This is a terrific hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom excellent and it had a fridge/mini bar too. There was ample free parking, the breakfast was super (including delicious hot scrambled eggs and bacon) and the staff were incredibly helpful. We also had dinner here and the set menu was excellent value and very tasty.
We will certainly return and many thanks to everyone for making it such an enjoyable stay.

Super friendly and accommodating

Really friendly staf, was travelling with two dogs and the staff were super accommodating in the hotel and in the restaurant. Also genuine and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

I and a number of colleagues were staying for 3 nights.
The main issue a number of people had was that the air conditioning was not working correctly leading to uncomfortable nights sleep.

One colleague found eggshells in their scrambled eggs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and cannot thank them enough.

We were just passing through after visiting family in Piacenza on our way to Verona, so really cannot rate the local area. The staff was friendly, the stay was nice, the room was quite spacious for 4 people, and the breakfast was very good.

Very efficient and friendly book in service, excellent restaurant and reasonably priced menu.
Whilst the hotel was maintained to an excellent standard overall with gleaming clean public areas I was disappointed to find the room carpet quite stained......(needs sorting)

Basic stopover hotel.

The hotel is good for a stop in the middle of a journey but not if you want to explore Piacenza. Although they do run a free shuttle bus to the city on Mon-Fri evenings.
The room was basic but clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and not too over priced. Good pizzeria next door. The best thing I can say is that the Internet worked! Having spent a month in various hotels in Italy, I realise this is a very rare thing!

Camera sufficientemente spaziosa e pulita. Avremmo gradito un kit tè/caffè ma c’era il frigo bar. asciuga capelli smetteva di funzionare dopo meno di 10 secondi. Kit bagno appena sufficiente. Materasso molto comodo e letto grande. Tv minuscola. Appena visibile dal letto. Colazione internazionale appena sufficiente per varietà ma buona. Succhi confezionati.

Ho soggiornato una notte, sono arrivato di pomeriggio ed ho chiesto qualcosa da mangiare come merenda. Non è stato possibile accontentarmi e mi è stato indicato una supermercato nelle vicinanze.

Bed goed, koffie goed, douche goed, locatie goed.
Het hele hotel is toe aan grondige renovatie, geen 4 sterren waard momenteel. Rooklucht in de kamer, vermoedelijk van rokers in andere kamers via het verouderde ventilatiesysteem. Vlekkerig oud tapijt in de kamer, sprei uit 1970 op het bed om onder te slapen.
Personeel is vriendelijk, maar het hotel is verder niet aan te raden.

In camera però era molto caldo, senza possibilità di abbassare la temperatura. Non ho gradito il fatto che a colazione il cappuccino e il caffè li devi pagare in più perchè non sono compresi. Per il resto la colazione e' varia e abbondante.
