I stayed here after flying 21 hrs, and assumed a cheap hotel would be fine as I would be so tired I could sleep anywhere. Wow, that was a mistake. This place sits right on a busy road and they honk a lot in vietnam, I did not sleep one wink. Ended up giving up on sleep and checking out at 7am and paying extra to check on to my next hotel early. If you are a light sleeper dont stay here. Also did not feel safe to leave the hotel it is a very sketchy area.

This dump hotel should get rid of most of the staff and tear down the hotel. I got the usual disrespectful attitudes due to Parkinson’s...getting bad or no service. They are doing a half assed renovation that will do l ittle to improve the feel and function. New paint over old paint and dirt still looks like crap and the bad plumbing will still be broken

Min tahm hotel & spa

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Hotel staffs were friendly and very helpful. Good service from them. Room amenities and ambience were nice. However my only issue with this hotel is the cleanliness. There were ants in my room and bed sheets had numerous stains. Overall, a good hotel, they just need to improve on their cleanliness levels.

This property was close to the airport
It's on a busy avenue so rooms close to road a bit noisy. Service staff was quick and attentive. The breakfast noted in the ad was true but a bit erroneous in that it was a room service selection of 7 or 8 room service items. So food was average or less.

The rooms were clean yet a bit dated.

And also in my travels and not anything specific to this property. Most rooms have the wall or ceiling air conditioner which in almost all my travel sound like a Boeing 747 taxiing for take off.

Still for value it was super

Super thin walls

We were woken up at 7 am by music BLASTING from the gym next door. It proceeded to play for 30 minutes and then stopped, but we were already up by then. I cannot believe they put people in rooms that are that close to the gym - it was terrible. The hallways are also open to the outside so if it hadn’t have been the music that woke us up, it would’ve been the motorbikes revving out back. Not a pleasant stay, wouldn’t recommend this place. Thankfully we only needed to stay one night.

Better options out there

The room is quite bare and dark. The shower and toilet are within the same space which means your walking on a wet floor after you shower if you want to use the toilet. The hallway is opened to the outside elements which is probably why there was a bug in my room.

The rooms are quite dark and not very clean.

The lobby is quite nice however the remainder of the hotel needs a complete renovation.

Fair priced hotel near airport

We needed a bed for 6 hrs, which is why we booked Min Tham Hotel. It was cheap, staff were helpful and it was a good pointer to the relentless noise of Vietnam. Bed was average. Taxi to and from airport less than 100,000 dong.

Bad experience

Just try to find a place for few hours due to late flight. The hotel is support to be for MEN massage. Room is clean but very bad smoke, I booked Non-smoking room but couldnt sleep due to very smoky. The staff is very nice. But i will not come back here or recommend to my friends.

beware...another over-rated hotel

you know those cute Viet Nam hotels, boutique like, endearing staff, good breakfast...not this one.

trashy neighborhood, active massage house 5th floor, exceptionally noisy AC, instant noodle breakfast....do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

Location is not that perfect. Anywhere Grab/uber driver will easy identify this hotel.

Clean, staff is friendly, facility new, hot water pressure all work fine. Stay at 3rd floor deluxe room. Facing behind building so can't hear noise from street.

But surrounding can't find 24hrs shop, need close road walk about some distance to reach K Mart.

Noisy place

Well from the start the bathroom drain was clogged and the shower was the whole bathroom so everything got wet . Then the sink faucet was falling off the sink and there was a rooster right outside the room so I was not able to sleep . I got in at 12am form a 22 hr flight , went to sleep about 2am after the drain problem and the rooster started in at 4am , I was not happy !!!

Cheap Hotel on Price with Excellent Services !!!

I was amazed at the price of this hotel ... I paid $15/night. It is a 3 stars for the price of 1.5 star. I would stay here longer, if it is no too far from everything else. I would return the night before taking off to the airport ... just 1 mile from airport; this, less traffic to deal with.

Ok hotel in a noisy area

Nice staffs. Clean and comfort but with some issues:

1) Stay three days. The room didn't get clean at all the first day. Have to remind the staffs three times before the cleaning staffs come to clean the room in the late afternoon of the second day.

2) The toilette wasn't working properly. Ask the front desk a few times to get it fix. Was promised it will be taken care of but nothing done.

Decent hotel for a good price

Overall this hotel is clean and comfortable. I booked it when it was on sale and therefore the price is a bit competitive. However, it is not close to the city centre. One will have to take a taxi to get there.

This hotel had a 3.5 star rating which is why I chose it close to the airport HOWEVER
we got locked in our room due to a faulty door lock which took more than one hour to try to communicate to the staff as no one spoke English
There was fresh blood on the pillow
There was only one towel for a twin room
Yes they changed our room but I had to put up with the AC vibrating our wall all night
BUT the biggest issue they held our passports as ransom just in case we tried to run off and not pay the mini bar bill
Dreadful , shocking worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Basic hotel quite close to airport.

Just needed a bed for the night for one-night stopover. Room was spacious and clean but no windows. Staff friendly and helpful. No food available in hotel but lots of local food nearby on busy street. Not really suitable for a long stay unless you are literally just going to sleep there. Only a $5 taxi ride from airport but allow up to an hour for travel as traffic is terrible.

Not appropriate for family type people. They run a message parlor out of the hotel. They also keep your passport in the front desk. Stayed at 6 different hotels in vn and thus was the first that kept my passport. Also had someone come into my room at 230 am. Would should this place.

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで居心地がいい。
私のつたない英語でも、理解してくれ、問題がまったくなかった。
タクシーもすぐ拾ってくれるし、バスもあるし、移動は便利。朝ごはんも部屋まで運んでくれるから、楽。
1点だけ問題があるのは、部屋の換気扇が異常にうるさい。しかもエアコンと連動しているので、換気扇を切るとエアコンも切れる。。。
案外どこでも眠れる私が、この音に慣れるまで、2日かかった。
それだけが、問題（笑）

員工有禮貌，服務不錯，而且位置亦接近機場，方便來回，但酒店設施已經有些殘破，加上浴室比較差，要使用熱水洗澡亦需要等候一段時間才有，房間的空調亦不足夠涼比較像開風扇。但性價比來說還是不錯，如果要求不太高是可以接受。
