Amazing Spa

Stayed here three times now. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Great Spa. The area is beautiful, a few decent restaurants there. The hotel restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday. Staff are friendly. Will be back again

This is not exactly a spa hotel as one expects, the spa is totally separated from the hotel and charges for its use, the opening hours are limited especially if you check in after 7pm. It’s just an average road hotel .

The hotel is beautiful, our bedroom was spotless and quiet, and the bed comfortable. The nightly rate does not include the spa and water circuit. In comes at an additional cost of €15.

Very average hotel in a great location.

Hotel in a great location right next to town and within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is nothing spectacular given its star rating and I found the breakfast tired and and not great in terms of offerings. We ordered one item of room service which again was limited and it was terrible. €24 for 2 cheese and ham sandwiches and a tin of cola, only ordered owing to our arrival time but a really poor effort. Additionally disappointing was the arrangements and charges associated with using spa which was not free to access for guests and had very limited opening hours which had to be booked the day before. Apart from its location not a great stay.

Excellent stay

Wasn’t to keen on the menu, but the guy went above and beyond to get me a sirloin steak. I can honestly say it was the best steak I’ve ever had. The facilities here are excellent. The Spa was fantastic and the surrounding areas are picturesque. Lovely staff, and very peaceful area. Would highly recommend. Great for vegetarians!!

Lovely hotel, beautiful location

This is a fantastic spa hotel with excellent facilities. Located in Allariz village next to the river, a beautiful setting. The only thing that lets the hotel down is the high price for quite average food. I would definitely use the hotel again but will eat in one of the restaurantsin the village.

Nice stay - room was very comfortable, although a little worn in some spots, but nothing that affected the stay. Most rooms appeared to have a small terrace, which was nice to sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Can't comment on the spa, but the restaurant was nice for breakfast and dinner, with good options for both. Very quiet and pretty town that was pleasant to walk around.

Good stopover or Spa break hotel.

Positives. Very comfortable stay, staff very friendly and helpful. Large room, glass wall to bath area, but shower and toilet separate. Ideal for a stopover or specific spa break.
Negatives. Spa only open from around 5.00pm-9.00pm on weekdays and 12.00pm-9.00pm on weekends. Bear this is mind if you choose the spa room price. This Spa included option worked out at a 50% saving on the normal entry price, however you do have to purchase a swimming cap and flip flops, at a few euros each.
Breakfast good, but don’t leave it too late as the 2 hot food options were not replenished and were a bit dried up. This may be just a seasonal issue however as there were few guests staying.
Location is very peaceful but in a rural residential area, so a car is essential.
Evening meal in the hotel was excellent and very well priced.

A hidden gem

Allariz is a small town that is probably missed by most visitors to this part of Galicia. It shouldn't be - it's a hidden gem and the AC Hotel Vila de Allariz is definitely worth staying at. Sadly we'd only booked one night's stay, but the staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel so comfortable - with very large, modern rooms - we could have happily relaxed there for several days.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y se come muy bien en el restaurante.
La única pega es que permiten demasiada gente a la vez en el Spa. Es pequeño y los grupos deberían ser más reducidos para poder disfrutarlo.

Varias cosas, el gimnasio tiene las máquinas muy anticuadas deberían revisarlas o no dar el servicio.
La atención del personal en el desayuno muy bien, a nivel de llegada la atención no es activa, una sonrisa y unas palabras siempre son bien recibidas.

Nuestras expectativas respecto a un hotel de 4 estrellas y a sus servicios eran más altas que lo que hemos recibido.
La habitación muy amplia y bien organizada tenía (principalmente en el baño) varios desperfectos así como solo 4 toallas (2 de baño y 2 de mano).
La nevera no la habían revisado por lo que nos encontramos una botella medio vacía de los clientes anteriores.
Curiosamente solo había una papelera (tamaño mini) en el baño, por lo que cualquier basura (ej. una botella de agua) tenías que dejarla en el suelo de la habitación.
El servicio y la atención del personal ha sido muy buena, pero les falta un poco de organización, principalmente con el servicio de cafeteria.
Por último señalar que los alrededores y jardines del hotel son muy bonitos pero algunas zonas están poco cuidadas o directamente sucias como por ejemplo la zona de las escaleras en la parte posterior del edificio y el lateral del edificio par celebrar banquetes.

Una lástima que estropeen el descanso

A la 1,30 nos despertó el ruido por una celebración en las instalaciones del hotel, la música estaba altísima y no parece que el local estuviera insonorizado, no pudimos dormir hasta que finalizó la fiesta. Pusimos reclamación y nos han contestado muy rápido pidiendo disculpas incluso nos dan un bono para uso del spa que no podremos usar ya que no volveremos por esa zona.

El hotel es nuevo, decorado con mucho gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y cómodas; el desayuno variado y abundante; el personal muy amable y servicial. Si vuelvo a Allariz me volveré a hospedar en el hotel.

Sfeerloos hotel

Het is een goed hotel met ruime kamers . Het geheel doet oud aan en is toe aan een upgrade. Het terras geeft geen enkele privacy; naast je zitten de mensen te roken op nog geen meter afstand en vol in het zicht. De ligging is goed en op loopafstand van het centrum.
Men houdt zich goed aan de corona regels en men spreekt goed Engels. De uitstraling is matig en er hangt geen sfeer. Van een hotel in deze prijsklasse verwacht je meer.

Hotel moderno, acogedor, limpio y en definitiva inmejorable. La única pega es que el desayuno, para el precio que tiene de 13€ es bastante flojo, por ejemplo se echa en falta zumo de naranja natural.

O spa estava aberto apenas 4 horas/dia e necessitava de marcação da véspera, l que em local algum está explicado ao reservar o hotel

O restaurante estava fechado sem aviso previo

Tentamos pedir room service as 11pm apenas par pedir Coca Cola e uma garrafa de vinho (ou seja, não implicava cozinha) e responderam que aquela hora já não havia. Nas informações do quarto e no próprio menu do room service dizia serviço 24 h

Finalmente cobraram nos 10 euros extra na conta final, que só foi reposto após mostrar a reserva e o preço a que foi feita.

No geral

Hotel que podi ser muito bom pelas infra estruturas mas com serviços péssimos.
