Staff is helpful.
One bad thing: my room does not have enough power charge plug (only 2 ports for a room of 3 person). This is not enough.

The Pros:
Check in was quick and easy.
The WiFi was fast.
They offer cold or hot water on the first floor.
They also have a laundry machine in the same room as the cold/hot water.

The Cons:
The rooms are tight.
I felt the air conditioning could be a little colder.
I really don’t like the idea of throwing toilet paper in the waste basket. So be prepared.

Friendly staff, I'd book again

Very friendly and helpful staff. I had an issue with smelling cigarette smoke in my room, and when I talked to the front desk, the staff immediately got up and went upstairs, saying she’d check where it was coming from and that she would turn on the air purifier so I would have no issues when I returned. That gave me a lot of peace of mind.

Rooms were clean and you can select which toiletries you need downstairs, which is eco-friendly. The bathroom and shower are a good size. The mini-fridge inside the room was clean. Plenty of outlets in ideal places (next to bed, near desk, next to fridge). Good location very close to the train station. Multiple elevators meant you never had to wait long for one. Check-in was easy and seamless.

Checking out was less straightforward since I am not familiar with checkout procedures in Taiwan and the machine to drop off the key did not have English on it (but has English mode after you click into the interface). Once I knew where to go, it was fine.

Conveniently located near the train station and buses. Very minimal facilities, only two usable electrical outlets in the room, none in the bathroom. In the room there were only 3 hangers on a hook, no closet, no safe, one chair for 3 people, a very small desk. Pillow and bed were comfortable. Have to remember to put the “ make up the room” sign, otherwise room is not made up.

E food options r slightly more limited with focus on south east asian food rather than local taiwanese food. E nreakfsst option is a must cos u can try local breakfast n it provide u more food option. E room can be quite small if u have 3 adults with 3 luggages.

I liked that its in the central district you can find everything you need transpo, resto, and groceries. I did not like how they treated us inspite of staying with them for 2 weeks and even extended our stay and paid upon check in. (Paid:$43usd or 1290ntd / night during weekdays and $47usd or 1410 / night for weekends and $53usd or 1590 ntd) for 1 extended night) paid in advanced no question asked. But came into our 2nd to the last night of our stay. they, forced us to check out even though we still have 1 more paid night. When we showed our receipt, they said we need to pay $900Ntd more because the rate changed just on that moment (which we paid a double of weekday rate). I found it ridiculous! Who would’ve thought such things happens in reality?! Even if you paid in advance and suddenly they want to change the rate (which had been changed already) believe me theyll do! And theyll apply it to you.
Also rooms are small for 3 people, and youll get sneezy and if youre unlucky you can easly get cough and colds because of the poor air quality in the rooms (i guess they never change the air filters), and some of the guests they dont have manners they stay late and loud throughout the night, lastly, they wont do anthing if you complain that the guests next to your room smokes cigarettes in the room and in the hall way.

The breakfast room in the basement had a very strong fecal matter smell, so pungent that you could smell it in the elevator on the way down. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. Very convenient especially If you ride a bus from Taipei. The hotel is very close to the bus terminal and Taichung station. Walkable distance to Gancheng station (where you take a bus to other regions such as Sun Moon Lake, Qingjing) and Miyahara icecream shop. We booked one double bed for 2 nights and stayed on the 3rd floor which is a bit noisy at night because that floor is kinda like hostel and has shared bathroom. The bathroom in my room is spacious a lnd clean. Blanket is a little too thin or I'm just too cold lol The check-in and check-out is done by self-service at the kiosk.

步行就能从台中火车站抵达酒店。酒店门口就是巴士站。巴士转运站也在步行范围内。价格亲民，酒店赶紧度还行。就是每年住这酒店都会闻到其它住客在室内抽烟飘散到整层楼都是烟味。极端难闻。在禁烟区的管理程度上有待进步。

Good location. Room is simple yet comfortable. However, able to smell cigarette smoke at corridor and room even though the hotel is smoking-free. When informed reception, they said may be due to someone smoking in the neighboring room and could only provide air purifying service for us. We appreciate their helpful service but this might not be a long term solution for this issue.

Excellent location! just walk across the street from Taichung train station. Just 2 mins walk to Gancheng bus terminal and 5 mins walk to nantou bus terminal. (Nantou bus is local tour bus (good price and quality) to Xitou Monster village, Sun moon lake, Alishan, Cijing farm).
- Staff was very supportive, can communicate in English.
- Value for your money.

Breakfast is great. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable, but the space is a bit small for a tall and big person or travelers with a lot of suitcases. It is still reasonable big if considering the location. Also, need to duck when entering the shower if you are a tall guy over 6 feet. However, it was really hard to complain with the price and all the services we got. The location was excellent.

Hotel is next to bus stop and very convenient to many places. Not very soundproof with the next door making a lot of noices at 2am. Wifi was bad at 9th floor. Buffet breakfast was not very fanciful. Did not ask to clean room and in the end, not even water was provided.

Brilliant for the price, conveniently placed.

Check in was really simple and easy, great value for money and the hotel was extremely Clean. Bonus was the free amenities in the room. Really close to the train station and bus routes and the shops and restraunts. Only bad word to say was the duvet could have been in a sheet and not in between a single sheet and throw.

Just a short distance away from Taichung TRA station, Taroko Mall and Miyahara. Public buses that go to Fengchia night market are also right at the doorstep. Pretty decent hotel for the price offered. Toilet paper has to go into the rubbish bin instead of the toilet bowl though..
