This hotel is very convenient. The bus stop from/to the airport is very near; so are the local bus stops and street train station. The shopping area and restaurants are all within walking distance.

bad old hotel with shady business practices.

I booked for non-smoking and they gave me a smoking room. Then when I complained and asked how to open window, they said non-smoking room windows don't open. So they lied and gave me a smoking room that I could barely breathe, but they also lied again to cover the lie. When I swiped the wall with some wet tissue, it was stained yellow with Tobacco stain. The bathtub has openings with it and the wall and most likely nice things like mildew is built up in there with water getting in there all the time. There were mildew stains on edges of walls etc. This hotel is old and needs major renovation. Internet connection was just average speed and reliability. Only thing that was good is the checkout time of 11am. Will never stay again.

Nicest staff ever. Hotel manager is super nice. Very minimal English spoken but they try really hard to accommodate. it's very basic and good for a nights stay. Simple. You can take the tram or bus right outside to the Kagoshima Chuo station easily.

Room was larger than average

This hotel is just a block or two away from the Tenmonkan shopping area, so it's very convenient. Also, it's the closest hotel to the airport bus pickup for Tenmonkan. As a business class hotel in Japan, it's roomier than you'd expect. My main complaint would be that the air conditioning system was noisy to the point of waking me up a couple times. I think it was my room though, because I have stayed in this hotel before and never had that problem. So no frills kind of hotel with a bigger than average room.

Tenmonkan access

A typical \"business class\" type of hotel but the room was quite a bit larger than most hotels of the same class. The breakfast was only so-so. The fish was old and dry and the eggs were not much better. The rice was also of a rather poor quality. But there was enough selection to eat a full breakfast. The best feature of the hotel (besides the price) is the location. It is the closest hotel to the Airport Limousine bus pickup (just across and up the street). And since it's in the middle of Tenmonkan, there's a ton of shopping right there too. If you have trouble finding it (there's a large sign on the building, but there are quite a few buildings of similar shape, so it doesn't stand out that much), then from the Tenmonkan streetcar station, cross to the south side of the street and follow the overhead awning (for about half a block or so). When the awning ends, you're about 10 meters from the front door.

外観は少し古さを感じますが、内部は綺麗です。部屋についても同様に古さは感じず、清潔でモダンなインテリアを配置しております。居心地は悪くないので、は何泊かできます。天文館エリアですので、食事にするにも問題ありません。

広めの部屋で、仕事がはかどる！

部屋も十分な広さがあり、デスク回りの広さもあって、部屋での仕事に十分です。デスクライトが暗めなのがいまいち、旅行で利用するなら問題無しです。窓の外が隣の壁でしたが、静かで特に問題無し。フロントの対応は、とても親切でした。鹿児島出張の時は、また、利用したいと思っています。

天文館近くで立地は大変良いのですが、室内の古さが若干感じられます。またエアコンのスイッチが入っておらず、入室時寒い思いをしました。スリッパも消毒済みとなってますが、出来れば使い捨てスリッパの方がありがたかったです。（環境配慮すると使い捨ては良くないのでしょうが…）

使い勝手が良い

フロントの対応は良いです。
部屋は比較的広く感じます。
コンセントの位置が集中してしまっているので、分散していただけると使い勝手が良くたすかります。せっかく室内灯をおいて頂いているのに少し使いづらいです。
部屋が暗すぎるので室内灯はとても便利なのですが。
ユニットバスのシャワーカーテンレール付近にカビのような物があります。
清掃をしっかりして頂ければと思います。
このホテルはとにかく繁華街に近いので、飲食に困ることはありません。
立地については抜群の場所です。隣にドンキもあります。
駐車場もホテルにはありませんが、近くに提携駐車場があり便利です。

전체적으로 좋은 위치에 있으며 바로 옆에 돈키호테와 편의점이 있어서 좋았습니다 다만 창문이 고장나서 살짝 열려있던 상태라 춥고 시끄러웠습니다 굉장히 좋은 위치였지만 취객들과 전차가 지나가는 소리때문에 잠은 잘 못잤습니다
다른 객실은 조용하고 따뜻했으리라 생각합니다~

近くに飲食店が多く夜の飲みなどは不都合がなく良かった。
天文館という場所がらのせいなのか部屋が暗い。
床のカーペットが剥がれかけていて椅子を動かすと段差になり気持ちが悪かった。
朝食は種類も多くよかったと思います。

チェックアウト時にフロント付近に用意されている朝食を見たら
意外と充実していました。

朝食が美味しい。

まず駐車場、提携先駐車場有って噂を元にホテルへ問い合わせたところ、提携駐車場は無いとの事...ただ、近隣の駐車場を丁寧に教えて下さいました。
天文館の中央辺り？でアクセスも良い。天文館周辺は駐車場も多く、一泊千円で駐車出来る場所も多い。適当にフラフラしてても駐車場を見つけるのは簡単です。

朝食は付ける価値あり。料金の割に大大大満足できました。あくまで至って普通の内容ですが、品数がとても多く、恐らく手作りの品々。今まで宿泊したビジネスホテルでは最高の朝食です！

決して設備が完璧な訳ではありません。粗探しすれば幾らでもあるとは思いますが、ビジネスホテルとしては十分だと思いますし、値段以上の快適さを感じる事が出来、大満足です。特に朝食。

一人で泊まるのであれば問題ないと思います。部屋は比較的広かったです。

天文館から近いので、便利です。ただ当日は雨が降っていましたので、アーケード内のホテルと違って、傘をささなければなりませんでした。食事はまあまあで、値段相当だと思います。

由於同Expedia 訂酒店是兩間雙人房，但到酒店先知訂咗一間4人房。
開始訂酒店時註明是兩間，訂房編號是7252338471917，但確認時變咗7252723078880。沒有註明是一間4人房，但價錢一樣，令人有誤導成份！

トイレの水が流れっぱなしになった事に焦りました。レバーの戻りが悪かったのが原因でした。けどまた利用させてもらいたいホテルです。

天文館通りに面したロケーションは最高。周辺を歩くだけで楽しめる。
一方で、ホテル全体のクオリティは可もなく不可もなくという感じで、一般的なビジネスホテルといった感じ。
寝泊まりの質に贅沢を言わず、部屋の外で目一杯楽しむ前提ならオススメ。

젊은 사람들이 번화가 근처에서 간단히 1박 하기에 좋은 모텔이었습니다. 이불이 그렇게 깨끗하지는 않았지만 시트를 까니까 괜찮았어요...ㅎ 모텔에서 풍기는 분위기에 비해 조식은 위생과 맛면에서 참 좋았습니다.

鹿児島の繁華街天文館にあり、ホテル隣にはドンキホーテ、ローソンと土産屋があり、さらに周辺には、飲食店が多くあります。何をするにも楽です。ホテルも繁華街の割には意外と静かです。部屋も清潔感があり、コスパはバツグンです。

整體來說酒店比較暗

這家商務酒店在天文館通旁，地點很便利。但不論房間和走廊都偏暗。幸好我房間有一支座地燈，開了光度就足夠。
接待處在3樓，但電梯可以直達各樓層，走廊又偏暗，感覺任何人也可上到客房樓層，保安度不足。不知道是否在收拾房間，我下午1600入住時很多房間門開了，裡面黑漆漆，逃生樓梯的門又開了，感覺很不好。
職員態度很友善，早餐也很好，但如像我一個女生住就不太建議

酒店靠近天文館通的酒店, 千萬別信GPS, 導航不了入口和停車場

使我們找了好久也找不到酒店，停車場就在酒店的前一點，一直走就會看到，有兩個停車場，一個在前邊一個在對面，有點不好找，但也能看到，我們就是因為GPS的問題，泊了車在附近，再下車看地圖自己用腳走過去的，然後再回去命車泊回酒店停車場，停車場是收費的，一晚上約一千日圓酒店各方面都不錯，旁邊就是通宵營業的驚安之殿堂！酒店房間不錯，比想像中大吧！這價錢算是差不多！但找入口實在太折人，找了整整一小時！再次重申, 如果自駕，找到那條街，先是經過酒店，再前走幾十米就是停車場, 千萬別信GPS !!! 別轉進小街小巷, 是在大街上的出入口!!!

位置極佳、交通和泊車都很方便

酒店位置非常好，就在天文館商圈正中心，機場巴士站、電車站就在酒店對面馬路，24小時營業的激安之殿堂和LAWSON便利店就在酒店入口兩旁。酒店三分鐘步程已有多個立體停車場/地面駐車場，租車自駕者入住此酒店實在非常合適。

酒店五分鐘步程內已有過百間食肆、燒肉店、酒吧；十分鐘步程內可達兩家大型藥粧店、百貨公司、ORIX租車天文館店，Tully's Coffee、Mos Burger、KFC、Sukiya等快餐店也就在酒店附近。要前往鹿兒島中央駅和水族館/Dolphin port，坐電車五至十分鐘已可達。

但也由於酒店位處太旺的市中心，附近酒吧林立，週五、週六晚通宵人流不絕，房內偶爾還是會聽到人流談話聲。零晨電車終止服務前也會有點車聲。

注重房間景觀的話則必定失望，酒店兩列客房中，一列面向電車路大街尚算有都市景觀可言，但另一列客房窗外是完全面壁，就算正午房內也是漆黑無陽光，也就不用說會有任何景觀了。
