Location was great (never more than 200m from a bus), staff helpful, communal water dispensers, door on the shower, modern place, luggage storage. Negatives were that the fridge didn't keep food cold, there were hairs randomly around, the air conditioning was never at the temperature I set it at (although it was close), the sink drain plug wouldn't stay open, the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, plus I don't think they wash the floors often as there were stains around that were possible to be wiped away.

Looked like a boutique hotel from the outside but not so much on the inside. Not the cleanest but location was a plus point (it was near gancheng station where you could take a bus out to Sun Moon Lake). There were many homeless around that area too, not that they bothered you or anything.

Housekeeping is slip slop. Furniture is stained and dirtied. Toilet paper is not replenished. Linen is not changed. Television is not working. Breakfast is 2 out of 3 stars.
The ultimate put off is intentionally blocking off guest’s call at designated time. I pray no one ever require emergency attention in this hotel.
I have my reservations booking through your platform.

Staff was very nice. I asked the receptionist about taking uber to airport and she even came out to wait for the uber with me. Place was clean and tidy as well. I called a few days before checking in to change to lower floor and they accommodate my change. They also provide free breakfast buffet every morning.

The room is spacious but the toilet door is without a lock.
The water will splash all over the place while showering cos there is no glass panel to block the showing area.

Nice stay and comfy

Except the room is much smaller than we think and it's quite easy to hear some noise from next door, our overall experience was good. The location is convenient and the room condition was good. Staffs are friendly and the bed is very comfortable.

Small room but the convenience makes up for it. It is very close to the Taichung train station and bus terminal. The room itself is small, our bathroom was literally next to our bed. Not much room to sit besides on the bed. Sink was outside the bathroom. Location was convenient to catch local buses and it's walking distance to the night markets.

Very modern designed room but not really functional. The aircon was not cold enough as we need to adjust till 22 degree celsius to keep the room cool. The location is convenient. It is near to the train station.

I love the design and environment of the hotel and very nice to stay. However, we can’t use our own hair dryer as the power supply is not good enough to use our own hair dryer. Strongly recommended to improve on this. Overall is good to stay.

Aside from the occasional weak wifi, the room was excellent. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Close to the bus station, train station, local bus stops, and eateries. Perfect stay and great value.

部屋は清潔で思ったより広く良い空間だった。冷蔵庫が冷えず、スイッチもなかったと思うがどうやって使うのかわからなかった。冷蔵庫は物が腐ったような匂いもした。
隣の部屋の水が流れる音が大きく聞こえてびっくりした。
フロントのスタッフは優しくて、荷物も預かってくれる。

Practical

The room we got was convenient, practical and central located. Popular spots are easily accessed by youbike or by foot.
We did encountered some difficulties when checking in, but the customer support was able to help us solved the problem.
The room is compact; shower is spacious. Most importantly it's clean.

加大雙人床+浴缸的房間。浴缸有點小 但能夠有浴缸能夠泡澡感到開心。但淋浴跟廁所之間沒有門隔開。所以要小心地板濕滑。
吹風機沒辦法調整高度 因為內嵌在置物區 頭髮很容易滿地～

整體來說還不錯。雖然在大街上。但隔音不錯
沒有附早餐哦！ 但不知道是訂房方案沒有早餐還是旅店本身就沒廚房，請訂房前先與工作人員確認！
