Not up to my expectation. Picture may looked nice, but the facilities looks old, outdated n bedsheets not clean. More like hourly hotel for people to have private time. Drunk foreigners from Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia n Philippine. Environment noisy especially during weekends with those Ktv or disco sound bass vibration during night time when u sleep. Will not choose this hotel again.

Spacious and comfortable room. Nice location where closes to rail station. Lived the room next to the entrance but quite quiet, so the sound isolation of the room is quite good. However, the check-in time is quite late (6pm). Quite tired to await check-in after an early flight.

Galaxia looks a lot better in picture. We were very excited to check in to this futuristic looking hotel despite some very interesting (and bad) reviews online. The check-in process itself and the staff are all very friendly; but everything else feels tired. It is located in a good location, which is close to the train station; but as with all cities, area close to the main station is usually sketchy, and this is no exception. It is located on the 9th floor of a building complex that houses the local ASEAN association, numerous karaoke bars, etc. So there are a lot of migrant workers who hang outside at night. I was with my boyfriend so I never felt unsafe, but I could see how if I were a lone female traveller I might be concerned.

It being on top of karaoke lounges means that we fell asleep each night to the pulsing beat of strong bass used in songs. It didn't bother us too much as we are both heavy sleepers but if you are a light sleeper, avoid this hotel as you will not be able to get good rest. The breasfast spread itself is also a bit tired looking but works well to fuel you for the day.

The building was old and complicated due to there is many entrance and 3 difference hotel in the building. The signage of hotel was allocated at lift instead of outside the building. Overall the location is near to Taichung train station and is convenience to people who want to catch the train the next day.

Comfortable business hotel with trendy feel

The hotel is located in the shopping/business complex First Plaza, a gravitational center for South-East Asian communities. The location is super convenient -- in the heart of the old city center where the city's biggest transport hub (TRA station, city buses, intercity buses, Taiwan Tourist shuttle buses [for going to Xitou, Sun Moon Lake, etc.] ...) is situated. The hotel has a trendy feel throughout, the room is spacious and comfortable, and even in the windowless rooms one feels nice. Just a little pity that the shower is not separated from the rest of the rather spacious bathroom. A simple buffet breakfast is offered.

Shady neighborhood and uncomfortable bed

Very uncomfortable bed, the shower gets water everywhere in the bathroom because it isn't sealed off, and overall the hotel is not in a very safe neighborhood. I immediately checked out the next day. Finally, the hotel did not provide a refund for the remainder of my stay, so I am giving them an honest review for the hotel quality and service level.

Hotel staff was not straight to the point when we enquire about a location that we wanted to go. One of the staff even gave me wrong information on the direction of the bus to cingjing. We could have missed our trip to cingjing on the next day due to the wrong info given!!

However the room was spacious and comfy.

Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant, very keen to guide us to our recommend us to popular eateries nearby our hotel. But the room that we stayed in have very bad smoking smell. I hope that hotel can do something about it. More like a motel than hotel. Breakfast not very appealing, pretty basic not much choices.

Close to transportation

3 minutes close to Taichung Railway station and buses to go to Taipei, Taichung HSR, and Sun Moon Lake. Good hotel for the value. Taiwanese breakfast with vegetables and other items (no fruit, no English breakfast tea). Free washing machine. No dryer. Staff pleasant. But most speak very little English or none.

Tucked away hotel that is value for money

A beautifully decorated and comfortable modern hotel only 10 minutes or less from the train station. Quiet rooms and excellent free breakfast with lots of space for luggage. The front of house staff don’t speak very good English but you can get by.

之前都很好但這次感覺挺糟糕的

之前住過好幾次都很滿意但這次是週日入住房間裡面噴了很濃的香水味床頭縫被前房客塞一球衛生紙我隔著衛生紙把他拿起來然後廁所蓮蓬頭被摔裂並且上面有異常黏黏白白的東西黏著一根很捲的毛感覺很差希望以後能檢查清楚
另外這次房間異常的潮濕我朋友的蜜粉整個結塊

飯店位於外勞集中、出入份子非常複雜的台中第一廣場樓上，中央空調瀰漫濃濃的煙味到房間裡，半夜也聽得到樓下舞廳蹦蹦蹦的聲音，浴室地板蠻乾淨，但房間地板很髒，入住後馬上就想逃離，不會再上門...

整體OK，交通方便，有三個問題：1. 酒店在一座老舊大廈裡的某一層（或幾層？唔係太清楚）但係樓上/下的卡拉OK噪音影響很難睡著；2. 浴室發現一根屬於女生的長頭髮（本人蓄短髮男）；3. 床鋪睡後令我皮膚痕癢（可能跟本人皮膚容易敏感有關）。除了上述，整體可以，性價比就一般！

飯店整體設計尚可，一進房有很重的異味，附近非常多外籍移工，但交通非常方便，12/15半夜外出遇到警察臨檢外籍勞工，還目睹衝突事件，幸好並未受到波及，但飯店的專用電梯被警察控管不給進，非常感謝當天飯店值班櫃台協助我從地下室搭其他電梯至飯店入口

旅館各方面條件都算優，怕吵的要注意

大致上旅館位置算是好找，清潔度也還ok，熱水夠熱，水量也很強不過隔音差了點，住了兩晚，第一晚整晚都有聽到隔壁開門關門進進出出的門聲，則最後一晚吵的無法入眠（不知是對面還是隔壁入住的客人整晚都在開叭（咚嗆咚嗆電音派對）音樂從晚上9:00一直吵到早上6:00）有請櫃台人員去告知，音樂是小聲了一會兒，不到一小時又開始大聲了，所以到底是隔音差還是入住的房客品質差？！

Facilities inside room are incomplete. It is visible from washroom to bedroom but nothing to cover if people inside washroom don’t want to disclose . No hangers or hooks at the wall to hang the clean clothes when having a shower at the wash room. Air conditioner is not working sometimes.

台中駅まじかのこじんまりとしたホテル。内装は明るく快適な空調で気持ち良く過ごせました。ホテルの入口が分かりにくいので注意して下さい。ピラミッド型のモニュメントのある側の専用エレベーターを利用します。

料金のわりには朝食のバリエーションが豊富で、カレーの日もありました。
シャワー使用時にトイレの周辺まで水浸しになってしまうのは、このクラスのホテルでは仕方がないですね・・・。
階下がKTVであり、日曜日の夜は深夜まで相当うるさくて眠れませんでした。
ホテルが入っている東協廣場は、ベトナム系（？）の方々が大勢たむろしており、かなり猥雑な雰囲気でした。

정말 역 앞에 머물고 싶다면 추천....하지만 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.

연말을 맞이해서 예약했습니다.
저렴한 가격에 정보가 별로 없어 걱정햇는데.. 정말 밤에 잠을 잘 수 가 없습니다.
건물 자체가 동남아 외국인들이 거주하는 곳이라 밤이건 낮이건 좀 여성분이 다니기엔 무섭습니다. 솔직히 동남아 온줄 알았습니다. 또한 제일 중요한건 호텔 밑에 노래방입니다. 밤에 잠을 잘 수가 없을 정도로 노래 소리가 들리고 연말이라 더욱 그랫던지 몰라도 아침8시까지 노래방 소리때문에 시끄러웠습니다.

조식은 3일 숙박 중 1일만 먹고 나가서 먹었습니다.. 맛 없습니다.
청결도는 기대하지 마세요..3박 4일 머물면서 보니 종종 낮에도 청소하던데 모텔처럼 대실로 이용하는거 같습니다. 호텔이라기 보다 모텔같습니다.
가족들과 가기엔 별로입니다. 채널도 성인채널이 나와서 깜짝놀랫습니다.
직원들도 영어를 못합니다. 친절해서 매우 고마웟지만.. 비지니스 호텔로는 문제가 있는거 같습니다.
아직 타이중이 관광지로서 많이 발달한건 아니지만 음..이 호텔은 정말 추천하지 않습니다.

L'hotel se trouve dans le complexe commercial First Plaza (centre de gravitation des communautes etrangeres de l'Asie du Sud-est), a quelques minutes de la gare de Taichung (Taiwan Railways, pas le TGV). Le quartier concentre la plupart des lignes de bus et de cars intercity, et les shuttle bus touristique Taiwan Shuttle (Taiwan Haoxing) pour Xitou et Sun Moon Lake partent de l'arret Gancheng, a 5mn a pied. L'hotel est moderne et chic, la chambre est spacieuse et confortable. Petit dej buffet correct.

酒店交通十分方便，但需要長一點時間才換到酒店的升降機。入院當日是週末，酒店樓下有大量東南亞人士，感覺有少許混亂。
