This place is not 4.5 star hotel at all. It is two star hotel the place where you can find cockroaches flies.. in addition this hotel that doesn’t have a conditioner for hair, lotion moisturising or magnifying mirror, bath robe. Usually 4.5 star hotel would have that. When you walk in the front desk wears gym clothes, an often found sitting in the lobby on the coaches. The front desk itself has a lot of clutter of personal stuff of a front desk people.. the whole place looks like someone’s house. Breakfast is good., however, I have no appreciation of flies flying around the food. The only reason I took this hotel was because it stated 4.5 star and older reviews were good surprisingly..

I had a truly wonderful stay at Suzangaron Hotel. The atmosphere is calm and charming, with a lovely blend of traditional style and comfort. The staff were incredibly kind and made me feel very welcome from the first moment. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide buffet selection and everything fresh and delicious. One of my favorite parts was the terrace — the view over Bukhara is simply beautiful, especially at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the city. I would definitely love to come back again.

Really enjoyed staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions. Breakfast was served as a buffet with a good variety of food, everything was fresh and tasty. I also liked the terrace — the view over Bukhara is very nice, especially in the evening.

Очень приятный отель с хорошим сервисом. Персонал работает профессионально и при этом очень доброжелательно — всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы. Завтраки отличные, настоящий шведский стол с большим выбором еды. Можно найти всё на любой вкус. Особенно понравилась терраса на крыше — оттуда виден почти весь город, и атмосфера там очень спокойная и уютная.

Отель оставил очень приятные впечатления. Особенно понравился персонал — сотрудники очень внимательные, вежливые и всегда готовы помочь. Чувствуется настоящее гостеприимство. Завтрак проходит в формате шведского стола, и выбор действительно хороший: свежие фрукты, выпечка, горячие блюда, чай и кофе — всё вкусно и аккуратно подано. Отдельное удовольствие — терраса. С неё открывается прекрасный вид на Бухару, можно спокойно посидеть и насладиться атмосферой старого города.

The same two people are working on reception and serving the breakfast. When we came at 7:30 PM, we were trying to find anyone for 15 minutes.
Very poor furniture in the room, during the night we had outside light in the room, it was not possible to set room temperature..

Service was ractive, zero proactivity. They didn't make the room , they only do it \"if you ask for it\" (noninformation at arrival).
Aircon was unplugged, wifi didn't work properly. Bathroom clearly needs a renovation, specially the shower, with a dirt curtain. Breakfast was basic and had to ask for juice and coffee as machine didn't work.

the only positive aspect is tge excellent location.

the hotel location was perfectly situated in the pedestrian area of old Bukhara. The city is very nice, easy to walk around.
the staff was very helpful whenever we needed to call a taxi from and to any destination.
the beds were unfortunately not so comfortable. maybe they should consider adding an over mattress to cover the old structure.

Además, solicité un desayuno para llevar, y a la hora a la que debía recibirlo, no había nadie para dármelo.

The room was clean and spacious. However, the staff refused to look for an item I left in the room and gave me no explanation. Furthermore, I requested a takeaway breakfast, and when it was due, no one was there to give it to me.

Enganação, desonestos, anunciaram 4,5 estrelas e são apenas uma, mal cheiro, café da manhã ridículo, reservamos 3 noites e fomos embora no dia seguinte, vidro quebrado e tampado com pano, vários problemas,sem roupa de cama adequada, etc ,deveria estar fechado para reforma, a localização é ótima o resto é fraude.

何より立地が最高で、街歩きに疲れたらすぐに戻って休めることがありがたかったです。部屋はとても可愛らしく、広さも十分でした。朝食はもったいないくらい沢山の量でもてなしてくれます。お湯の温度も量も問題ありません。床暖房がつくととても暖かいです。スタッフの方も自然体で親切にしてくれました。トイレットペーパーが申請しないと補充がないことは残念でした。また、連泊の場合はルームクリーニングに追加料金がかかります（これはウズベキスタン全体できまっているのかもしれません）。また、これもウズベキスタン全体の話なのかもしれませんが、アメニティにコンディショナーはありません。気になる方は持参をおすすめします。

Accueil lamentable à l'arrivée, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger et en plus refus de nous délivrer deux clés pour la chambre.
La chambre passable. Lors du départ, personne à l'accueil malgré les appels, nous avons déposé la clé sur le comptoir et partis.
Je ne comprends vraiment pas le classement de cet hôtel sur Hotels.com....
