溫馨四人房
此次家庭旅遊住四人房，我的女兒一歲半而已住的非常開心又舒適，地板乾淨到不需要穿拖鞋，浴室廁所及床也都很乾淨，設備也都很齊全，唯一唯一美中不足的地方就是晚上11點半到12點10分不知道是管線的水聲流動的聲音還是樓上（我住三樓）一直有人在打鬧搬桌椅的聲音，隔音效果可以再加強（那時候小孩睡著了，我很怕被吵醒），其他我都覺得很棒。

實在是很不貼心的“旅社”！！當天晚上十點才check in，之前亦有明確告知隔天要去彰化跑馬拉松，能否請示主管通融一下延後退房，因為歷來住宿經驗中畢竟週日住宿房客畢竟不多，也已告知隔天不會用早餐，沒想到服務人員“十分堅持”十二點前一定要退房（也就是打賞一小時給我們），不然要加收費用。好，妻小就依照“規定”趕在12點退房，我跑完馬拉松回來，我們就在樓下屋馬用餐，也領寄放的行李，結帳時櫃台說，停車免費只到13：00超時要收費，然後丟出一張DM說這是公司規定，問題是你們一開始有給客戶看嗎？？真沒看過這種事情，竟然小氣到這種程度！！前一天10：00入住，4：00不到把車開走，13：00回來停到17：00還要收四小時停車費，總共也才停六小時，還要收這區區120元，真有你們的，我絕不會再入住，也告訴各位考慮入住的大家。

連住兩天，事先告知人員需要的物品，入住時都已事先放置在房內，非常貼心。櫃檯人員也很親切。客房安排在電梯旁，但晚上睡覺隔音佳不被打擾。房間沒想像中的大，但舒適乾淨；插頭極少不太方便，冷氣調節強弱不方便。有浴缸很開心，可惜沒有乾濕分離，水量也不太好控制。但房務人員打掃乾淨且備品齊全。早餐麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，中西日式料理皆有；冷飲熱飲熱湯；用餐時間am6:30-9:30，餐廳只開放到am10:00，別睡太晚囉！不然會吃得非常趕哈哈。
