Super great and easy check in. Spacious room, though my nose let me know that it was maybe dusty. I love the hotel brand though. The bathroom is spacious, cleand and well-eqipped. Comfy bed. Ive stayed before and I'll be back.

When we checked in they let us check in early for free and upgraded our room. Very nice hotel and kid-friendly, they sent a baby crib up to our room so it was there when we arrived. Nice breakfast and gym. We go to Taichung often and we’ll make this our regular hotel.

I didn't visit the pool. I had a very large, spacious room. The room was clean and the bathroom was large and well equipped. I wish there were towels for 3 people based on the room size, but I have no actual complaints. Check in was quick though there were a lot of people waiting. I waited less than 5 minutes to check in and the information/communication was very clear. The walls are soundproofed well. This was my second stay and I will return. Recommended.

Loved this hotel one of the best we've stayed in around Taiwan. Great bed, bathroom with bath and good shower, good sized room and good breakfast. Only suggestions would be coordination of the lifts as you press each button for each lift at the moment. Also pool opening at 5pm when the sun sets within the hour is very limiting, plus it was very cold. But as we said we did like the hotel and staff are very friendly.

We love the rooms! They are pretty big and beautiful, and the king-size bed makes our stay comfortable. I love the separate hot tub. The staff at the front desk is very accommodating and friendly.
The only downside is I could hear a little noise from the next room, so it might be something to note for people sensitive to sounds. We also hope the person at the parking can be a bit more friendly initially.

We stayed one night bookes last minute due to change of plans because of the earthquake. Parking is underground and the entrance is at the rear of the property. There are parking supervisors to show you where and how to park your vehicle. Rooftop pool was nice but you must wear a swim cap. Breakfast buffet was good, downstairs bar served bar food and a full menu was available for evening mealtime.

Clearly not enough staff employed and as such they aren't really willing to help guests out. I asked for cutlery in the room, I had to go down and collect it myself. We asked if they could heat something up for us, I had to take it down and collect it.
The pool is closed from 11am - 5pm. THERE IS NO LIFE GUARD not even a member of staff working at the pool. There were no towels available. When I mentioned this to reception they said they would send someone up with more towels. The whole think seemed ridiculous.
The staff neglected to tell us that we were entitled to a free drink in the bar and I only found out because another guest happened to mention it to me. This so called act of generosity was somewhat spoiled by the fact that the offer was for one drink per room not per guest - clearly false generosity then because isn't it embarrassing to offer something to only half the people staying in a room? The free drink was apparently a cocktail which tasted suspiciously like a sports drink and appeared to contain absolutely no alcohol.

However, the room was musty perhaps because it has no natural light owing to the fact the building next door is almost touchable if you were to lean out the window. The air conditioning ducts are position directly above the bed so they blow straight on to you when you lay down, which is less than ideal.

The free drink was apparently a cocktail which tasted suspiciously like a sports drink and appeared to contain absolutely no alcohol.
The room was large and the bathroom was good. However, the room was musty perhaps because it has no natural light owing to the fact the building next door is almost touchable if you were to lean out the window. The air conditioning ducts are position directly above the bed so they blow straight on to you when you lay down, which is less than ideal.

The hotel was very nice and had all the amenities. For me the staff lacked the English speaking skills necessary to make my stay stress free. Conversations were difficult and I found myself trying to figure things out instead of asking for help because the conversations were so difficult. Ein sehr ruhiges Hotel! Sauberkeit und Personal waren zudem einwandfrei. Die Lage ist an einer Hauptstraße gelegen, was für Taiwan aber ganz normal ist. Vom Trubel auf der Straße bekommt man im Hotel nichts mit. Das Hotel ist im alten taiwanesischen Stil gehalten aber trotzdem modern. Einziger Minuspunkt war, dass es leider kein Abendessen im Hotel gab da das Restaurant nur Drinks anbot.
