We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room, which was perfect for the 4 of us because of its space (2 full beds, 2 showers) and adjacent TV room with a sofa. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (Chinese food, fruits, pastries) and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The smart TV allows you to cast if you have streaming services overseas. The surrounding area has convenience stores but there is a need to ride a cab to major attractions or train station.

The room is ok, has enough space and is clean. But my room is situated near the elevators and the walls are somehow not sound-proof enough so I hear the elevator operating pretty the whole night. Plus, the noise from the upstairs also came through the ceiling. If you are a light sleep, I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Truly comfort hotel

The room was incredibly comfortable and had lots of space. The bed was very comfy that gave us a relaxing stay. It also provided free breakfast that offered many choices. The staff were very friendly and polite. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Taichung next time.

The staff at check-in were very friendly. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There was a nice variety of options for breakfast, and the trainee girl at check-out was very sweet. I will definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Taichung.

Great little boutique hotel within a local area in Taichung! Loved all the free snacks. Rooms were clean and the design was great. We only stayed one night and did realize as we got ready in the morning, it smelled like garlic (not sure how close our room was to the restaurant!) but just something to potentially keep in mind. Overall, for the value that we paid for the hotel it was great !

Excellent service! I like the breakfast selection they have to offer. Also use the spa service 2 nights in a row.

My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish.

We are family with 3 kids and took the family room. Room was spacious and design well thought out with a projector screen in addition to the regular tv.

Downside the room was quite dusty and you can see dust layers on the floor and the windows corners. Toilet and sofa was also not clean. Service staff except for a guy with short, gold, curly hair was generally good with a shoutout to Mickey who was very helpful in our various questions and requests.

Very satisfied and comfortable stay

The room is relatively new and clean. The location is good with walkable distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, and various shops. Staffs are friendly. The thing surprised me the most is the quality of their breakfast which has many choices and dishes. One of their kitchen staffs, Mrs. 蕭玟X is very helpful and nice. We would definitely stay this hotel again in the future.

Its value for money and good if u okay with small internal windows (building to building). Room condition is good and size is very cozy. For 1 pax is okay but 2 in a room will be squeezy. I stayed in blk B. So i find the overall feeling okay but not as grand as staying in a proper hotel as we need to access lift in the other part of the building. The upkeep not as good in some common area. Staff service and attitude very good. :)

One of my best stays in Taiwan

I stayed in one of the superior queen rooms and I am satisfied in pretty much every aspects. The room is new, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom is huge with a separate spacious shower area and bathtub. The breakfast is included and is very delicious with wide selections of dishes. The staffs are very friendly and carefully explained various aspects of the hotel when you check in. The only inconvenience is there is no access to public transportation, so if you are not driving then you need to Uber to your destinations. Considering all the comforts I am getting from the stay, it's totally worth it.

Great location and hotel--first choice in Taichung

The room is 5-star quality with very comfortable beds, bathroom is super clean and great mini-bar with drinks. We highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely come back and stay again. The service is absolutely best in class storing our luggage and very professional and safe. Nearby full of great restuarants and national musuem of fine arts is a nice place to spend your day

Superb stay

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms were great. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. At an unbelievable discounted price, it was really a superb stay.
If anything to comment, it would be that the hotel is a mixed development among a commercial building. The location does not provide any interesting things to see or eat around. The cleanliness of the carpark and surrounding was very different from the room. Also the staff emphasized that to avoid blockage of the toilet, all toilet paper used should be thrown into the bin instead of directly into the toilet. Honestly I could not imagine and follow this for hygienic reasons. But I understand Taiwan hotels have this \"advice\" in common.

우버나 택시탈때 영어명이아닌 구글맵에나오는 중국어주소로 하면 더 잘 옵니다. 다 친절하고 방칸디션도 깔끔하고 좋아요. 대만호텔이 대부분 난방이 안되는것에 비하면 방온도도 따뜻합니다. 욕조도 넓고 쾌적하고 침구도 좋았어요. 조식도 가짓수도 많고 과일도 3종있고 무엇보다 스탭들이 정감있고 머신에서 나오는 라떼고 맛있습니다. 그리고 호텔과연결된 2층에 마사지숍도 있는데 100대만달러 할인권도 제공되요. 이번 여행중 가장 맘에드는 호텔입니다
