Our room was clean and very comfortable. Although the girl is under construction right now, we didn't even notice until our second day! The staff is very nice and, I'm happy to report, the coffee is good and strong. Thank you - we look forward to seeing you next time!

Room was clean enough, but bed was too hard. Rooms are old and in need updates. Changed rooms two times due to broken lock and then non stop barking dogs in room next to us. Last room had no hanging bar in closet so no way to keep clothes hung. Parking lot covered with litter. During the early morning, workers making a lot of noise overhead. Overall, okay for the price, but won't stay there again.

The room was clean overall except for the carpet- stained a dirty. It looks like they updated the room but not the carpet. They are renovating the hotel so lots of construction garbage and dust. The toilet in our room could barely flush 2 pieces of toilet paper- very low pressure- but the shower pressure was great! The pool area was dirty with cigarette butts so we did not swim.
The breakfast area was clean and the food was pretty decent! Maybe when the whole hotel is renovated it will be much better!

The room had a cold bottle of beer in the fridge and a cheeseburger wrapper in the trash. The facility was not secure, anyone could come in. I understand the place was renovating many rooms, but it was dirty. The pictures posted online must of been from a better time. The fountain was not functioning. It was over priced. I had booked two nights and would have checked out after the first, but circumstances had me spending little time there anyway.

When we stayed here it was still a LaQuinta. It had long-term residents there. The hallways were dirty. Kids ran up and down the hallways screaming after 10 pm. One of the little girls lived there. If we had to stay more than one night we would have changed hotels. As we checked out, we specifically asked if they had charged us with any incidentals. They said no, but there was a $25 charge on my credit card. I can’t seem to get that money back. The hotel didn’t match any of the pictures on your website. I am so disappointed in the entire experience.

The property itself was horrible from the lobby to the room. The carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years and the mold smell was terrible. I requested another room which was some what better but the smell is terrible. The pool was not clean. The experience here is one that I would never try again. The pictures on line does not look anything like it in person. The Code Inforcement needs to be called because this hotel needs an overhaul.

When you drive around the building it looks like a homeless camp. Trash and garbage on the side walks like chicken bones. Every time we flushed the toilet in our room we had to use the plunger to just get water to go down. No sugars, stirrers, etc. For the coffee. Im sure we will not make that mistake again.

After checking in my kids and I immediately went and got changed to go to the pool. We live in the area and only got a hotel room for pool access for a mini vacay.
Only after a few minutes in the pool my oldest who is special needs came up to me holding his arm freaking out.
He had a large deep gash that hadn’t started bleeding yet but we knew was coming.
There was a place on the wall of the pool that was broken and he slid against the wall it sliced him right open.
I left my newborn and my 1 year old with my daughter while I rushed to the front desk for help.
He was very cold and not very helpful other than just saying here’s a first aid kit if it isn’t enough then go to the hospital. I left to take him to the hospital but requested an accident report since he is a foster child and I like to make sure I have all proper documentation.
I was traveling alone with my special needs foster children and my husband was an hour away. I was freaking out.
My son did end up needing stitches which we already knew he would get.
After returning from the hospital there was someone else at the front desk and she knew nothing of the incident with my son. So he never did any sort of documentation. We went to check and the pool was still open. There on the broken wall was the chunk of my son that was ripped out of his arm. And my the chair was all the drops of blood from where he started bleeding. They never cleaned up after the incident and didn’t even close the pool.

The check-in lady and check-out man were great. Beyond that the hotel is a no! Everything was dirty. The breakfast was basically nothing. I came in 30 minutes after breakfast started and most things were gone if they were ever put out in the first place. Had to go to front desk and ask for syrup for waffles. No milk for cereal or coffee. The curtains in our room were torn and broken. Mold everywhere. The bedding was gross. The bottom of the pool was dirty. I highly recommend you find somewhere else!

This was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at. They put us in 3 rooms the first day. Room 1 had no curtains, room 2 had a broken tv, a wire hanging where the fire alarm should be and ants, finally ok room with curtains falling off the windows. The whole hotel was dirty with furniture falling apart, road noise, and no security. The staff were lovely and did their best to help. Don't stay here.

Person at the front desk was short and offered little information, like that the pool was closed for maintenance. We found out as we walked down with our 2 small children dressed in swimsuits ready to swim. There was nothing on the website indicating it was closed. Someone in our party wven called a week before to check on the pool. Breakfast was minimal. No milk out for cereal. Had to ask 2 people to refill the coffee. You could visibly see black mold at the top of the wall near the ceiling. While we only stayed one night and made the most of our stay, we will mot be back.

On top of the place being older it was unclean, elevator was shotty, loud banging from the elevator all night, and staff was not friendly!
To make things worse, in the middle of the night they rebooked my room to someone else and they walked in my room while I was sleeping and woke me up! Startled I yelled and they apologized. I called the front desk and the clerk acted like it was my fault I was in the room she double booked!

I canceled my appointment yesterday I got told I was going to get my money back. They scheduled me for two different days. Both of them got canceled so they said but I still haven’t got my money back that’s $250 for two nights I haven’t even got to use that I got told was canceled. I booked it for convenience and the fact that it had an indoor pool for my active boy to play in. Instead, the indoor pool may as well of been outside. It was freezing in the room and the temp of the pool was too cold for me to allow my son to play in. Then I thought I’d let him run on the treadmill or elliptical. Not a chance. The exercise equipment was broken. The hotel itself was cleanish but run down and old. The blackout curtains were hanging on both sides and a lampshade was broken.

The hotel was dirty inside the room, hallways, and elevator. My 18 month old kid found a joint laying next to the bed on the ground. Pool area was dirty, room heater had it like a sauna while the pool water was freezing. Front desk worker was very helpful issuing a refund when I brought the joint to her and requested a refund and checked out a couple hours after checking in. Would not recommend to anyone. $50/night is what it should be VS $120/night. Parking lot on west side of hotel looks very shady as well. DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS ON BOOKING SIGHT!!!

I would not stay there

First of all when I book this I left a note saying I needed a handicap room. They had not even read the note and there was no handicap room available, but they were commentating and getting a room where she didn’t have to walk very far only when we got in the room, there was hair in the sink and then we checked the bathtub. There was a lot of hair in the bathtub and then on the toilet there was P when you left lifted the lid there was P then that thing that goes around the bottom of the wall. It was coming out in a couple of places where my mother could trip. I had gone up the next morning and ask them to send someone down there to fix it. Also, every time you turned on the sink water it sprayed you and I asked him to fix that, far as I know, nobody came to fix it because I was still getting wet. I would not recommend this place I wasn’t given any kind of reduced rate for my motel. We had to keep asking for wash cloths. The maids came at like 8:30 in the morning instead of waiting till later to come and clean the room, I was very unsatisfied.

So much was wrong....from smelly to no battery in our smoke detector...or gummy bears stuck all around our son's adjoining room....stains on the floors, showers gross, lock not abke to lock, missing towel hangers, etc. Had to get tp and towels because they took our dirty ones but did not replenish. The staff was very very friendly and courteous but the overall condition of the property was poor at best. Probably would not reserve at this motel again. The exterior doors were missing entire lock mechanisms so anyone could get in, HVAC units were in poor condition very noisy and covers open. The bottom of the bath tub was sooo worn i did not want to use it, looked very dirty but probably just worn. Also had to change rooms because of no internet service in my section of the building and had to pack up and move to another side of the hotel which took me about a hour after the desk manager had given my new room to someone else and had to find me another room where there was internet, because i had work to do during my stay. There is a drain accross the entry area that I was afraid might damage my tires since it was bent and not level with pieces turning up. Books in each room about the hotel were badly worn, pages torn and tv information that was not up to date with the systems.

This is the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hallway, rooms, conference area, foyer and breakfast area were not clean at all. The floors had visible dirt, trash (like tooth floss, wrappers, dirt, etc). The building is in disrepair - has non working doors, smells, has uncut grass, broken floor tile, dirty toilets, broken window curtains, etc. you name it and it was not maintained like a hotel should be. The owner of this hotel is in the wrong business and should NOT be in the hospitality business. Do not stay here. They do not deserve your hard earned money. They should have a negative 5 star rating.

Poor lady at reception has only worked there for two days and was left by herself to deal with everything. It took 30 minutes to get a room assigned. The toilet had pee in it and the flusher did not work. I let the receptionist know. She gave me another room. The carpet had a lot of moisture in it. The pillows were nasty and totally stained. In the morning I had bites all over my upper body. Not sure if it was bedbugs or if my room was crowded with mosquitoes. For the price I paid, I expected a much better room. I stayed in motel6 the night before, it was a lot cleaner.

The fitness equipment that required power, did not work at all. The fitness equipment that did not require power, needed maintenance to the point of inoperabability. The breakfast was nothing more than sugar cereal and re-tread coffee. Room 336 had a door that was not secure. The bathtub was stained with colors like a unicorn died in there. The fan was hanging from the ceiling. We had no soap. Again, no soap to even wash hands.

Any time I’m in that area that’s the hotel I stay yet the staff is really nice and they usually have a pretty good spread for breakfast

Poor quality

Hotel was dirty, garbage from prior day in hallway, old and run down. Side entrances we were told to park by did not lock so anyone could walk in. No wash cloth or tissues provided. No heat so we had to move. Had 2 rooms for family and door guards in both rooms were broke. No hot food next morning at 8am when they serve til 930am and food prep person was already gone. Surprised hotels.com would have this hotel as an option due to such poor quality.
