Location is great.

The night shift staff was super rude. I booked a 1 bhk with 2 single bed and he argued for almost 30 mins saying that he doesn’t have one and the one I saw in the picture is only for visual purpose. That’s not how it works. He was super rude. He asked me that I shouldn’t have booked a room in the property. And then after 30 mins he gave a tomato 2 single beds - not sure how it came up magically. I would personally not go back to this property again.

Terrible customer service. When arriving in the room there were no towels, no utensils, no drinking glasses, no tea cups, TV did not work (it took 2 days to get it working), holes in the walls, room stinking of tobacco. I requested a room change but was ignored.

Well, it's a good value for the size of the apartment. However, there we a lot of room amenities were lacking. The bed room television didn't work at all. The bathroom sink was stopped up. Room key kept having to be re programmed becasue it wouldn't work. The staff would only give you one towel. Just little stuff like that.

It was below average. I only opted to Holiday apartment due to my long stay so that i can have better space and utility. but for the money paid it would have been better stayed in a Hotel.

The room is not cleaned daily even though the site says so. they dont even change the towels not clean the bins. even after telling them nothing much has changed.

Wanted to give it a shot because of low prices. Hotel doesn’t even have clean towels. Housekeeping is like they don’t care. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. cheap quality hotel apartments, rundown property. Don’t care for breakfast, if you want to add breakfast you gonna regret.

Worst hotel i have ever been to. The mattresses were covered with white bed spread but when we pulled out the bedspreads we discovered black mold on the mattresses.
Water from the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor.
Staff either doesnt have any sense of hygiene or are poorly trained. They use the same mop to wipe the floors of the bedrooms as well as the toilet floor!
Will never book here or even recommend. It was a nightmare. We were so jet lagged that we didnt have the energy to look for another hotel. This place was bad!

We got 1 bedroom suite here with kitchen and on day 2, elevator was closed due to rain water flooded on 2 floors
We didn't get towels in room. After requesting 7 times we got it on next day and those were not even clean towels

Bedroom sheets were also dirty
Furniture was very old and dirty
kitchen utensils were very old and dirty. even gas stove was dirty

Staff was good and helped to accomodate room change. But hotel owner really need to upgrade everything.
Overall experience was very bad. Will not suggest anyone to book this hotel

Within a stay of 8-9 nights the hotel changed towel only once and when asked for towels they refused to change towels.
A lot of cockroaches were there in studio room, specially the kitchen area.
Bathing cubical is so small that you could not even rub the soap on your body

Pathetic service. Sikander and his colleagues were absolutely not interested in attending any guest. They took more than 15 mins just to locate the booking. Once they got the booking after that they were short on key access card to enter the room.

The location was good. The room and size was very good. However, amenities were only average at best. Coffee pot didn’t work. TV cable box had to be completely replaced. And the house keeping would not do a thorough cleaning. Some things they just left messy. Very strange. But overall…I liked the place. I would stay there again.

Place is well located near to metro station and a super market. Staff is courteous. But place is not maintained. Beds are in terrible condition, you can only get lukewarm water in shower - it never is hot. Rooms are not cleaned properly, you will notice hair on floor. Towels are missing and if found, they are average. Otherwise yeah, room has got the amenities shown in description.

When we were checking in, the room wasnt ready. No one at the desk was wearing a mask, i complained to expedia about failiure of covid protocols, later when checked in my wife found a cockroach in the closet, and hair stuck on the bathroom floor, we didnt find the area safe either. I immediately complaint to expedia and they promised they will get us a full refund for the room and we left the property right away and booked a different hotel through expedia again. Hope to see my refund soon.

Cant believe Tulip allows such a place to carry their name.
Dirty and full of cockroaches. Got to room and had stains & hair on bed, was problem for staff to change. During 4 day stay didn’t clean place once nor change towels or linen.
All furnishing are old and lots broken (stove, microwave & washing machine). Was no cups / glasses - I went and bought my own.
Internet was interrupted everyday.
Only choose this because of tulip name, will not be back and understand their no refund policy!

Wonderful stay at Tulip hotel apartment

I had an amazing stay at Tulip hotel apartment for 13 nights. The location was very convenient, the apartment was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were very helpful and kind, especially at the reception, Eman and Ibtehej, I had a free upgrade to a one bedroom apartment. I recommend Tulip to anyone.

Hotel Condition is Very Poor and Blinds are broken and the Sofa is so derty that you have to think twice to sit on the Couch. Wall clock was NOT working or the Dishes in Kitchen are Not clean or Burnt. Totally It was NOT worth for $40/Day + 10 AED Per day Tourist Charges. Will Never rent a room again and will NOT recommend to any of my Family OR Friends

I was so unhappy as we went to the hotel with my friends to have a staycation and we were expecting that we will enjoy our stay because we went there to enjoy especially the pool access but sad to say that it was not available. And the room was ok its just that the curtains are not clean and the balcony. The space of the bathroom was not that big.

Was good value for money but needs some TLC. Staff very friemdly. Littering of call cards in the general area not pleasant and disappointed at inventory of appartment and the days it took to get a bulb in the bathroom changed.

Good for budget hotel

Friendly, helpful staff, especially Malinka and the room cleaner.
Reasonably close to two metro stations. Many supermarkets in the vicinity. Just a 10 minute uber ride away from all the glitz of Downtown Dubai or the old town as too hot to walk.
Some of the hotel was dated but for a bargin price and a couple of nice it's a good base .
Shower cubical was small.
Tv poor.
The roof top pool was clean with lots of fresh towels.
The best part of our stay was an early morning hot air balloon ride over the desert and would recommend checking this out on trip advisor but don't buy the video.

Modern and nice rooms. There is a beautiful outdoors swimming and a decent sized gym w sauna at the top floor. Location is great! Close to Burjuman metro station (red line - easy trip to the airport w no transfers)

Terrible service. The reception held my passport claiming they couldn't copy it, i waited hours and asked twice and it still never got done. In the end i went to collect it and they cooied it in one minute, just messing about.

A few things could need renewal and maintenance such as the cookers, microwave have no text n oven didn't work. So you couldn't really make a proper meal.
Plus a few other minor things.
In studio the shower is small so not much room for a big person.

Bathroom dirty, No towels, bathroom standing shower place is very tine to take shower. AC switch didn't work, Over All didn't like it, Even the bed was so uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend to other guest. My worst time experience with my wife and kid.

I stayed there for a night....The best part was the air conditioner... Actually works according to what you set...I have noticed in many hotels it's locked no matter what temp you set it won't change...Room service quick..Check in quick... Checkout also quick...The only annoying thing was they provide parking space but not the access card and there is no guard 24*7..So if you come in late night...You gotta get down walk till reception and ask them to open the gates..

The hotel room is OK. I booked 3 rooms for 4 nights but the services are very disappointing.
1) Complementary tea/coffee is only for 1st day (the day of checkin)
2) Shower gel, shampoo -> hotel doesnt bother to change with room cleaning. Which means you have to call each time and beg for it
3) Room stinks a lot
4) Room service is very slow. You have to wait a lot

Studio apartment was nice and quite, with small kitchen attached; very handy when you are with kids. Beds were comfortable. however, they 5% extra for currency exchange as I paid through my UK debit card and the hotel said they only accept Dirhams.
Tea/coffee was only provided on day-1.
towels were not very nice, prefer you to take your own.
small pool on roof top, open 9 a.m to 7 pm only.

Bath rooms are very small.

Good location in Bur dubai

Stayed with family for 5 days. The hotel has basic ameneties and nice kitchen which was our preference. There is no service or restaurant in hotel so food has to be ordered from neighbourhood restaurants. The cleaning was poor as sink not cleaned and cups n glasses had to be cleaned again. The wifi in room is charged. Our biggest issue was only having one extra socket for the studio room for everything which was a hassle.TV only has orbit hence mostly arabic channels. But the place is close to metro lines hence good to travel.
