Decently close to attractions and things to see, close to lots of places to eat, safe, clean, front desk seemed to have good English skills

Negatives
Hot water works in intervals, they claim that it lasts 15 minutes but about 5 minutes in every time I took a shower it would get cold. They make you pay in cash, luckily my girlfriend had enough cash on her but how odd for them to ask for cash even though I provided a card in my booking. It’s on a busy street so you will hear the constant sound of scooters passing by. The front desk staff leaves after 11pm. Literally there is no one who works at the hotel until 11am so if you’re checking in late or early you’re out of luck.

there’s no sign downstairs, but thanks to google map, no difficulties in locate it. quick check-in. only one downside is the light in front of the air con in the ceiling, it’s too bright when sleeping when all lights are off.

When arrive, does not aware that need to make a call to the hotel. Because the door is lock.

Ground floor is a big dark closed roller shutter. Is a dark and quiet shop unit.
No light at all except the staircase on the side with light.
Luckily read some previous review notice that it has no sign board. Did not realize that you need to make a call.
Room and toilet is clean and comfortable.

Extremely difficult to find, even for locals

The biggest issue was finding this place. The locals didn’t even know it was a hotel and were surprised to find out where it is. No sign. No clear indication. Be warned. Call beforehand and ask for a picture of the place. Really.

這是我們第二次入住，個人覺得空間大、交通便利、價格也合理。不過這次住的601房，浴室的拉門非常的不好拉，建議旅館人員可以檢查並處理好，謝謝。

剛入住發現床單上有一點點血漬,
房間沒有室內電話,還需要下樓跟櫃體說,
但有馬上來更換.
房間冷氣口一直發出扣扣聲,還有窗外應該是室外機的聲音,電視關起來要睡覺的時候,才發現有點大聲,因為沒有室內電話,就懶的再下去反應了...
吃飯,住宿停車比較不方便,
其他都還可以接受

台中六天遊

酒店在角位，不太容易找，雖細但房間算大，近台中車站及轉運站，食市亦很多，行十多分鐘便到中華夜市，去那或想吃什麼都方便，但衛生有待改善，一入房間時發現所有枱面、台階都有污塵或污積，一打開被單，發現床舖及枕袋上都有污積。由於酒店位於2條馬路的交界，而我住的房間就在2樓，加上對外的牆都是整排的大窗，所以十分嘈吵，完全難以入睡，還有電視不能開啟，想找服務員幫忙卻發現櫃檯長期無人，亦沒有辦法找到其他職員，由入住到第3天離開我只見到一名人員出現過，所以可以說完成沒有服務可言，下次來台中絕對不會再選它。

本次因為只是需要有一個臨時過夜的地方，所以考慮較低價位的住宿。未提供早餐、車位，房間陽春，較優的地方是床鋪算好睡，以價位來說尚可，但其實僅需稍微增加一些預算就可以找到更舒適的選擇。

據聞這賓館原是民宿。
本人第一次住這賓館。初到時，大堂是工地，仍在進行修整工程，我以為去錯地方，見GOOGLE地圖顯示才確定到目的地。
住宿入口暫時在後門。
房間及洗手間較我想像為大。房內整潔度良好。唯是不會每天執房。
有點不慣是接待處只在11:00-18:00有人辦公，辦公時間外，房卡就放在1/F電梯旁小几上，稍覺有點兒戲。還好是台中民風簡樸而優良。
