kostenloses Parken und sehr vielen Bildern in den Fluren von Künstlern. Das Hotel ist architektonisch eine Besonderheit und deshalb auch ein estnisches Kulturgut.

Ett väldigt trevligt hotell alldeles vid stranden. Fin utsikt, bekväma sängar och god frukost. Vi behövde förlänga vår parkering vilket fungerade utan bekymmer. Medarbetarna i bar och matsal var särskilt trevliga.

Helle helvetti huone.

Hotelli asiallinen, siisti, palvelu mainio, ala carte ruokailu erinomainen, aamupala oli riittävä.
Kaikinpuolin muuten ok, mutta huoneessa ei minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa, tuuletinta tai ilmastointia, nukkuminen mahdotonta kesä kuumalla. Jouduimme lähtemään useammaksi päiväksi valmiiksi maksetusta huoneistosta jo heti seuraavana päivänä pois, hyvä ettei yöllä lämpöhalvausta saanut. Muuten ok paikka, sopii talvi majoitukseen.
