Breakfast was excellent and more than enough to set you up for the day.

Mora is an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff ALL treat the guests like each and every one is a VIP. The property is beautiful and the rooms are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and appointed. Even the floor drains in the bathroom are beautiful and fancy. The breakfast is great too. The items that don't get old and gross are set out buffet style while the warm items are ala carte from a menu. I will definitely stay at Mora anytime I'm in Chiang Rai.

This is truly a five star resort. The rooms and every part of the resort are spotless and the staff goes out of their way to handle every request and follows through on everything. Good breakfast in the morning. The surrounding area does not have a great deal of business but if you are OK with that you will absolutely love this resort.

We booked the Mora based on previous good reviews, and weren’t disappointed. We had a large balcony room, overlooking the pool area, which was tastefully decorated to match the rest of the hotel decor. The wardrobe in the bathroom was a bit odd but didn’t cause any issues. The hotel is well located very close to the Saturday night market and about 15 minutes from the clock tower light display a regular night market. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was great. We don’t normally eat in hotel restaurants but we thought we’d try the roof top restaurant on our first night as we hadn’t had time to look for alternatives. The food and service were so good we ended up eating there 3 times! Overall I’m not sure why you’d stay anywhere else.

Great location, the rooms are large and clean, they supply filtered water, breakfast is plentiful and pool is wonderful. Oh and roof top bar to watch the sunsets. Nothing bad to say. We met other guests that felt the same way. Try to be in Chiang Rai on a Saturday so that you can experience the Saturday Night Market.

Due to the continuous rain for 2 days, we weren’t able to cross from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai this morning due to road closure. Called the hotel if I can have a refund because of nature (it wasn’t under my control) and the hotel declined my request for the reason that they can’t refund within the same day. I would have stay if we could only CROSS the bridge!! Inconsiderate management !!!

What a delightful experience. The breakfast is really good, especially the Thai options. The building is full of traditional Thai furniture and fittings which are beautiful. We had a great stay and the hotel is beautiful. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good and they also have a restaurant and rooftop. The hotel also has a small gym and unfortunately the pool was under construction when we were there but we got to go to the hotel across the street to use their pool so wasn’t a problem. Staff was super friendly and helpful and helped organize a driver for the day as well as recommended where to eat in the evenings, called the restaurant beforehand and ordered a car for us to get there. The hotel is approximately 15 min walk from the center and you can borrow bikes for free.

Amazing breakfast. It is continental style in additional to ordered-to-cook menu with lots of great options. Def order the breakfast khao soi (non-spicy) and it is amazing. Wish we couldve ate lunch or dinner there. Iced lattes are good. The drinks at the bar are a little pricey but delicious and a great portion. No issue with water pressure or temperature. Tub is smaller than it looks and only fits one person. Perfect location, close to tourist attractions like the Blue Temple and the Night Bazaar. White Temple is a quick drive. Massage Parlors by the Night Bazaar is where you want to get massages. The staff at this hotel were all AMAZING and very friendly and willing to help.

My daughter and I were traveling together. We loved everything about this quaint hotel. The service was impeccable! They stores our bags because our room was not ready and our bags were in the room waiting for us upon our return later in the day. They also stored the bags after check-out while we went on an elephant excursion. We were able to enjoy the pool when we returned and freshened up in the spa before we headed to the airport. This was a lovely little hotel! The bed was super comfortable. Staff friendly. The free breakfast was very good. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool since it rained during our stay. Our stay included a complementary shuttle to the bus station which was very appreciated (only after your stay, they do not provide pick up on arrival). There are free bikes but I wouldn't recommend using them. The breaks didn't work very well and no helmets. Great 4 star hotel! Would definitely recommend!

Marvellous hotel with exceptionally welcoming staff. On arrival the lady on reception took time to explain where everything was , night market, main attractions etc. which we much appreciated. The pool is wonderful even though it's a little difficult to get in to. Hang on to the side. those steps are deep! The saturday night walking street which is very close by is a joy with hundreds of food stalls and many locals dancing to live music. Loved our stay in Chiang Rai
