Great place to stay! The only issue was we had two rooms and my shower had only a half door, the sliding half was missing, and I needed to huddle in the corner of the shower in order to keep water from going out onto the floor. Other than that, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great.

4. As it is an older building, the room space and bathroom are smaller but was sufficient for 2 guests travelling with medium-sized suitcases

Despite having time left until checkout, the air conditioning stopped working after 8 AM, making us suspect that it was intentionally turned off to make us leave early in the sweltering weather. The cleanliness of the bed was terrible, and I got bitten by bedbugs in multiple places. This issue needs to be addressed. Additionally, the receptionist was extremely rude and spoke in a brusque manner, which made us feel very unpleasant. I recommend staying elsewhere. I am wondering if this situation warrants a refund from the company.

I arrived early in the day, the owner was able to store my luggage so I could explore the beautiful Meteora area before checking in later in the day. The room was quite basic but comfortable & had everything I needed including a fridge. The accommodation is in the centre of Kalambaka & easy to find, close to shops & buses.

It’s close to the town centre and the transport system.
There is also a track close by to walk to one Of the monasteries - holy Trinity.
The host was friendly and knowledgeable.
Highly recommend for a few days stay. It serviced it’s purpose, when you are only visiting to go to the meteora.

This stay was part of a long awaited extensive trip through Greece. While being somewhat budget conscious, I spent days/weeks looking for the \"perfect\" places to stay. My stay in Kalambaka was no different: perfect location, reasonable priced, charming, warm and welcoming accommodations with a balcony, view, and coffee machine/kettle (as well as a bathtub if possible).
I thought Toti had fit. As I have learned from many experiences of booking &staying at numerous places, I ALWAYS ask the property to confirm the room and its amenities etc b4 going through with the res. Again, I took great efforts to find the \"perfect place\" (for this stay/location especially).
After I had received an email confirming the amenities &being advised to look at the pictures of the room on the site to confirm what the room(s) were like& had to offer, I went through w/ the booking.
Now, I am more than aware that all rooms within an establishment may not have the same decor and same layout, that's expected.
HOWEVER, when you are told site posted pictures of the rooms are what to expect (nice, warm, welcoming rooms with attractive decor, a nice, welcoming, decent sized balcony w/ some furniture & the space to be able to actually sit out there comfortably & enjoy the view) you expect to get what you are TOLD to expect for what you paid for.
That was not the case. Room was bare& hospital like,THE MOST uncomfortable bed.
Balcony was no bigger than a closet, barely fit the 1 plastic chair.NOT WORTH IT

This property is quite special in its proximity to Meteora. It is removed from the bustling squares, but close enough to walk to with ease. The breakfast is plentiful and perfect to fuel you for a hike.

The sisters are excellent hosts and have taken care to be sure everything is clean and sanitized. Would happily return.

Met my needs for a clean, quiet place

Went to Kalabaka the night before to avoid doing the Athens/Meteora/Athens one day tour. Arrived at Toti’s in the evening, slept in the next morning, then headed to the train station to catch my 11:30 am tour. Toti’s met my needs for a quiet, clean place to stay.

We were in room # 13. The room is very small but we were just for 1 night so this doesn't bother us so much but for a long stay... Conveniently close to the town and the monasteries

The hotel is located centrally in Kalabaka with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. Its very easy to drive to all the monasteries from here. The hotel does not have its own parking but usually there are spaces available on the nearby streets. The rooms themselves were a bit small and the bath cubicle was quite small as well making it a bit inconvenient. Free wifi is available in the hotel. You can also get optional breakfast. The room has a balcony with views of the town and some parts of the mountains.

I'm a solo traveller. All I really need is a bed and bathroom. The bed was big and super clean but it was incredibly hard. After two days of hiking to all the monasteries I woke up sore the each morning. The shower stall in the bathroom was unbelievably small- there was not enough space to bend down or pick up my legs to comfortably to clean my feet! My first shower only had a few minutes of hot water but second shower was fine. The lady was great at communicating by email but I don't understand why she can't try to meet me in the lobby if I tell them I'll be arriving by train at a specific time. Non-english speaking family members were in the lobby and only confused me more when I arrived. I didn't realize the apartments are a few doors down from the reception so I didn't know what doorbell to ring per the instructions in her email. Thankfully I had a working cell phone. I had two carry on sized bags and one large duffel bag with wheels. Although the top floor room had an amazing view of the rocks, the lady did not offer to help me with any piece of my luggage up the stairs and wouldn't even slow her pace up the stairs while I lugged my stuff up. The monastery closed days in the hotel pamphlet are wrong and as I result I didn't get to see Varlaam monastery. To summarize, the view was amazing, the room was spotless clean, the a/c was nice to have, the price was good but I'll look elsewhere if I return because of the bed and bathroom.

I went to Kalampaka in order to visit the nearby monasteries. As I decided to walk to them, in three days, this proved impossible however with a car it would have been simple. I intend to return to complete what I did not do this time.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious not typical American continenental but authentic greek breakfast. Loved it. Everything close by and the views of Meteora from the room were amazing. I don't understand people complaining about lack of elevator it's 3 flights of stairs. Not a big deal!!! Fridge in room was great for picking up things from supermarket. Would definitely stay here again!

The owner is very rude

This place is owned by 2 sisters and seemingly one of the daughters. They do not have porter services to carry the bags, so if you are elderly or have a bad back, you are pretty much on your own. The doors to our rooms would not close and were a cause for concern. The raven haired sister who owns the place is extremely rude and curt. Our whole experience at this place was very disturbing and we will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone else.

It was a pleasant surprise to be such a large room with a view of Meteora. The bathroom was large as well. Everything was clean and functional. There is no elevator which may be an issue, but I suspect most people staying are prepared to climb. Location is excellent, close to bus service, town centre, and trails up to Meteora. It is within walking distance from the main town or road. just a few streets away. very convenience location. but i was not very happy about its service as the owner refused to book a taxis for me to go to train station & book a group tour to meteora. In the end, i have to go and look for a taxis at the taxi station & travel agency along the main street at the kalambaka town myself. This is lack of professional service of a hotel should have. This should be improve. The hotel's room is very large & comfortable at level 4. But the downside is without a lift. We have to climb the stairs up to 4th floor, very tiring. The owner shall react more politely when i ask them to book a taxi to train station instead of a hostile way. We feel not welcome. Daily housekeeping is not done, only top up shampoo & soap. There is a mini mart nearby the hotel. There is a lot of bakery shops , restaurants, gift shops along the main road/ town within walking distance from the hotel very convenience location. thanks for the breads for the farewell gifts. The hotel's reception is not 24 hours only during daytime. Late check-in tourist has to inform the owner in advance.

Toti Boutique Rooms is a gem. A short walk to the main street and square and less than 10 minute walk from the train station. Spacious and well decorated rooms with a large built in wardrobe, lovely bathroom and air conditioning. The ladies who run the facility are very helpful and friendly. A good breakfast included. The village of Kalambaka is quant and welcoming and sits beneath the monoliths with monasteries clinging to the tops of the peaks, suspended between heaven and earth. Loved every moment!

You don't need more than a day to see all the monasteries. Staff was smoking in lobby when we arrived. Terrible smelling! We checked out a day early, headed to Lithoro and cut our losses. Best decision ever.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main square and the monasteries. The staff was efficient, though I wasn't made to feel very welcome. The bathroom was clean. The room was clean except for the smell of cigarette smoke. I had to make my own bed with the sheet that was provided folded up on the bed and the blanket and comforter that were in the cabinet. Very minimalist. Maybe because the price was so inexpensive, I shouldn't expect more.

Aside from the pugnacious front desk woman things were ok. We decided to stay another night and the desk person heard us exclaiming about the wonder of Meteora and she decided to raise the rent by 25%. This was late in the day after hours of hiking so she thought we would be easy marks. (I,m approaching 80 annum but still feisty) When we insisted on another opinion she called someone whe reduced the increase by half.
The complementary breakfast was ok but would have been improved by fresh bread and hot coffee.
A sad review but the town& Meteora are wonderful.
The shower was smaller than the width of my shoulders and the stall and floor tiles are dangerously slippery. You have to sit on the toilet to close the door. It was not made for that bathroom.

Quaint Hotel easy Walking from Bus

This hotel is owned by a family (sisters & daughter). They work hard to welcome you. The hotel was easy walking distance from the main street (and buses). The breakfast was a set menu (eggs, olives, bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, honey, coffee/tea, etc.) with enough to eat. The wifi in the room was good and the AC worked well. There is no elevator - but they tell you that in the reservation process.

It was a pleasant stay at toti boutique. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped up with no barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so it ended up flooding almost everyday. QUICK STOPOVER ON OUR WAY TO THE MONASTERIES. This was a very servicable hotel - but then again, we arrived at 12:30 am, and departed at 8:30 am the following morning, so it wasn't a long stay. We ARE grateful for the proprietess getting up at 12:30 to check us in and help us get settled. That couldn't have been fun. The hotel was close to what we wanted to see - and the shower was great!

An awful experience

We were very disappointed from the room size, the space was so small that we could hardly fit our 2 luggages on the floor, and once we did we literally had no floor. The shower was terrible since the water changed from cold to hot suddenly. The complenetary Breakfast was so poor that we decided to buy from the local grocery and eat in our room. The only upside is that the room itself was clean and near Meteora, which is obvious.

Good hotel not too far from the station (10 min walk). Breakfast was huge, I usually eat a lot - and I mean A LOT - for brek but this was ridiculous there is no way I could have finished everything. I felt wasteful and guilty. View from our room was cool, everything in the room was good except the shower which was pretty awful, was impossible to take a shower without creating recreating the great flood of Noah. But all in all a decent hotel, I'd recommend it. Oh and I almost forgot they don't have a lift, so make sure you're wearing your Skins when you have to climb the stairs 5x a day. But whatever it gives you a chance to burn off brekkie.

Tucked Away Rooms with Decent Views

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Toti Boutique Rooms for 2 nights in Kalambaka to visit the beautiful mountains and monasteries of Meteora. Our room served it's purpose for the time we were there, but it did not feel \"boutique\" (the pictures of the rooms seemed nicer than the one we received). However, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The shower was tiny and a bit hard to use. Our terrace made up for what the room lacked. We had a partial view of the steep cliffs on one side and the town/mountains on the other.

This hotel is not in the location shown on the hotels.com map. Apparently there are two streets with the same name in town, and signs for this hotel (pointing to the actual location) were confusing for their spelling variations on their name. This is the same place at Totti Sisters and Totti/Toti Rooms.

The bed wasn't made when we arrived but the sheets were folded on the bed, apparently for us to make the bed ourselves. The hostesses were nice enough, though not all that helpful and with limited English. As a pro the balcony was big and it is in a great location - close to shops and restaurants.

Clean, good location, good breakfast

Enjoyed our stay, location is good, a short walk of 5-10 minutes to square and bus station, about 10 minutes to train station. The room was pleasant and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good, plenty to eat, however the timing was poor for bus and train connections in the morning. Breakfast started at 8:00 and the Train and bus connections we needed were slightly earlier, so we missed breakfast. Most places we have stayed have breakfast starting at 7:00 which would have worked out well. Also everybody else wants to eat at 8:00 also as the bus to Meteora leaves at 9:00.

Nice hotel in good location

The rooms are small but well fitted and clean. The bathroom is tiny and very impractical. You have to step into the shower to open the door and the shower curtain is useless, the floor is flooded when you use the shower. The room was comfortable and the WIFI was good.

Breakfast was very good; cereals, bread/toast, tea/coffee, fresh yoghurt, meat, cheese. The only complaint would be the orange juice was just cordial.

not advise to stay here

The service from the younger sister in the front of reception was too rude ,I have ever met before. Travelling more than 30countries I tell her about the taxi from hotel to the train station. But she ignore our request.instead of calling the taxi. I think if she was not like be a kind and hospitality person. She would not be in front of reception.should do a mate work.Because she is the one of two the owner. Of the hotel.She do herself rudely very much.The one her older sister quite more polite. She help us after I told her sister behavior. The only thing I say thank for younger sister is the bad experience in my aboard.

Very enjoyable

We had a triple room with a lovely, nice size, bathroom. We also had a mountain view. They were very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. They were accommodating of our schedule and fed us breakfast a little early one day. There were served plenty of food at breakfast.

Nice hotel that is close to the monasteries

This was a great hotel for a great deal, near to the Kalambaka monasteries. It was very comfortable, and I would highly recommend it to the next traveler.

Worth the price

We were a group of 4 friends and stayed here for one night in two rooms. It was very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. The hotel is very close to the main square and in driving distance to Meteora. Totally worth the price.

Fine for a night

Arrived on early train at 5:30. It took me 45 minutes to find it when it should have been 10. They Allowed me to drop off my things even though reception was closed. Was able to eat breakfast nerbyand go up the mount until my room was ready. They provide a continental breakfast the next morning. Rooms are clean. Bathrooms are small, I can barely fit on the toilet because its jammed behind the shower and next to a sink. Shower didnt drain well at all, kept having to turn it off so it wouldnt flood. Bed was hard, but there was enough space in the room. It also had a balcony which was nice. The best thing was the air conditioning because it worked well. The owners were not a good source of information on how to get to meteora and back. I had to go to the bus station and ask, who were also not a good source of information which is not unusual in greece, since most of the time when given directions they are incomplete and they expect you to figure out the rest on your own.There is no set time when a bus exactly should arrive somewhere, plus there are no marked bus stations up the mountain. All in all, i would stay there again for a night.
