I always have a great time here. I do want to point out the on point services a general perfect attitude of the person that hosted me during check in. I think her name was Richelle. I feel bad for forgetting her name but she was stellar, extremely polite and the model of customer service I expect. Outstanding is this person. Hospitable, professional, and knows her job well. I guess through no fault of theirs the hotel was damaged by a recent earthquake making the elevators unusable. This meant that we had to walk up the stairs to our room on the 4th floor. As I am in the unfortunate position of having a painful left knee the climb up many sets of stairs was quite uncomfortable, luckily some staff were available to carry our bags up for us. The room was what we expected, quite small but we were only there for one night so it was adequate and the big bed was comfortable. Being part of the Robinsons Mall meant we were not short of places to eat and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We will probably stay there again sometime and hopefully the elevators will be fixed.

We literally walked into the mall, where the hotel is located and into the hotel and up into our room. With a 5 year old, 3 year old and 11 year old in tow, this Hotel is super convenient, just a short stroll from the bus terminal adjacent to the mall. Imagine being tired from travel only to walk right into your hotel room. This is why I choose this Hotel which is the epidemy of convenient. Its Clean, staff are friendly, and the over all experience is on par with any hotel. Was pleased with the ceiing mounted show head which gave us a hot shower with that rain experience. Thanks for everything Go!! This Juan is masaya!!

Shelf in room was very weak, cannot be used safely. Shower dirty. Nothing provided other than towels. Bed smelled stale.

It's a clean modern hotel with no complaints about the facility or staff. I wanted a hotel close to the airport with a good bed and shower at a reasonable price. This property fulfilled all requirements and then some. Despite being close to the elevator the room had enough sound insulation that it wasn't a problem including the talking of other guests.

The only issue has nothing to do with the property, but something to be aware of. The local tricycle drivers are charging foreigners outrageous (for the Philippines) prices for short trips. Like I can get a bus ticket to halfway across the island prices.

A pleasant no frills stay.

It was the ideal place for us this time. We were there for 3 nights and wanted a no-fuss stay. You can have breakfast there for an extra charge but as the hotel is situated in Robinson's Mall it gave us lots of choices as to where we ate. The room, although small was adequate for our needs and it was quiet for most of the time except for the arrival and departure of other guests at infrequent times. You had the choice of either daily housekeeping or not, and we chose not to have it as we didn't need our beds and towels changed daily. The beds were comfortable and a nice touch was to have a hot/cold water dispenser in the passageway, which saved us bringing in bottled water. Coffee-making facilities were provided but no supplies however with Bo's coffee just downstairs they were not needed. The WiFi was not so helpful as the signal was pretty weak but we had our own so it didn't really matter. The staff were friendly and helpful and if a very affordable nice place is what you are looking for then this is the place.

First time I went, back in 2019, I promised never to return. The room was dated and nothing worked. For reasons beyond my control, I had to book one night here. Front desk and all other staff members are professional and excellent. But room was still horrible. Plus left with many mosquito bites. Lesson learned.

Great price located at the mall and only a mile or so to the other mall. It's a really solid hotel for foreign travelers. Easy access to transportation including taxis to and from the airport. Staff is very helpful. Not luxury but great beds. Water pressure is not great but adequate. I've stayed there many times and I recommend it.

The king bed was huge. Clean towels and bottled water every day. They have their own entrance to the mall, therefore no need to go to the main entrance. They held my suitcase for a few hours after checkout while I waited for my transportation. The location was ideal.

The only things good about this hotel were the people and the location. Staff was excellent. Everything else was filthy and hard to bare. Food and shopping are at your doorstep. Room, bathroom, toilet were disgusting. Towels had a very bad smell. Had to buy my own. Air conditioner had two functions....on/off. Wifi was awful. Had to go to the coffee shop to get online. It was so bad that I actually tried to book another hotel and leave. But I stayed for two days until rooms were available elsewhere. I've traveled the world and I must say that this is the second worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

Inexpensive hotel suited to sleeping as long as you have ear plugs. King bed was firm and comfortable. Windows are single pane and the doors are paper thin allowing all of the traffic and people noise from the busy street to waft in. The staff is friendly but take dirty towels and don't leave clean ones forcing a phone call to the front desk. There is no fridge or tea/coffee in the room. Conclusion: Inexpensive hotel suited to sleeping as long as you have ear plugs.

My only concern was the loose rattling tiles along the hallway, poor workmanship and lack of maintenance reflects badly on what is overall a great value for money hotel. Also toilet door jams on the floor and can't open properly. The company has gone so far to make a great chain then falls down just before becoming a winner. The SMALL things are what your clients always notice.

Never Again!!!

I have stayed at the GoHotel at many times before. The prior visit the water in the shower and sink came in spurts with no warm water. When I checked in on 10-31-2018 I specifically asked if the water supply problem had been solved. The clerk responded that it had. I was given a room on the 5th floor. I arrived about 8:00 AM and had been travelling about 30 hours from the USA and was ready to shower and go to sleep. I paid the additional 650 PHP to check in early. Entering my room I first turned the AC on and then went to turn the water on in the shower. No surpriese - water on / water off!!! Went back downstairs and asked the clerk if I could speak to the manager. I took a seat and waited. The manager met me in the lobby and I explained that I had stayed at the hotel before and the water was not warm and there was not sustained water. The situation had not improved. I told the manager that I had asked about the water problem and was assured that it was corrected. I got a room on the 4th floor where the water pressure was a little better but the AC had its problems. The service person was excellent. The clerk and manager were no help and did not even comprehend that there was a problem. I had to demand to be moved to another room.
I had also asked the front desk to change a 1000 PHP bill so I could pay the van driver. The desk clerk stated that the hotel did not make change. Clerk accepted the 1000 PHP bill for the extra 650 PHP and gave me 350 PHP back

The toilet kept breaking and took them over a day to fix it! Had to call 3 times to get taken care off. The family was ok with it though it is what it is. A Small room to just sleep in. You get what you pay for but on a bright note, it is in the Robinsons mall complex! easy to get food!

For the price, very good.

For the price I really couldn't fault it if I was being over piccy I would say that the Wi-Fi could be alot better and it would be much better if the toilet and bathroom were situated together. The staff could be quieter aswell.
