The hotel itself is very beautiful and luxurious. The location is also great, you have lots of restaurants nearby. I arrived at the hotel with 3 luggages and I wished the reception would have asked me to help out with carrying my luggages to the room since I saw other luggages being taken care of, besides that I would recommend this if you are looking to relax!

Hotel was lovely and the town was very nice (a bit faded maybe). Pool on roof was more like a bath tub, but spa was great on lower ground floor. No-one manned the bar in the 3 days we were there, but there are plenty of bars just outside the hotel gates. Restaurant was very nice.

The property has been expertly upgraded, modernised but have managed to keep the traditional elements in place. Parking was readily available, free, in the grounds with the addition of an underground car park, chargeable.Room was very good size, comfortable, quiet with good comfortable beds. Although the pool was small, not for swimming in, it was agreat place to cool off in the heat. It was well kept, cleaned and being beside the pool bar, open all da, was a bonus. Ample sun loungers . Be aware that the main restaurant is not inside , it has been set outside on the terrace with ample umbrella coverings. Food was excellent but in my opinion a little expensive. Breakfast was also plentiful and served indoors with a good choice, all be it too many sweet items for me. Must compliment their ability to keep the hot food hot was excellent. Most unusual in other hotels. Only disappointment was the fact that the town's Therme next door was closed for a 2 year renovation project. Would go again.

Some of the reviews for this hotel suggest that it isn't really a five star hotel. We felt it earned the 5th star through its wonderful spa, which had excellent facilities and wonderful staff. The rest of the hotel is stylish, well positioned and again has excellent staff. It is fair to say that, whilst pretty and well furnished, the rooms aren't \"wow\" but they are good. Others have also written about the lacklustre breakfast, we see where they are coming from but the cold buffet was amazing: a variety of fresh fruit, a cake table as good as any we've seen in Italy and soooo many juice choices. It would be nice if the coffee was self-service though. Overall an amazing hotel in which to stay and a lovely town to spend the week.

The hotel has nice rooms and the spa is quite nice. It’s a pity that the breakfast is so bad. Many things were dry (old) and something as basic as an orange juice is considered an extra. This really gave an impression that the hotel is cutting costs... not nice for a hotel that puts on a 5 star sign next to its name. Really sorry about this cause everything else was quite nice, but the weak point was just too weak.

Beautiful hotel, great vibe, super clean, phenomenal spa, but note it closes usually by 7:30pm, totally worth it!!! Loved, love, love, this hotel. Wish I lived closer to take advantage of spa and also beautiful quaint town to walk around in, nice shops and restaurants all walking distance. Super breakfast. Very good service. I never left a hotel review before but I will do it for this one. The staffs are friendly, especially the housekeepers. They were so neat and considerate. They folded my charging cables and even folded the dirty clothes that I left on a chair in my room and stacked them up neatly. I have been to many hotels but neither of them had this impressive services. The spa is amazing! I love the scented shower, sauna, and the herbal streaming room. The breakfast food line is extraordinary. I would definitely go back if I ever visit Italy again.l

It was raining when we arrived and we weren’t sure where to park but the concierge came out with an umbrella and was very helpful. A beautiful hotel with everything you need including parking on the property. Walking distance to everything in this beautiful town. We ate in one of the hotels restaurants which was ok but not up to the standard of the hotel. I think this hotel should be 6 star, you do feel special here.

Lovely hotel, rude staff ruined it though!

Very rude staff. No tea or coffee in the room so I called to have these re-stocked and this took 1.5 hours and 3 separate phone calls. The hotel was at 25% occupancy so not busy at all. The receptionist was particularly rude, answered the phone with \"Yes..\" rather than a formal greeting. On the way out I went to the front desk to sort it out and her response was \"This is not my problem\" which was a very shocking reply. I asked to speak to the hotel manager 3 times and she refused outright to put me in touch - hence writing this review.

Bella camera spaziosa comoda, un po' piccolo il bagno, non funzionava la ventola di areazione. Personale cortese disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Ottima la spa, la colazione, la posizione centrale dell'hotel. Abbiamo cenato due volte nei ristoranti dell'hotel buon cibo e cortesia da parte del personale l'ultima sera è stato offerto anche il caffè molto apprezzato il gesto.

Premetto che vengo tutti gli anni e nel complesso mi trovo abbastanza bene, la colazione e la spa sono ottime,questa volta deve lamentare un letto matrimoniale composto da due lettini per cui ho dormito in una fossa formata dai due lettini,notte praticamente in bianco,cuscini troppo alti,stanza molto polverosa,pulizia non impeccabile nella stanza e troppo caldo alla notte per quanto avessi staccato il riscaldamento ma non si regola bene

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro road trip in Italia, per festeggiare il nostro anniversario di matrimonio. Dopo due settimane di viaggio cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove rilassarci e farci coccolare, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata deludente.

Sinceramente penso che questo hotel mantenga le sue 5 stelle solo perché nessuno le ha più verificate da tempo. È un buon 3 stelle, un 4 stelle nella media, ma sicuramente non un 5 stelle per qualità del servizio.

Poiché i bambini non sono ammessi alla SPA, ho chiesto se fosse disponibile un servizio di baby-sitting tramite un partner esterno: mi hanno guardato come se avessi chiesto di montare un trampolino in camera, per poi rispondermi ridendo che no, non era possibile.

La prima camera assegnata non aveva acqua calda. La “soluzione” proposta? Andare a farci la doccia nella stanza accanto, in attesa che il tecnico intervenisse il giorno dopo… Ho rifiutato e ci hanno spostati nella stessa camera un piano più in basso. Perché non proporla subito? E perché non offrire un upgrade, sapendo che era il nostro anniversario e che l’hotel non era pieno?

A colazione bisogna fermare un cameriere per chiedere una bevanda calda, che arriva con calma anche se la sala non è affollata. Il ristorante Cantina Storica è stata un’altra delusione: piatti poco curati e sapori deludenti.

In sintesi, un soggiorno molto al di sotto delle aspettative per un hotel che si presenta come un 5 stelle. Non torneremo.

Accueil très professionnel. De passage comme chaque année, pas pour la destination mais l’établissement, où j’y retrouve le calme, un service régulier, tout comme les prestations, un souvenir me revient à chaque passage : les scellés sur la porte de chambre qui justifiaient de l’état sanitaire de la chambre. Durant la pandémie, c’était le seul à le pratiquer. Il serait agréable que le bar soit un peu plus présent. Chambre spacieuse et propre. Espace détente compris dans l’offre agréable. Terrasse plaisante. Petit déjeuner correct. Parking facile d’accès. Je lui trouve un bon rapport qualité-prix.

Places de parking limités gratuites sinon par jour c’est 15€.
Petit bémol pour les cafards dans le SPA mais c’est un peu un endroit de développement pour eux …
Le SPA est interdit aux enfants de moins de 3 ans
Pour les autres de 3 à 10ans uniquement le matin de 10h à 12h30 environ sinon c’est à la piscine extérieur.
Dans le SPA piscine couverte chauffé avec un jacuzzi
Deux saunas à température différentes, douche froide
Bain à la turc, salle de sel, bain chaud avec bulles etc
Je vous conseille à proximité à deux minutes à pieds la pizzeria chez Willy excellente !

Il ristorante interno “La Cantinetta” terribile!!
Servire un fondo di prosecco aperto nel secolo scorso è stata una dimostrazione di miseria infinita. Vergogna!!!
