Great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Perfect place to stay in Chiang Rai! I little away from the city centre but definitely worth the walk/ride/taxi. Located in a quietocation with a few dining/coffee options nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean however there was some mold in the bathroom. The shower is a little weird as it was like warm mist. Got everything wet in the bathroom....probably why there was mold.

Little bit of a walk to the centre which we didn't mind. Clean room and sheets. Good AC. Bathroom could have been cleaner, hair everywhere from previous person. Grumpy lady on check in. However later another member of staff helped up print our visas. Coffee and toast with butter available free. Overall good value for money.

The property was amazing beautiful plants and flowers maintained immaculately staff was very friendly they did laundry right on site would definitely stay here again only a five minute motorcycle ride to the main downtown part where the markets and bars and restaurants were located. Nice comfortable bed large fridge large flatscreen TV and a nice hot water shower nice and bright with large windows front and back coffee and tea available in room

Nice Budget Option.

Very nice location near the river, but still walkable to downtown markets and the clock tower, etc. As with all budget accommodation, the bed was terrible, but it is what it is. Motorcy parking right outside the door on the lower floor rooms, convenient. Overall, good option for the budget conscious.

Good for the price For a stop over in chiang rai. A bit out of the centre/ 5 minute cheap taxi ride which hotel will help with. Shower was great and Another nice touch was complimentary tea and coffee in reception

Nice Place to Rest For a Couple of Days

This was a very pleasant place to stay. I've been to Chiang Rai before and just wanted a place to rest after arriving from overseas so I stayed here a couple of nights. It's quite clean, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful and offered me a map. It's away from the main roads so it's also quiet. There's a water cooler that was kept full, and a water boiler with instant coffee, cocoa, and a toaster with white bread in the morning.
The place itself is not new but it was in pretty good condition. One of the hinges that held the screen door on was broken, but it wasn't a big deal.The screens were all intact and I had no issues with mosquitoes there.
I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant, clean hotel for good price

A very pleasant hotel for the price although it would be nicer if they could modernise the rooms a little to match the wonderful reception and communal areas. Many positives- rooms are clean, free toast in the morning and free tea and coffee all day, daily housekeeping (replenishes water), staff friendly and good English so they are helpful, they have good facilities such as printing. Rooms are however dated and the bathroom is typical Thai standard so shower is weak and water goes all over the bathroom and on the toilet. Location is peaceful and there's some local 'restaurants' nearby however the walk to the bus terminal 1 and night bazaar is 30 minutes (hotel can call a tuktuk which takes you there for 60 baht). We found walking was fine though as there is good pavement the whole way. Overall this hotel is good for anyone on more of a budget.

This place is a little gem, it's a little way out of the centre of Chiang Rai, but within walking distance of the Saturday Walking Street. Rooms are very clean, bed very comfortable, nice hot shower and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Couldn't believe how cheap it was for the quality of the room. Can't recommend highly enough!

Had a lovely few days here.Staff lovely and friendly and very helpful with advice on attractions and travel. Lovely breakfast that costs extra but worth it. Complementary coffee in Lobby.Downside about 20 mins walk into main bit of town but ok.Would recommend as great value for money.workedout about £6per might for room as we stayed 4 nights

My friends and I stayed here for one night. It's about 20 min from the white temple, and 3-4 min from the city centre. There's not much around the hostel, so we took a tuk-tuk to get to the night market (4 min to city centre). The city centre (in front of the bus station) is so lively at night, we've got to see some dance shows while we were having dinner. Food in Chiang Rai was amazing, and all the food stalls look so clean and neat (the street food in this place is so different from any other place in Thailand). The hostel is in a good condition, I mean, you get what you pay for, and being that the prices for this hostel are very affordable, what you get is above the expectations.
One more thing, not so many people in Chiang Rai understand english, but the chick at the front desk (I think her name was Thai), speaks very good English, so she gave us some good recommendations about what to do in Chiang Rai during our stay.

A ce prix là, c'est la meilleure chambre que vous pourriez trouver ! Idéal pour les voyageurs en sac à dos.
La chambre est super propre. L'hôtel est au calme complet, on entend juste les oiseaux chanter
Attention, l'hôtel est à 30min à pied du centre et le lit est très dur.... Mais à nouveau, pour le prix c'est convenable !

Die Dach war wohl undicht, denn an der Decke gab es Wasserflecken, vielleicht auch Schimmel, wie im Bad. Auserdem war das Bett sehr hart und die Feder der Matratze stachen uns, sodass es definitiv keinen erholsamen Schlaf gab - alles schien etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Zusätzlich sollte man keine Angst vor Krabbeltieren haben, denn Ameisen, Spinnen und Kackalaken beehrten uns regelmäßig.

Positiv war allerdings, dass es jederzeit kostenloses Wasser gab und morgens die Möglichkeit bestand Tee oder Kaffee zu trinken.

Hotel en partie rénové

L'hotel dispose de chambres rénovées recemment et d'autres chambres d'une autre epoque. Faites donc attention et reservez les chambres deluxe sinon vous le regretterez certainement. J'avais donc une chambre horrible au depart, la reception m'a finalement donné une chambre deluxe disponible contre la difference que j'ai dû payer. Malgré celà à la première douche la chambre sentait fortement les canalisations et ça tout le séjour. Le petit dejeuner est gratuit mais heureusement car il n'y a que du pain et des bananes à grignoter. Oubliez les vélos à louer à 50 baths la journée, il n'y en a plus. La reception vous recommande un partenaire à 1km de là pour 100 baths la journée. L'hotel est situé reculé du centre, il vous faudra un Taxi pour vos deplacements. Pour finir, ne prenez cet hotel que si vous avez pas de tune et que vous etes prets à louer un scooter.

+: Chambre propre et literie ok. Petit-déjeuner Thé café chocolat en libre service et pain mais sans rien à tartiner. Possibilité d'acheter plein de petits trucs à prix sympas.

Super pour visiter Chiang Rai

Retiré de la ville, facile de visiter Chiang Rai et le temple bleu en vélo disponible à l’hotel. Idem pour resto à proximité notamment pour acheter des œufs pour compléter les toasts et the/café instantané fournis à la réception (marmelade 3 baht). Personnel amical et très serviable. Pas de luxe mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. Pour un prix si bas, je recommande cet hôtel fréquenté surtout par des touristes asiatiques et situé dans un village où tous vous sourient!

Chambre basique. Serviettes, draps et bouteille d'eau fournie. Check-in et out efficace et rapide et possibilité de laisser les bagages en consigne. Rien à redire pour le prix. J'y ai séjourné 2 fois. Seule mauvaise surprise ; des fourmis dans la chambre lors du 1er séjour. Pour la localication, à éviter si vous n'êtes pas motorisé car c'est un peu loin du centre. WIFI ok.

Chambre très basique, dans un petit bungalow individuel. 2 serviettes, et 2 bouteilles d'eau fournies. Accueil charmant des gérants. Pas mal de petits insectes dans la chambre, dommage. Confort sommaire, mais pour le prix on ne peut pas en demander beaucoup plus.

Good place at great rates

Good room for great rates. its a motel-like place. As others have mentioned the place has a nice reception/common area. they provide scooter rental service at the motel. Get a scooter to ride around. All major attractions are not very far. it is in a quiet area which is good for a good night sleep. Its a bit far from the city center(bus station 1) but still within walkable distance. Unlike what we had expected, Chiang rai was actually quite warm, especially during the day.

Bad neighborhood

The front desk is beautiful as in the picture but the rooms are way worse. The neighborhood was horrible- I guess there is a slaughter house near and the sounds from it were very depressing. Moreover the staff working there basically doesn’t speak English so to get any info was almost impossible.

A recepção é muito mais bonita do que os quartos. A localização é OK mas a grande facilidade é que lá mesmo eles alugam scooters por R$20 por dia. Com essas motos dá pra passear muito pela cidade é até fora dela. Fomos até o Golden Triangle, a 70 km da cidade. Apesar do café da manhã não estar incluso, eles oferecem na recepção, chá, leite e café gratuitamente. Se quiser cobertor tem que pagar 30 baht
