The room was just okay. Breakfast was decent if you want a waffle or snacks (only had water and coffee for drinks). They allowed some sketchy people to hang outside in the parking lot. I don’t even think they were guests, so we worried about leaving anything in the car.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself left MUCH to be desired. I requested a crib/pack & play when booking and none were available when we checked in. The sheets were gross. I have no other words for it. We checked out and went down the road to the Holiday Inn. I have never left a hotel before due to uncleanliness but there was no way I could, in good conscience, allow my toddlers to sleep in those conditions. Also, the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I don’t like leaving poor reviews but I took pictures of the sheets just for proof because it was not good. 😳 The area also just did not feel that safe. Disappointed in the experience overall. I have stayed in plenty of LaQuinta Inn’s before and absolutely none have ever been like this.

The staff I experienced was overall phenomenal but the property condition was horrific. Everything was dirty and slapped together with little care for quality. The whole property outside was covered in trash and there’s a homeless camp in the back. People were sleeping in their car in the parking lot and sending their kids in to let them in the locked doors. It was a lot of money to spend on such a trashy place. The elevator not working was a major inconvenience especially since I’m disabled and they had no first floor options for me. You could also hear everything through the walls and from the people above you. The head board was just wood nailed to the wall, but just barely. Every time I moved it would slam against the wall and was super annoying. It kept waking me up every time and would make the dog bark. The tub was severely clogged as well.

The Hotel is close to the highway and many restaurants to choose from. Rooms could use a really good cleaning and cosmetic touch ups bathroom was starting to get mold around caulk in the shower. Clean room, dirty bathroom and worn down bathroom. Night staff was not good, daytime was friendly. Dark and small parking lot. Room had a lingering cigarette smell for a “non smoking remodeled” room.

Elevator was broken and our room was on the 3rd (top floor) so that was unfortunate but three floors wasn’t bad to walk, if you are able.

Was good enough for our one quick night stay while passing through…but wouldn’t stay past the one quick night or again.

Not at all worth the price! Hair and fuzz on every bedding surface and the sofa cushions. There was hair on the linens which were in a bag in the closet for the pull out sofa. The sofa was broken, hard to even pull out. Only a light weight piece of foam over the frame- not a mattress of any sort. The ac/heat unit did not work in the king room even after following the staff’s directions to unplug and plug in to let it reset. There was hair and dust built up all around it and the cover wasn’t secured as to stay on. We were very disappointed! We travelled all day and came in at 11pm to find a mess for an expensive room and ended up going to another hotel down the road. Staff was very kind. But the room was old, filthy and smelly. Even if we had been traveling for a work crew, this would not be a clean place to rest. Very over priced!! And under cleaned. I only gave it a single star because there wasn’t an option for 0.

The elevator was out of order after we checked in. I had requested a ground floor but got put on the 3rd floor. I didn’t complain at first as it was working when we checked in but quit working later that evening. It was difficult carrying my oxygen tank and luggage down 3 flights of stairs the next morning. Not acceptable 😞

The staff were great and sweet. But for a king suite that was $270 for two nights I was very disappointed. I don’t expect a top notch/fancy type of room, but there were drawings all over the bathroom door, stained top sheet, handprints on the headboard. Didn’t have main lights had to use all the lamps to light the rooms and the furniture and walls were just poorly fixed they’re damaged and just painted over. I don’t typically complain but I was disappointed for the price I paid.

The room was enough to serve its purpose. I think the money for the value isn't balanced. Bath tub needs better cleaning. Room wasn't swept well. Questioned whether the sheets had been changed from previous tenants because I couldn't detect any mild scent of bleach, despite the front desk lady saying they bleach their sheets. The sheets also had some wrinkling in the spots where someone would typically lay. Breakfast was on par with typical hotel quality. Not bad, not good. Just a place to sleep for the night.

Third room we were checked in was acceptable. Old, dated, but clean. Needs some TLC. Breakfast was OK and coffee was fine. About average for the price you pay. Room for improvement.

Staff was friendly upon entering. Upset that the elevator was broken and was placed on third floor. Went into room and it had a bad smell and wasn’t the cleanest. Asked for a lower room and that room was dirtier than the first. Crumbs all on the floor and crevices. Toilet had urine on the bottom of the toilet. Poor housecleaning and dirty environment does it for me. Check in was after midnight so I didn’t make a deal. I just didn’t take any personal belongings inside because of the unsanitary conditions. For the price, I expected better.

Nice place to stay though obviously it's not the Ritz. Nothing major just patch up jobs here and there, instead of replacing things. Very clean. Pleasant staff, very efficient, courteous, kind. Breakfast could be improved by offering hard boiled eggs. Almost everything on offer had sugar in it. It was nice they had plain instant oatmeal and bananas, apples, and oranges. Had to ask for decaf coffee from the staff guy, who couldn't have been kinder.

Average at best. Gave 3 stars due to the assist with a fan… Started in one room and quickly realized that the air conditioning was not working properly via the smell and inability to meet its setpoint and the humidity increase in the room.

Moved to adjacent room and encountered same issue with air conditioning unit, minus an odd smell. Hotel staff did bring a fan and advised me of how to clean the air conditioning unit… to be more than fair, the maintenance guy offered to come in but I declined as my family and I were in lounging mode/dress.

Bedding isn’t the best, shower water pressure is OK, and the restroom should have been cleaned better. This rating should be 2-2.5 stars for overall clean/amenities/shower/ambiance/surrounding space.

Truly amazed by the speed of check-in. The clerk on duty had her paperwork all ready, spread out on a desk. She seemed to guess which guest I was and just handed over the document to initial. Perfect efficiency! Also, she was pleasant. The lobby, stairs and hallways had been recently upgraded. Room too, although the metal trim needed paint still (other guests had chipped it). That's minor. Standard-issue eggs/sausage/waffle breakfast BUT with the addition of excellent cookies and an orange.

Informed when I checked that the elevator was not operating, and that card scanner on door closest to the stairs to the third floor room was also inoperable. There was a very long thick black hair hanging over the tub, hair in the hand towel, and what appeared to be dog hair around the base of the bed platform. The room A/C worked well and the hotel was quiet and location convenient to I-55 and has restaurants on both sides within 50 yards.

The check in was great. The carpet in the hallways was very dirty. The room was not super clean. The water was murky at best, almost brown when it first came on. The room was dirty, hair and contact lens on the floor in the bathroom. Lots of debris on the floor and other people’s hair in the sink like they didn’t even try to have it clean. The place is in obvious disrepair and they are not even trying to the point that there is paint all over, it looks like they let a child paint the ceiling. There is calking all over the bathtub area. Like tubes of it. The staff at the desk answered a call from other staff and stayed on the phone throughout check in and didn’t even ask about our stay on check out. The only positive was the guy cooking breakfast was friendly and did a good job but we didn’t even want to eat there because the whole place was a mess. The floor were sticky in the whole dining area. It was aweful.
