Overall, my stay was pleasant and the hotel met most of my expectations. The room was comfortable, the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were generally well maintained.

However, I did experience a minor issue in the hotel restaurant. The food delivery was delayed significantly, and when it finally arrived, one of the dishes was only partially warm. It felt like it had been sitting out for a while before being served. While the staff did apologize, the delay and temperature of the food affected the overall dining experience.

That said, I appreciate the hospitality and hope this was a one-off incident. I would consider staying again, but I hope the restaurant service is more consistent next time.

GPS took us to Hedon Spa not Hotel reception and we had difficult time to find reception. Young woman at reception was very dismissive when we asked for a trolley to take belongings to 3rd floor. I am on crutches. Dinner at Raimond Restoran was great and waitress Anastasia was excellent.we enjoyed a fish platter

Great facilities, but horrible service. Every time I stay there I tell myself \"last time\" and then give it one more chance and next stay is worse than the previous. Within 2 days and 2h in the spa no service was available there - no bar, no chance to purchase additional spa services. The rooms have such bad walls that at 6am Sunday morning we heard a German lady yelling at her kid and the kid crying - it sounded like they were in our bathroom...

Great hotel - make sure to do the spa!

Went in winter, so didn't get to experience the beach, but had a lovely evening celebrating my boyfriend's birthday. Our main reason for going was for the spa. I love that they let you wear the robes and slippers from the room to and from the spa...and the silent spa experience with the different saunas and Jacuzzis was great (but wish they had one with hot water). Make sure to allow yourself enough time to enjoy it all / don't rush that part. And of course, the bar within the spa area was genius. The massage itself wasn't great - very average - but we still enjoyed the experience. Before bed, we went down to the bar and had a drink and snack - trendy, upscale feel to it.

Easy parking, clean, cute rooms, great breakfast with a lot to pick from.

Great location and compliments to the chef.
The spa staff do not explain the spa services at all, like pulling teeth....few of us were floundering around trying to figure out the silent spa routine...etc.
Then for a 9 AM treatment they left me waiting and forgot so, I left and no one followed up.
Cleaning the room...they made the beds but, left towels strewn where they were...strange

Stayed here for 2 nights on our Baltic road trip. Good location right on the beach, a little bit of a walk to old town but not to bad. Very clean but view is obstructed buy trees so it is a little hard to see the water from you balcony. Room was clean and the swimming area and spa are fantastic.

We have been traveling for 10 days and staying at different hotels and this was by far the best place we stayed at great value for the money. The staff are extremely friendly, the room was large, clean, comfortable, with a quiet room a/c, bathroom spacious, good WiFi, large TV. and a good size balcony to sit out on. A large buffet style breakfast with a large selection of both hot and cold food and drinks (including a champagne) Free parking outside the hotel. As it is right on the beach it is nice for walks. Short distance to the restaurants and bars in the old town. The Spa is attached to the hotel and although we didn’t use it it all looked really nice.

Fantastic hotel and spa - really clean and really comfortable. Spa staff are really attentive, front desk staff are friendly and the restaurant staff are excellent too. The a la carte restaurant is outstanding; I would definitely recommend this, such beautiful food.

The one thing I would suggest that could have made this better is if all hotel guests got a slightly reduced rate on all treatments, not just a few.

Furthermore, I did receive a few errant emails from the hotel - one in Estonian when my details would show I'm British, so I couldn't read it. The other telling me the restaurants were not available for a date... Which had already passed. This meant a number of occasions I had to email back to clarify things with them, which is a bit annoying. Other than that, fabulous place.

Fantastic experience at Hedon Spa and Hotel

Hedon Spa/Hotel is fantastic! I stayed with two friends - check in was easy and fast, the room was typical of small European hotels but exceptionally clean and the bathroom was spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. We did the mud sauna at the spa and had a great time. The town of Parnu is very charming. The hotel upgraded us for free to a beach view which was very nice. I plan on going back and spending more time there, next time with my husband.

5-star hotel with a 1-star service

I guess this hotel falls into the category where somebody has built a great hotel and then think the work is done. Being a frequent traveller it has not happened often when you see such a bad level service. The most common comment we heard was: \"It is not my field of responsibility\" and \"I don't make decisions here\". It started from the reception desk where we found out that we have to pay extra 40-euros / night for our 4-year old daughter. We asked why since she will sleep next to us and the response was that it is for the extra towels (and the extra bed, which we initially did not want). Ok, we say, bring us the things. Ironically during our 2-night stay they never brought neither the extra towel nor the bed! But this was just a start of things. In the spa the half-filled kids pool was colder than adult pool. In the restaurant the service was so bad that literally we were standing and the waitresses would pass by our noses and turn their heads to ignore us. Something was completely wrong in the service in this hotel and it seems that people were not allowed to be accountable of the experience the customers have. If you want a 5* hotel with 5* service then go to Ammende Villa 200 meters away. They do not have a pool in Ammende, but you can easily walk to the spa since it is so nearby.

The Hedon Spa is a relaxing hotel on the beach and has a well appointed arrangement of pools, saunas, and steam rooms. We did not have time for massages or other services that are offered but enjoyed the \"Silent Spa\" treatments. Asiat sujuivat, paitsi ajoneuvon lataus hotellin asiakkaiden käytössä olevasta latauslaitteesta ei toiminut. Porsche laturit kannattaisi vaihtaa latureihin jotka toimivat kaikille automerkeille. Lisaksi niitä saisi olla useampi esim. 4 kpl. On aivan turhaa säätöä sekä epämielyttävä yllätys, jos joutuu lähtemään lataamaan sähköautoaan kaupungille. Sukopistokkeesta lataaminen on liian hidasta.

Useamman vuoden säännöllisesti täällä majoittuneena olen huomannut, että esim ruuan laatu aamupalalla on laskenut huomattavasti. Ruoka ravintoloissa ylihintaista laatuun nähden. Siksi enää siellä illallista nautikkaan. Hyvää on se että veden laadulle on tehty jotain, mutta vedenpaine edelleen liian matala ja suihkukaiusteet huonossa kunnossa.

Nice stay at the hotel. Spacious room with the view. The sea view brings “beach noise” FYI. We did some spa treatments that was very nice. We did silent spa as well, but I would not do that again though. The spa area is open for guests anyways. There were too many kids in there this time (last year it was more chill) , so the screams were too loud for us. Probably wrong time of the day as well.
Ok hotel gym if you want to exercise during your stay.

Ylellinen hotelli kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Profiloituu enemmän aikuisten hotelliksi, mutta silti aika paljon lapsiperheitä. Hyvä sijainti lähellä rantaa ja keskustaankin lyhyt kävelymatka. Erinomainen aamupala ja hyvä illallinen Raimondissa. Spa tasokas ja paljon erilaisia saunoja. Hiljainen spa täytyy varata erikseen (rajallinen määrä mahtuu kerralla), josta voisi infota paremmin. Hoidot suht hyviä, mutta hieman ylihintaisia.

Great stay. Nice hotel, good breakfast, good food at the Akord restaurant. Nice and spacious room, comfy beds. Nothing to complain. We used the spa entrance as well. The outside pool I shallow and not for swim, just relax. Inside spa there is one decent bubble pool, couple of saunas. If you want some treatments in the spa, you have to pre order in advance otherwise you will not get any appointment. We will definitely visit again.

A comfortable stay by the sea.

We had a room with a balcony on the seaside. Room was tidy, relatively simple, and functioning. Bathroom was spacious. Balcony is a nice thing to have. There’s some noise from the restaurant terrace below, so I wouldn’t recommend that for people who get easily distracted by any noise.

Amenities in the room were few, not even conditioner or body lotion. I would recommend the silent spa experience (extra fee), it was relaxing and not crowded.

Breakfast was overall good but canned fruit salad shouldn’t be served in a 4-star hotel of this price. Generally, slightly more attention to these kind of little details would be great for this hotel that’s already good.

We were happy with the large balcony in the suite, the view, the silence, very good breakfast, the salt water bassin and steam sauna in the silent spa. Some sort of ”What to do and where to go in the spa” booklet would be helpful.

- What we didn’t enjoy were the black wardrobes and black furniture, so lights were required even during daytime. The corridoor between wardrobes and shower room is so narrow that the doors were always banging. Concidering that the hotel is a spa we would have appreciated a bottle of water and sufficient toiletry to the room every day.

Pärnun helmi on taas hohdossaan

Todella hyvätasoinen kokonaisuus. Vanhojen, perusteellisesti uusittujen seinien jatkeeksi on tehty persoonallinen uudisosa rahaa säästämättä. Tunnelma on erinomainen ja jostain on onnistuttu löytämään virolaisittain poikkeuksellisen palveluhenkisiä työntekijöitä. Aamiainen on riittävän hyvä ja tarjoilut laadukkaita, voi syödä ulkona. Iltaravintolat samaten hyvätasoisia ja siistejä eivätkä kalliitakaan.

Läheisestä rannan jytämestasta tulee kesäviikonloppuisin bassopitoista mölyä ja Wi-Fi oli aika kehno esitys. Mitään muuta negativista ei tästä paikasta voi sanoa.

Pariskunnalle loistava vaihtoehto

Loistava majoituspaikka lähes rannalla. Todella siistit huoneet ja yleisetkin tilat.
Pieni - siitä, että huoneen hintaan kuului kylpylän käyttö. Todellisuudessa kuuluikin vain osittainen käyttö.

Ravintolahinnat todella kalliit. Kylpylä pieni ja lattiat vaarallisen liukkaat. Hiljainen kylpylä täyteen buukattu. Hiljainen kylpylä pitäisi olla ilmainen kuten muukin kylpylä ja ulkoallas pitäisi olla käytössä myös talvella.
