The location of the hotel is nice, and the staff are helpful. The restaurant is not open often and we had some difficulties with the TV and the hot water heater. The worst thing is the parking garage. The spaces on B3 are tiny and almost impossible to get into without the help of someone outside directing the car so that you can get into the space with the spare centimeter to spare between your tires and the metal ridge.

We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable. This time, although it was still a comfortable stay, we noticed our room looked more aged. The room we stayed in had a carpet with stains and windows that needed thorough cleaning on the outside. The elevators are also small and slow, but that has been our experience in most of Taiwan.

Other than the things noted above, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The soundproofing between rooms was actually great - we couldn't hear any of our neighbours. The curtains blocked out the heat and light for a restful sleep. The staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was nicely decorated and they even put up a Christmas tree and other decorations in December. The breakfast buffet had a medium variety of options that was mostly the same with some items on a day to day rotation. Their cutlery was clean and servers are quick to whisk away your dishes once you were done with them. We love staying here whenever we are in the area.

The hotel is a bit old . While they were nice to let me check in early one thing kinda bothered me at the end . I realize that the check out time is noon. But I really really do not appreciate the phone ringing at 12:00:00 to let me know I need to check out. I can understand if it’s 12:15 and I have not come down yet . But 12:00:00??? It’s gonna hurt the half empty hotel if I am a couple of minutes late ?
For that reason alone I would never stay there again

The hotel was clean, maintained to a good standard, and staff were welcoming. The buffet breakfast was worth the money, with a good selection/variety of well prepared food. The location is an easy and quick uber/taxi ride away from shopping and night markets, and is walkable if you feel like a bit of light exercise. I would use the hotel again with no hesitation.

Hotel is at excellent location, close to all kinds of restaurants, it is nice to walk around ~ lobby has comfortable sitting area, with floral warmy design; room is neat and clean, surprisingly breakfast provides full selection of western and Chinese foods. Pleasant people pleasant hotel

The rooms are tidy And comfy. Staff are very helpful and nice. I just asked one question about a location, they were enthusiastic to help and see what else I would like to visit. They even printed me a map with all the locations marked for me. The lobby and bar are nice too. Leisure atmosphere with books and magazines where I could spend time to wait for my friends. Surely will stay in again when I go to Taichung next time. Food was good too.

Small room but nice

I stayed at Aeris Taichung hotel for six nights. I booked the single bed room. The room is very small, but quite new. There is no closet for hanging/storing my clothes in my room. There is a queen size bed in my room and the bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is included in the room and it is simple and nice.

公共區域清潔度有待加強

電梯內以及客房廊道的地毯實在是太髒了，客房地毯也是翹起來沒有鋪好，疏於整理，不是有工程在維護？房間還算乾淨，但進到電梯的那一刻起就已經印象很差，一間飯店的經營基本門面還是要乾淨整齊。

차가 많이 다니는 길은 아닌거 같아서 시끄럽진 않았으나 간혹 다니는 오토바이 소리는 창문을 열어놓은 것 같았음.
바닥이 카페트라 개인적으로 먼지는 많이 봤음.
직원은 친절, 엘베는 4개이나 한 20년된 듯....
위치는 시내인데 시외같은 시내.
가성비 좋음. 호텔 이름을 모르는 기사가 아는기사 보다 많음.

1. 地毯不是很乾淨、房間內的桌子有一層灰，清潔待加強
2. 吹風機開不到2分鐘，電線就會有明顯燒焦味，當下完全不敢吹頭髮
3. 跟朋友在床上聊天時忽然\"啪\"一聲，餘光中瞄到疑似有火花，但不確定是在插座上還是燈管???當下讓人有點不安
4. 三人房內只給半包包裝的衛生紙(五月花)，廁所只給一捲捲筒衛生紙不夠用....
5. 廁所算乾淨，水壓、水溫都正常
6. 可能住在最邊間的房間，晚上是安靜的，隔音OK
7. 飯店早餐自助式，菜色中規中矩
8. 當日騎車前往，飯店騎樓機車停車位充足
9. 以跨年日入住的價位算便宜(3人房不到3K)

綜合以上幾點住宿後心得，愛麗絲算中庸的飯店，強烈希望飯店檢查一下房間內的電器用品或是飯店線路。安全考量，我個人不會建議朋友來住，畢竟那火光真的讓人有疑慮。

It was a bad accommodation experience.

I have stayed in many hotels, including those with a hundred-year history in Europe, but none felt as old as this one. Additionally, there were no restaurants afternoon & night inside or nearby, which is very inconvenient for business travelers who need dinner.

It was a bad accommodation experience.

I have stayed in many hotels, including those with a hundred-year history in Europe, but none felt as old as this one. Additionally, there was only a breakfast restaurant available. The other two small restaurants next to the lobby were not open during my entire 8-day stay. Moreover, there were no restaurants nearby, which is very inconvenient for business travelers who need dinner. It was a bad accommodation experience.

優點: 床墊軟硬適中，被子輕巧保暖，水壓充足，隔音效果好，使用MOD加分

缺點: 電梯及廊道的地毯太髒舊，走廊沒冷氣，房間內只有一張書桌，不夠用，電視下及門後空間可善加利用，增加檯面放東西。

清潔跟環境都算不錯，此次入住是三樓，路上的車聲非常的明顯. 附近沒什麼便利商店，要入住前最好買齊！早餐的選擇也算多，份量也挺足的，只是我無法吃海鮮跟甲殼類的選擇就少一些

我住過所有可附嬰兒床的飯店中，就這家沒有主動一併附上澡盆……，打去問還說「剛好有剩所以再拿過去喔」，我以為嬰兒床和澡盆配套是應該的，原來不是。櫃檯雖漂亮卻無笑容也不親切，就像在做例行公事一樣，，。房間環境不錯就是有點窄

台中兩天一夜愛麗絲國際大飯店入住

Check in很快， 房間很乾淨。
唯獨機械車位停車較麻煩， 無法隨時開車進出。
這次入住的為有小孩的家庭居多，但是隔音不錯。
早餐的青菜選擇很多， 很健康。
