The hotel is set on the beach in Treasure Island. It is located about 20 minutes from Tropicana Field, Sunken Gardens, and St.
Petersburg Pier. It is also just 10 minutes north of St.
Pete Beach. Tampa International Airport is about 41 km away.
The beach hotel offers self-catering units directly on the stunning Gulf of Mexico. It is located in Treasure Island between St.
Pete and Clearwater. These condos are ideally situated for shopping, dining and nightlife.
The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with a hotel safe, cloakroom, lift access and 24-hour check-out service. There is also a newspaper stand, games room and wireless Internet access.
Those guests who are arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel's car park for free. There is a heated pool, shuffleboard, volleyball, and a gym, all located on the beautifully landscaped property.

Liked the swim up bar but there are too many rules you can't have a cooler in the pool area and I just wanted to take my beach chair back to the room they would not allow me to walk through the pool area just to take it back to my room didn't get to check in to almost 5 its overpriced we were in a 2500 pick up truck the first night they made us park in the garage area almost impossible to get in and out I saw a person take out his side view mirror because of the tight parking

I stayed here because I was traveling to Myrtle Beach to photograph a wedding at 21 Main and it was the most convenient option. I decided to pay most $400 a night because it of that reason.
The Vila was not a good value for that price.

The walls were scrapped up and the lamp was missing the knob to turn it on and off so it couldn’t be used. Also the wall art was all crooked like someone had ransacked the place. Didn’t have an inviting feel at all.
I would expect this if I were staying at a motel but not at a resort asking for that nightly rate.

The facilities were above expectations. Friendly service at check out. The Security kept traffic moving during check in and check out process. The pool area was fun. Kudos for the marriages that were performed on property. The room was home inviting. The bed were clean and you could instantly go to sleep on that pillow mattress. I would rate this hotel a 20 out of 10 and as of right now #1 in Myrtle beach. This will be my family's Premiere stay for vacation. As a teacher you have given me a well rested weekend.Thank You

We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard as a rock!! We had to go out and purchase a mattress cover just to get through each night. Plus when we first arrived there were NO television remotes for any of the 3 televisions and the telephone in the room did not work. Took them over an hour to come to our room to address the issues. Do not stay here folks - they just want your money - outdated and they could care less about you.

I really enjoyed my stay. I stayed at 4924 Cinzia lane. My very small complaint is that none of the lights on the hall where you walk in weren’t working. For some reason and I didn’t want to mess with any circuit breaker so I just let it be, and also the remake was dirty, I also let it be. I just didn’t touch it after I saw it. Other than my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there wasn't enough guests to make coffee. Great price. Took my 3 granddaughters and 3 adults. Plenty of room and the pools were amazing. Pretty well located to other entertainment and shopping. Only complaint is the front desk person didn't go through any of the property, pooltimes and restaurants. But I did hear other front desk people give plenty of directions and property amenities. Spent over 30 minutes searching for parking to check in. We were assigned a “luxury villa”, it was not luxurious at all! Living room furniture was badly stained, even had holes in fabric on couch and kitchen chairs. TV in living room was so bad you could hardly read what was on the tv. The bathroom ceiling tiles had holes in it, red sticky substance on the floor, hair in the bath, and grease on the wall. Bedroom carpet was very matted and crunchy. We had to call 3 times for extra bedding (there was none). We also had to call multiple times for more toilet paper, they kept “forgetting” (stayed for 3 days and had a roll and a half to last a family of 4). One night there was construction above our room and we had to call multiple times due to loud pounding until 10PM.

Pool area was great. Resort is doing renovations and half of the pool was unusable and no restrooms were available except to go to the third floor. Our room was nice but noticed the bathroom wasn’t completely clean( toothpaste left on counter) but housekeeping did bring towels daily. We only stayed for one night in the Jasmine Tower, but the kids loved the pool amenities and beach area. If you have kids, I highly recommend staying in the tower as you are near the pool and will not need to take the shuttle.
The condo was spacious and met our needs. My only feedback is that the sofa bed was broken and the mattress in need of replacement. There are no USB ports for charging, so bring your own.

Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there.

Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens of drunk guy at the pool bar and hot tubs were peeing on the pools rather than taking the 15 or 20 minutes needed to go to the third floor or their room. Absolutely the most inconvenient and potentially most disgusting resort pool set up we have ever stayed in. Will not stay there again despite the otherwise great facility due to the fact that there are no bathrooms at the pool area. Really.... where does the hotel staff people think people are peeing?

Honestly, for the price, I was expecting to be a little let down when we actually arrived. I was wrong! Everything was exactly as advertised. The pools were great, beach access was simple, and the property was gorgeous and well laid-out. Convenient to several attractions and plenty of dining.

Acknowledging there is construction going on, we specifically booked an ocean front room and upon arrival found that ALL of our windows and patio had tarp over it (meaning we couldn’t see a thing outside - felt as if we are trapped in a basement). They removed this the next day but in my honest opinion they shouldn’t have allowed these rooms to be booked because it tainted our whole experience, or they should very clearly advertise the windows are essentially blacked out, which would have caused us to choose a different hotel. The noise levels in the room next to us was atrocious (teenagers literally screaming), so my kids couldn’t sleep the whole night. The next night I messaged the hotel and they appropriately sent someone to deal with it. All in the staff was very nice but they should have waited a month to open up full so they wouldn’t have to risk unhappy guests who won’t return.

It would have been beneficial to have a couple of disinfectant spray bottles and paper towels to wipe equipment down after use. Love the available equipment. We called downstairs for three things automatically wrong with the room, so we wouldn’t get charged for it. Took a shower and the water was lukewarm not hot. Don’t understand. We had a phone call from a staff member and they wanted to know why we booked with you instead of them and we told them why and we feel like this is why we got second class service on this trip. My husband has been coming there for 10 years and this is my third time and it was really unacceptable. I didn’t wanna say anything cause trouble because this was our birthday weekend so just letting you know.

Quiet time during a holiday weekend. Kiddo enjoyed the indoor pool; just wish the resort will upgrade the indoor pool area with a changing room that would really be appreciated, especially during the winter months. You have to walk in the cold, wet back to the towers because there is no changing/locker room located in the indoor pool area. Our 2-bedroom unit was very clean and spacious, overlooking the outdoor pool and ocean. Housekeeping would come everyday to empty our trash only. Noticed the tissue holder in each bathroom was unusually lower, practically near the floor. If the resort chooses to remodel the units, definitely raise the tissue holder. My 6yr old even complained that it was too low. Other than that our time here was well spent. Love the 11am checkout time as all the other resorts checkout time along the strip is 10am. Will definitely return.

Your area rugs are dirty and need to be replaced!! They need to clean it better because the toilet in the front at bottom was dirty! The bed is broken and it squeaks every time u move. They have a chair that’s a bed , but no cover to put on it. ,and I could not lift the bedroom blinds cause it was broken!!
